Maalox works for an acid stomach or opinion.
"C" requires intent and that is not proven by default, circumstantial evidence nor anything else. JB is the biggest loser, along with sophisticated investors, if LBSR does not perform.
You have your opinion and entitled to it, but that is all it is.
IF LBSR was to die, it would have been 4-5 years. I was here then when the NP contractor pulled out. The full list of preparation for a JV and the continuing support of sophisticated investors who can see what we can not (yet)see says "Live and Let Live", not the James Bond movie title.
Go JB!
Sorry to see you withdraw for now, just when MVTG ERC/MRFC is about to move forward. Thanks for being here...

Agreed.
Hey, it showed! Thanks for a 2nd effort! The other link just gave me a home page and I could not discern any link there to a map. Seems more real this way.
Thank you for being here.
No map... thanks for trying.
At least LBSR has there drilling permits in for a while... with hope of soon hearing of approvals.
The real credibility that propels the pps where it SHOULD be is the ERC and/or MRFC demonstrated capabilities... step by step IMHO. The operative word here a month ago was/is ..."planned". Whether or not the NR comes out by a specific date or not is sometimes not in ones full control. That PROGRESS is being done behind the scenes with cooperation from huge monoliths like Lafarge or Alstom GE, etc. makes me confident of the expected outcome and soon. Having worked for a number of Fortune 200 firms, almost nothing happened on schedule but my required budget work... but it did happen successfully.
MVTG had planned to have this in place December 2013 (yes 2013) or before. Corporate supporters did not allow that to happen. But, here we are and many here are late comers who will so benefit. For that I am glad for you all. No loss of credibility IMHO one day or another. I for one pray for Larry's continued health and a CO2 solution.
Thank you for being here! We need you.
Thanks for the update...
I am gonna love that liftoff when it comes... :)
Thanks for being here!
I, too, am excited about the several areas of progress news that is about to come. Solving the CO2 pollution problem is a great proactive venture. The MR fuel cell I believe will develop sooner than some expect.
May I humbly offer a viewpoint?
After six + years, the little wait from December to about now is miniscule and went quickly for me. Per the last NR, the shift in date was due to a management decision to include the latest known enhancement of the ERC technology, apparently very important. It was not because the original design was non-functional, but a better final product. Thus, to me it was not a go/no-go issue of functionality but an investment showing continued improvements.
Whether it comes today or very soon, that is okay with me and not a reason to envision a long term disaster. On the contrary, Larry & Co. try to do their best and I trust them with all of my 350K shares just like everyone else. I have not sold and trust this view will lead to you consider the same. It is, for me, a struggle to overcome emotion vs wisdom/patience in investing, which paid well here.
Here is my thanks to all true longs. May you prosper in this new year.
Your Obedient, SPS50
Old saying... Bad news travels by jackrabbit. Good news comes by turtle but does come. :)
Golly, some of us have been waiting years for this moment. So, I bite my tongue knowing what I own and who is managing it well.
Thanks for being here...
When HQ tells you when you contact them, please let us know. Thank you.
There are millions of people in Arizona. Please provide proof of statement via a signed list. Otherwise, on ignore.
J. Briscoe is also a shareholder, who loses big time if LBSR does not blossom. So, it is partly at his own expense. Where do you think the HM and Silver Bell properties came from? President Obama?
These are not promotional trips, but a business oriented funding for JV trip which is entirely different. NOT like what Congressmen usually do. I may have enjoyed a small part of my business trips on behalf of Macy*s, Burroughs, GM or Bayer over the years, but they received far more than an 8 hour day of my flesh in flight time, missed sleep, smokey filled rooms (I do not smoke), etc. ME officials are tough negotiators who take their time, despited big $.
Shame on those who say otherwise without proof. I may be disappointed at delays, but lets stick to true business here.
So I hope... all in the best timing, of course :)
Only for you to 000. Have a nice day!
The fat lady did not sing yet. We all knew the risks and rewards here... and we have waited months for news before. Again, LBSR is far above where it was even 3 years ago. As a long term investment, one only loses if you sell before the tide comes in, and in this case will. AIMHO
Two days ago a storm left the ocean beach by us a mess, besides the cold wind and crashing waves. At the time, not pretty. However, last night the tide came in, cleaned up the beach and left a legacy of handsome shells and ocean life before receding.
So it is that I see LBSR... we had the storm and messy beach. But the slow steady tide of reward is coming in. AIMHO.
We caught the sarcasm that I learned from English class. So be it.
Who said it was not on track? Hay Mtn is ready to proceed, when funding is ready. Perhaps you can arm twist the JVr's to move faster.
Agreed, especially since the ME information could have been from any number of ME countries. My last Agoracom question and answer from Tracy, posted there, was that the ME visits were part of the two upcoming scheduled ones mentioned in the last LBSR news release ("year end").
Patience always was benefited my investment experience.
Communication, when transparent and wise, is always good. I believe in the positive spirit you meant this. MVTG will perform well at the right time IMHO. Thanks for being a supporter...

Agreed. My point was THEIR complicated and expensive process. You have identified that MVTG's process has a multitude of possibilities. Thanks EcoMike and other who responded.
:)
As a non-experienced person in this area, their syngas filtering and ultimate product process seems overly complicated and expensive.
Further, they tout hydrogen as the fuel of the future. Not where I stand... I vote for formic acid first.
Thanks for the brain teaser. :0
Copper and other base metals up today so far, nicely.
LBSR does not need luck. It is a little David focusing on Goliath with the same results. Patience wins...
JB did purchase them... with years of little or no pay when things were much tougher for LBSR. You and I were there. Prospects now are SOOOOOOOOOO much better than then.
The only snakes are those who exaggerate the "to the moon" or "to the toilet"... AIMHO
SPS50 6+ years :)
Thanks for the reference. Since MVTG gets regular payments for the research work done on behalf of Alstom as well as other grant funding, cash at a particular point in time is not a problem.
Things are not terrible but proceeding per the communicated plan. Much anticipation of good things coming by true longs.

We have heard here from some posters about dilution doomsday, again, from this NR. And yet, others through careful reading see the big venue use of such funds. This NR neither confirms nor denies that others have interest, as recent previous HQ comments have reiterated. But why get ready for some form of JV if the door is shut? It appears these funds are for special events, not operational "light-on" only funding. Thus, better than some postings have worried about.
That is what I see and let the future NR's tell the story. It is hoped that I did not read into this more than it said. Thanks to he/she who took the time to ask HQ.
No dumping out of the box this morning so far. The HQ S-1 reply is intriguing.
Environment is important, and so are needed resources. It has not been established that unmanageable environmental impacts are automatic. MVTG for instance has a proprietary method of ore extraction that is not poisoning, though it does need further development. Other options may exist for AZ, AL, etc. We should be taking a world-view of the environment. Mining elsewhere needs to be at the same best standards as the US.
With gold, silver, other precious metals, REEs... potential exists for providing necessary resources. JB is sensitive to these issues per conversations with him in the past.
If there are better alternatives for LBSR, let us offer them to HQ.
Why not you run for LBSR CEO/President and set thing straight? Look at all the support you have from here...
Appropriate thought... :)
Progress and NR's have come in the past. The sky is not falling. Obviously someone accepts JB's credit.
So, JB should stay in Tucson and do nothing? Negotiating with foreigners is no cake-walk. Try it sometime..
Right. Long time since news = usually good ones coming.
To reaffirm, I still have not sold me shares after 6 years. Great potential to look forward to. :)
The time in days has been commented on by LBSR HQ. The better days are the plans for funding, drilling on the exhaustive ground analysis already done. Permits coming, more visits, etc. LBSR has gone through much longer times than this with little such progress we have seen to date. Delays are sad, but potential is there that was not there 5 years ago IMHO. My, how impatient some are.
Appropriately said. Just wondered why some who post here dance in victory for the lower Copper price as it relates to LBSR's premature death statement.
I see better things ahead soon.
My, how the copper-in-toilet people were wrong and now silent as the grave. THAT is nice.
