Thats what I've been looking for and
can't find examples of. Could BIHC be
breaking new ground?
One EX:
Chart Wealth Manageent after divi announement
http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=LNXW.PK#chart1:symbol=lnxw.pk;range=3m;indicator=volume;charttype=line;crosshair=on;ohlcvalues=0;logscale=on;source=undefined
I can handle some of that!
Semper Fi!
Hey guys; Can anyone find a similar situation in the
past where a Pink Sheet paid a surprise divi and if not a BB that paid a divi on 4/1 pricing magnitude and as to how it reacted. Been looking but
haven't fould anything similar.
Another thought if this
is so rare of a situation..this could be really big news
in the pinkie and otc bb world driving the price up even
more.
Quite possibly setting a standard that MM's amd shorts
would not want to see happen. Could BIHC become a battle ground for the status quo?
Semper Fi all!
ditto..Great advice CT
Good to see someone enjoying this great life
we have. Got all my buddies who trade in here
and just waitin for the run. Like you, I had always invested
in bluechips and realized one day that MSFT was once
a pink sheet stock....started dd on all pink sheets
stocks and came to find major opportunities as long
as you do extentsive DD....Needless to say I've make
more money on pinkies in the last 2 years than I've
made in the last 25 of investing and enjoying it more.
This little baby (bihc) situation I believe could turn
into a monster run. Love this low float and low outstanding
stock play. Last one I made 350K on recently and it had over
400 million shares in the float and was 2,000% bagger for
our group....looking at greater gains here. IMO
Pepsi would use a "private investor" Gets a
better price.
You know....maybe the only way
to deal with them is by paying a
surprise divi.....that is that MM's and shorts
have to pay to the shareholder..good for investors
and a credit to BIHC's CEO
YAHOO POST
Remember the email..."cash flow positive business"
Bigger opportunity than they now have. IMHO
We coould be facing a major transformation to
a very high capitalized business as well as a
significantly higher stock price. Especiallly
if BIHC'S AQUISITION TARGET is announce at the
same time as the sale. $$$$$
Who is the buyer?
I say Pepsi!
Very long and close relationship with Barons.
IMO
I expect the divi to be .08 cents per share and
the buyout at .23 cents. Speculate from there and
give consideration to that our investment club and
personal holdings of BIHC attribute to 19 million shares in
cash accounts.
So what is left in the float now?
FROM YAHOO;
Cash Divi run is worth more than buyout 30-Jun-08 06:31 pm According Jun 20, 2008 pr there are approximately 9 million shares left in the float and the restricted shares are not open market tradeable for 2 years (no mention yet on "SIGNIFICENT" restricted shares RETIRED)
On the 20th the company reported acquiring nearly 15 million shares in the open market with over 7 million of those acquired on the 19th. The pr's reveal a public float of approximately 9 million shares yet on Thursday the 19th 17,347,740 shares traded nearly twice the float on Fri the 20th 37,453,160 shares traded 4 times the float on Mon. the 23rd 82,675,670 shares more than 9 times the float traded. It goes on and shows us that since the 19th of June every trading day has exceeded the float by very large numbers at times approaching an exponential level. Either everyone of us is buying and selling our position several times daily or damnit there are more "shorts" than exists in the entire OS
That is total volume for 8 trading days of 339,315,640 or an average of 42,414,455 per day.
So as you can see the 9 million shares left in the float is turning over almost 500% each day on average. Now look surely all of us are not trading our shares at such a rate and pace especially with the T-3 rule for clearing and we would have to have revolving pools of cleared money to do so. So I am suggesting that if just 10% of us is holding or adding there would be a 33.5 million shares float held close to the vest for now. Here's where it gets very intersting. If the company "SIGNIFICANTLY" reduced the outstanding RESTRICTED shares by just 20% that would further remove 13.4 million from their holdings of 67 million restricted shares leaving 54 million restricted shares and an official 9 million share float for a total OS of 63 million our 33.5 million float for anvery conservative extrapolated number of 63 million OS with a 24.5 million "short" further suggesting here that 1/3 of our shares our NOT REAL
8 trading days of 339,315,640 or an average of 42,414,455 per day. with 9 million as the float
How high can we go....considering all we know.
Anyone care to speculate with reasoning and justification!
Buyer could have made more/additional money if they
had bought BIHC outright, kept public and issued dividend.
Hey.....you thinking, what I'm thinking?
Interesting post from yahoo
financing will increase sales by $5,000,000 a year or more 16-Jul-08 06:36 pm Wednesday May 14, 9:08 am ET
" Baron International Chooses Valley National Bank as Its Exclusive Bank for Lease Financing "
This alone would equate to .057 per share on a known OS of 87 million on top of known or pr'd revenue at the time. IMO the tax break impact is massive when the pr'd OS, float and buyback numbers invoke heavy implications having been reduced substantially
Yes I'm a pumper because I buy shares and hold for
profit....not trying to deceived anyone here. But as
for you it seems deceptive to the board posters and the intelligence
of the moderators to give you benefit of a doubt.
Just calling a spade a "spade".
Also added today in personal account
total holding in personal cash account 7 million shares.
How bout you guys.
No problem......buy all you can,,,,,,but
I and my friends will be first in line.
Were already holding more than most....but
loading the boat personally here myself with
the baby's college fund.
Lets hear it for OLDSCHOOL.....HIP..HIP...HOORAH!

MM trigers computer sell limit orders.002 12-Jul-08 01:39 pm
IN a panic to grab shares last week, IMO the Market maker dropped the Price to .002 with a 5,000 share order to trigger all computer sell limit orders set up in the system to sell!
BIHC IS A BUY in my opinion and this shows me how bad the MM wants our iNvestor shares!
INvestors do your own homework and get your own opinion! ~~$$$$$
Re: MM trigers computer sell limit orders.002 12-Jul-08 04:02 pm
No probably like usual data entry error it happens. Someone entered an order to sell at .02 and made it .002 by accident. MM's took that in seconds before seller caught it. Not much you can do. I did an error before not as bad but once order went through its done. I argued with etrade at the time but they would not undo it.
Re: MM trigers computer sell limit orders.002 12-Jul-08 07:05 pm
Ever have the opposite happen? I have
and it was a riot....firm let it stand.
By the way was similar thin shares as bihc.
Just got a though, "If mm's don't have any
air shares to trade or refuse to trade because of liability of getting caught short as in the case of bihc. Can
the traders themselves become as mm's trading
between themselves...say EX: No offers to sell
except at ..09 .......and no offers to buy except
at .07......Would that not mean that the traders
themselves control the buy/sell prices????
Re: MM trigers computer sell limit orders.002 12-Jul-08 08:26 pm
GREAT points on both posts! LOL
Damn, THe crew is catching up!
Better tighten my GRIP! Let's roll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!~$

Agreed From June 23 PR;
BIH Corporations Board has determined that the best course of action was to have its corporate counsel engage in dialog with the private investor/groups offer through their counsel to determine exactly what they are attempting to achieve. The objective has been identified; the unsolicited offer by the private investor/group is an interest in BIH Corporation's subsidiary Baron International, and the investors have indicated that they would like to play a role through either a large investment position or even a complete buyout.

Lets all go to the parking lot and

compliments of BIHC
Can't anyone sleep tonight..
That is exactly what I'm saying.....suppose
company announces that all shares have been
bought prior to the closing of the sale of the
company or say 95% of the outstanding shares...
What kind of impact would this have as far as
price rise.....1 dollar 2, 5, 10 dollars....
Can we as shareholders demand our shares also?????
OK...IF they are say 20 million shares short
"Just Guessing" and 10 million short shares are requested
from transfer agent by brokeages houses...what are
the policies and ramifications of such a move either
by us or by BIHC?
Hey guys what would happen if all shareholders
were to call broker houses and demand possession of our shares....Any of you guys deal in this area?
I'm game! I believe between 5-10 of us own the entire
float.
