This is just not correct.
Wow, I wake up and the whole world has gone crazy. The pics are real, I took them. You are correct about Phase I being almost complete. Our equipment to start cultivation is all there but cannot be put up until we get our C of O.
I think there is confusion about what Phase I is. They are completing the compliance to get their C of O and are starting with 6 10x20 and 2 10x10 custom made industrial grade cultivation tents that are capable of creating perfectly controlled growing environments. These were made to our specification but the technology is being used all over Vegas, Colorado, Washington as we speak. Only 2 have been set up for the city. They will be able to produce 800-1000 plants per cycle. From veg they will move to the open grow in the same room. If you look you will see all the power outlets and security cameras are in place and the room will be ready to go once we get the C Of O
I had a lengthy conversation with one of their cultivators, Jay Benjimin, look him up. He said once given the go ahead it will take merely days to set up and start. As we start our cultivation the rest of the building will be built out for verticle grow systems, co2 and propane tanks, kitchen and extraction rooms. As a poster mentioned earlier all of these things are necessary will be built just not necessary for initial opening.
Jay said this is the easiest and fastest way to get up and running and start making money. There are 16 other rooms completely built out that will be utilized for trimming, drying, packaging etc that I didn't post pictures of. The pics of the orange room is where we will be making bubble hash and pressed resin which requires no co2 and very little equipment. I didn't post pictures of the pallets of the lighting and water equipment because they are wrapped pallets and you can't see anything.
They have a meeting on Thursday with the city for final approval. The silver lining of having to wait for the city is that all of the States requirements to allow us to bring in plants and start buying trimmings to make hash and resins is already complete. 500 pages, security procedures, I can't post pictures to the amount of infrastructure that has been completed. You couldn't see it in pics.
I urge, encourage anyone and everyone to come see the facility. A false picture is painted. Believe what you will but this thing is ready to go and once this phase begins Phase 2 will start.
They are on my profile and I'm trying to figure out how to make them public. Anyone know how?
Well you lucky devil here it is! Literally just got back. The place is amazing. Go to my profile page and you'll see some pics of the first big room with a couple of the modules (grow tents) and production room for hash and waxes. Plans are in place to start with regular updates and content on the facility. I'm very excited.
I'm going tomorrow. Hung out with Mark all morning and watched all that's going on. These guys are busting there butts. I can't believe the number of moving pieces. Lazy is not a word to describe these people. I'll post pics when I go.
Closed up today.
Absolutely 100 % incorrect. Really not sure where your info comes from. My people tell me he's one of the better friends and allys you could ever have. Not only that my personal DD tells me we are WAY closer than everyone seems think. Good luck with .02.
Hawk I'm in Vegas and met for a couple hours with Mark yesterday. We have all the financing we need with some potentially big things on the horizon. We will have all compliance issues completed soon. Anyone who has worked with building and planning departments knows how difficult they can be. Stay tuned.
That's great news! Looks like we're not going get pushed around.
I would love it if other share holders could be there so it's just not me.
No problem. It's open to any share holder. No better way to see your investment up close.
I am going to see the facility this weekend on Saturday. If any share holders of record would like to come along and take a private tour I got the ok from Mark to make the invite. We are trying to nail down the details and a way to create a list. Anyone interested?
Would love that Hawk. I've been a shareholder since the companys inception back in 95. People can say what they want I know what the reality is.
I am going to Vegas this weekend to visit the facility if you happen to be in visiting. I'll take pictures and post what I can.
Hawk this is just the first in a series of already planned out steps. On February 21st they will launch the new corporate website which will be populated with video, pictures, current and continuous updates. By summer both you, me and hopefully hundreds of others lives will be changed.
I went to mcigs website and don't see updates to any of their projects. Could you provide a link please.
Was that your STOCK TEAM dumping all 584k shares today? Brutal. How many does your TEAM own?
Yuou're completely wrong but thats ok. I hope you sold out for your own wallets sake.
Did you and your Team dump the rest of your position? What's your reentry point?
PNTV is fully reporting has been for 20 years all anyone has to do is look. . OTC changed their system where you have to pay big $$ not to be listed as Pink. You know that.
I have.
You had to bust his a**? LOL No disrespect but you are so off base.
I've always said the state wants to get open by July 4th. There's a lot of good things going on here.
There is no dilution.
They have not started growing yet. They are in the process of getting the facility compliant. We will start growing 1st quarter and producing oils and waxes as soon as we get our CO.
That is not PNTVs facility. They are at 3939 Belmont N. Las Vegas, NV 89030. They have a 26000 sq ft warehouse. All construction is inside the facility. There is no new construction.
From their website.

The State is aggressively trying to get open by July. What a way to celebrate July 4th weekend with weed legal in NV.
That's pretty cool, thanks for posting. Since it's all pubic info I'm sure there's no problem.
Can you post what they were please?
I would not be surprised. Always thought they would try to get open for the July 4th weekend. What could be more American then being legally allowed to smoke marijuana.
CAYO. Spoke with Mark. Comcast is in the judges hands to make a decision. Took her 10 months for the last one to be made and we are 6 months now. Odds are in our favor. If she sides with us we go to court or comcast settles if she doesn't it's over. Gravy.
Thanks. Looks to me overall someone or group is starting to steadily accumulate shares. One thing is for sure we are a we are just an inspection away from starting operations. Someone knows something. Excited to see in the coming weeks what it's all about.
Hey Mock where can I find the trades and what have they been? TY
I look at flippers as worms in the soil. A needed piece of the system to keep things moving. Aerate the soil, turn it over, promote growth.

Jeff Sessions Answers Questions From Senators Pertaining to Marijuana
Political Marijuana NewsJan 25, 2017 0 638
Recently Jeff Sessions held his confirmation hearing, during which he was asked various types of questions from Senators. Some of those questions specifically dealt with the subject of marijuana. The nomination of Jeff Sessions for United States Attorney General has caused a great amount of risk in the marijuana world, both in America and overseas. President Donald Trump has made remarks in the past that he supports reform, but has also made comments contradicting what he previously said.
If you are an ‘actions speak louder than words’ person like me, then the nomination of Jeff Sessions likely scares you to your core. Jeff Sessions gave answers to the marijuana-related questions from his confirmation hearing. Those answers were neatly compiled and included in today’s ‘Tom Angell Report. The Tom Angell Report is jam packed with all types of marijuana information, whether it be local, state, national, or international news.
“While I am generally familiar with the Cole memorandum, I am not privy to any internal Department of Justice data regarding the effectiveness and value of the policies contained within that memorandum. I will certainly review and evaluate those policies, including the original justifications for the memorandum, as well as any relevant data and how circumstances may have changed or how they may change in the future.”
“I will not commit to never enforcing Federal law. Whether an arrest and investigation of an individual who may be violating the law is appropriate is a determination made in individual cases based on the sometimes unique circumstances surrounding those cases, as well as the resources available at the time.”
A new federal court ruling that a Congressional rider prevents the Justice Department from going after people complying with state medical marijuana laws “is relatively recent, and I am not familiar with how other courts may have interpreted the relevant appropriations language or the Ninth Circuit’s opinion. As an emerging issue, that is one that will need to be closely evaluated in light of all relevant law and facts. I will conduct such a review. Of course, medical marijuana use is a small part of the growing commercial marijuana industry.”
Regarding “good people don’t smoke marijuana,” “My words have been grossly mischaracterized and taken out of context. I was discussing the value of treating people for using dangerous and illegal drugs like marijuana, and the context in which treatment is successful.”
“I echo Attorney General Lynch’s comments [on marijuana being illegal], and commit, as she did, to enforcing federal law with respect to marijuana, although the exact balance of enforcement priorities is an ever-changing determination based on the circumstances and the resources available at the time.”
“I will defer to the American Medical Association and the researchers at the National Institutes of Health and elsewhere about the medical effects of marijuana. Without having studied the relevant regulations in depth, I cannot say whether they may need to be eased in order to advance research; but, I will review this.”
The Judiciary Committee is scheduled to recognize Sessions’ nomination but Democrats have hinted they will try to set back the vote.
That's one of his better interviews. I love the transparency of the company. I also love that money is coming in above market value. 2017 is going to be a great year!
Reminds me of the Peter Gabriel song Shaking the Tree. This thing is gonna be huge.
That is correct. Nice to see business being concluded and everyone doing their jobs. Progress is evident.
When PNTV was The Vegas Station with Comcast on Demand they were the highest viewed independent network on the platform. The production quality and value was off the charts. The media side of this company will make as much if not more than the weed side because of its scalability.
The weed end is the catalyst that will get us there.
Thanks! The State is moving forward quickly. There was a story on a local news station this weekend that said they are working towards getting recreational sales started by July.
From your lips to (inert diety of choice here) ears.
