Well thanks for your concern. However, anybody who buys OTC stocks knows that it's the wild west. The financials are not audited in Pink land and the SEC doesn't really care where they ship their mail. The bottom line is that every once in a while a lottery ticket comes in and hopefully this is ours!
WHY ARE YOU HERE? If your so concerned about the corporate address, contact the SEC and report them. I'm sure they are sitting on the edge of their seats waiting to hear from you buddy.
You may be correct as it relates to the mailing address being a PO Box at the UPS store in Del Mar Heights,Ca. Brent Fouch lives in San Diego and may have this set up.However, Kerry Driscoll who is CFO lives in Long Beach and works out his family insurance building in Signal Hill. Vois has been given some office space in that building.Joe Abrams lives in San Francisco. The drive from Del Mar to Signal Hill is 85 miles. This is a start up company on the verge of something big.I would much rather have the funds go to R&D than some expensive Southern Cal office complex.
Totally agree. A buyout is the best opportunity for us and the company. The only way they can build up enough inventory to distribute themselves is to sell more shares and that dilutes the value.
It's funny how little movement there is with this type of news! Hopefully when the video comes out but I still believe that it will trade in a fairly tight range. The company is paying for the sins of the past. Too many pumps and dumps.
They will continue to walk this down until we get real news. Not saying that their device works, but showing us how it works. Even then our best hope is a buyout. If the company attempts to go it alone the manufacturing cost will force them to double the share count just to build inventory.
The stock will be staying in the high 3's low 4's range until the company comes out with a working model demo video. Yesterday, caught some movement from Money TV but still had 50 million shares shorted.Too many times in the past they have pumped and dumped and not followed up. Perception is reality and Joe Abrahms will need to fight through the companies past sins.
It probably will around the low 3's. It's still a lottery play with an exciting product if it works as well as they say. It will reach a level that people are comfortable with to wait out the testing and next steps.
This stock will eventually level off but don't count on a big rush Monday after tomorrows broadcast. Anyone that might have an interest has already seen the video on the internet. The segment was just not that exciting. They should have held off until they could demonstrate how it works live. Remember, the company has been promoting themselves for years.Even rang the bell on the New York stock exchange when Jedi Mind went public. They will need a solid workable product that can be shown on CNBC like Emotive two days ago or Sixty Minutes or somebody that you don't pay to conduct an interview.
Don't believe that we will see a big move today. The video is great but until they can show a working model demonstrated by someone other than Brent it will stay in a fairly tight range. His past history has not instilled confidence with many investors. They should have Joe Abrams demonstrate the finished product when the testing is complete.
Great day to be on Money TV for Vois. The CNBC story mentioned that they didn't like to look of the Emotive set and that it was to large. Also questioned why Apple isn't working on their own set?
Tomorrow should be interesting? It's like you have a Lottery Ticket for a drawing on Thursday. Do you stay to play or cash out? A rule of thumb as it relates to IHub. If the volume increases to a top ten, than it time to take some money off the table.
You have to give them credit. They are walking the price down just like they always do in the wonderful world of Pinks. It will only keep going up when the price becomes to rich for the flippers and they get bought out or move to a higher exchange. Pinkland is the wild west of stock trading.
Yesterday almost 40% of the shares traded were short. Today they are walking it back down. The bottom line is that VOIS needs to hit it out of the park on Thursday.
This stock is played like an accordion! Forty percent of all shares purchased in the last five trading days have been shorted.
How about using some of the terrific revenue on audited financials or better yet a stock buy back. Reduce the float by a 100 million which would not cost that much at these levels.
This is where they need to pay out some of that revenue to the stock promotion companies.Even though the news sounds good not enough people will see it without a Pump and Dump.
What happened to all the big whales that were suppose to arrive. Two months ago this was going to be the next big thing. If news like today can't stop the bleeding I'm not sure what can! We get great news, volume and the share price drops.
If nothing else, hopefully the news will help to establish a higher bottom. The problem was not helped when the FED Chairman yesterday slammed the OTC markets as over valued in light of the CYNK halting last week.Even solid companies with good balance sheets are being effected.
CBS nightly news just had a segment about an British company that uses Google Glass and a Mind control device to take a pitcher. If VOIS can get it's act together sooner than later and come out with a workable finished product the sky is the limit. This field is still in it's infancy and the company should be ahead of the curve after working on it for several years.
Panic in Pink Land! Yesterday was not a good day for most OTC Market stocks. All the major networks were in an uproar over the SEC halting CYNK. A one employee company with no plan, no revenues but went from .06 cents to $20.00 in 30 days with a high value of six billion dollars. I can't even understand why people would jump on it without doing their DD. In the end even the good companies all got whacked.
If the company doesn't release something this week, the share price will drop like a rock. The OTC market doesn't care about fundamentals.Leave that for the major markets.News, Hype, Rumors,Promos and even Pump and Dump is the foundation that Pinks are built on.
Why no buying? NO NEWS
Ugly thought, but if MJ conference doesn't generate some form of news, it might happen.Good company, good numbers but no excitement.Pinks move on hot news, hot sectors, hot promotions and Pump and Dump.
Totally Agree. They would be better putting out nothing than something as lame as that.
How many times does it need to be said. Pink Sheet stocks don't trade on fundamentals. If an investor is looking for profitable companies they don't look at the OTC boards.Pinks trade on news, good or fluff, hot segments, promotions and yes pump and dump. ACGX is better than the majority of Pinks, but will go nowhere without news. Need more promoting of the up coming MJ conference. That segment is starting to turn around again. A small stock buyback or just some indication from management that they are working on a strategy to expand their business focus.
The Pink Sheets. Everyone needs to understand that investors that are interested in profitable companies don't spend time researching the OTC market. The company may have great potential, but Pinks are all about promotions, news, fluff, and hot sectors. If you check out the MJ index most of those companies have bottomed from the last run up and are starting to turn.I know the company doesn't like to over promote but without some form of news, it will continue to churn with low volume.
Without some news or promotion this is going to drift back down into the low 003's. There is no volume, no excitement , and Pink Sheet stocks are not interested in fundamentals. Doesn't matter on how strong a company looks,it's what is the next great thing.Even the the MJ conference news will mean nothing unless they follow up with contracts or some form of stock buy back.
I'm guessing that we we need a'lot more than being #1 on the I-Hub board to get this noticed.Without some form promotion or substantial news this will continue to churn until the MJ conference in Denver.Just the mention of a small buyback by management would start this up.

Everyone should just store their shares away and look back in two months. They are going to keep walking this down till it completely dries up.I expect that it will be in the low 3's range. The company has a lot going for it, but doesn't generate the excitement that drives the Pink Market.Hopefully, the MJ conference and another pump and dump will get this turned around.
I must admit I didn't believe that they could walk the price down this low or this fast. Fortunately it's been on low volume.
Are we up from up from 4/19 and 4/29? I must have missed that!!
I totally agree, but the their core business, profitable or not doesn't generate excitement in the fickle world of pinks. It's strange but the wild west of Pinks seems to thrive on promotion and the newest hot thing. This company has been making money for quite some time with little increase in share value. On the big boards people look at the earnings. In Pinks it's based on flipping. The company needs to find a way to break that penny level, because the OTC markets are changing the rules for Pinks in the near future.
Where have all the buyers gone? Or should I say where have all the pumpers gone. This a good company and totally exceptional for the sub pennies. However, Pinks are sold on emotion and they are going to walk this down on low volume. If you are long, just file it away and look back in several weeks.
They are walking it down on less than 1% of the total shares. However, without increased volume this is going to continue. This is either going to need substantial news, a corporate buyback or some form of stimulation to excite new buyers.
They are walking it down on less than 2% of the total shares in the company.Unfortunately, unless some news is released this will continue.Needs something beyond being profitable to generate excitment. With the changes in the OTC markets the one cent is a key level going forward.
Scottrade just sent me an e-mail that they will no longer trade this stock. Anyone have any suggestions.
Just received a e mail from Scottrade. They now acknowledge that LWCTF is trading on the pink sheets but still won't allow buys or sells.Yesterday the sent me an e-mail saying that the company wasn't selling on the OTC markets.Something is truly wrong. They allow trading on numerous penny stocks that don't report and make no money.I have e-mailed David Waldam of investor relations agai to see if he can help.
The e-mail from Scottrade arrived today in response to my contacting them about why LWCTF was no longer listed as active in my account. They showed it as having no value. We had been listed as sell only but it totally was removed this week. That is why I contacted them. We need help from David Waldman with investor relations to get this solved.
