Have a great weekend all.
Thanks to all who have been so helpful here.
Can you try buying using the cusip # instead?
500 and Long..My account at Fidelity is showing
yesterdays close with a cusip # and no symbol.
My broker is saying no problem in buying or selling.
Can you confirm this or tell me what Fidelity told you.
Will I still be able to sell my shares whenever I decide to
sell? Anybody can help. TIA
I'm one of those that sold just enough late
yesterday afternoon and now I'm riding free shares.
The MM's will have to pry them out of my hands to
get the rest. Don't have nearly as much as alot of you,
but what I have will make me some nice coin.
Thanks to all, especially Art, who gives so much to this board.
And if it backs off at all, I'm buying back what I sold!
Anybody watching the segment on CNBC right now
about naked shorting, fraudulent shares and the SHO
list for Overstock. com common stock? CEO is on with
Ron Insana right now. Sound familiar!! Maybe, just maybe this whole problem will now start to get the attention of the
SEC and everyone else!!
Art..since I don't completely understand these
kinds of situations, can you answer a couple of
questions.
What is a realistic price we're looking at
for our shares? Will this process of buying back take days,
weeks, or longer..or do you recommend selling back at a
price that seems to meet my goal? Someone mentioned a similar
situation with another stock, what was the outcome
of that one? TIA
Nice to see some of the familiar names from
RB. I can't get onto RB either.
Anyone that's spoken to Clayton..have any ideas
when we might get new PR's? Never thought we'd
get this low..this hurts.
BTW..I'm Casserly from RB.
I don't think even the flippers are making money
on this one..at least not recently.
I'll just use this as a loss against some gains I
have for this year. Anything else about this company
now is a crap shoot.
I'm not bashing, just facing reality. Somebody
knows something about what's going on, you can see
it in the SP.
David needed to come clean on the S-8 shares and
he didn't. That's when the erosion in SP started
and has never recovered. Add to that no significant
news announcements since and there you have it.
Very disappointed in this company. I'm not selling..
why bother at this point but until I see some kind of
leadership from management, I won't put another penny
into it either.
Guys..it's been nice speaking with most of you. Even
the board lately has been awful.
Hope you all do well. I'm finished posting.
Happy and Safe 4th of July holiday to all!
Someone just bought 200K @ .015
Sorry for the double post. My fingers are excited.
OK, someone must know something. .015 X .0151
Someone just bought 200K ! .015
.0145 x .0147
.013 x .014
Something going on??
ot..why not just find alternative energy sources
and then we can thumb our noses at the Middle East.
That is if the lobbyists for the big oil companies
would go for it! lol lol
USC..Welcome.
just curious..did you hear back from David
when you wrote him? Anything you can
share with us?
Many of us are in the same boat as you
regarding share price. I feel your pain.
Goldman...If a car has been on a track and
run at high speeds for any length of time, the
car is completely taken apart back at the shop to
check all the components for fatigue or failure,
including disassembling the brake system.
Since AGR has four cars, plus four backup cars,
3 cases could probably last them for several races.
It'n not like changing your oil where you need 5
quarts every time.
IMO, we're gonna have to need alot more than GS610
Maximum Performance Brake Fluid to get this stock
going again!
Mac, aren't you just the "saint" on this board! lol
Have a great weekend everyone. Maybe next week will be our
week with MSEP.
Doberman..interesting post.
Now would you please call your broker tomorrow and buy
a bunch of shares of MSEP!
Thank you.
thanks Mike, for your thoughts on MSEP.
I always appreciate your posts. I agree with what you say.
OT..You must be feeling pretty good about TNOG
today!! Congrats.
It was me that said their are no booths at Indy. Let me
clarify..not within the speedway and reserved seats area.
That is all the property of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Off the main site...if you can afford it, you can have one..
going in and out of the Speedway, that's where most people
are selling their wares. But I'm really not convinced MSEP
would want to do it, the cost is probably way more than can
justify the ROI, except for maybe some exposure. Jmo
Anybody think the SP has hit bottom yet?
Anybody have a feel for when we might hear about an
acquisition? Are we talking weeks, months? Anybody know?
Some of the posters from TGON on RB are on the old Titan
board, on RB..TTCS. Try it out.
Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there.
Have a great weekend.
upstock..thanks for sharing your findings.
I just keep wondering who is selling at these levels,
and why?????
My streamer shows .0131 as HOD.
The volume and SP today is very troubling.
I've gone from feeling stupid yesterday about buying at
.0145 to being concerned with all the selling today. Does
somebody know something that the rest of us don't?
Just venting!
Goldman..no one from MSEP went to the Indy 500..
this year. I had spoken with them several times before the race, to meet up with them there. The closer to that weekend,
both Mark and Rhonda told me they were having second thoughts about going..because it would have taken them away, from at least five working days, and at this time, they felt their time
was better spent on the business than going to the race..where this year they would have had minimal exposure. That was very
reasonable to me. Now, in hindsight, with Bryan placing third,
maybe it would have been a good thing to do. BUT since this is just a startup company, I think they will be in much better position, financially and timeliness, next year to go to Indy and be very involved with both Bryan and hopefully the Lyendyk's, and maybe even Marco Andretti, the entire month of May. Imo, it will be much more worthwhile than this year would have been. I'll meet up with them next year forsure.
Have a good weekend everyone.
PS..There is no such thing as "booths" at the Indy. It would take way to long to explain here, but trust me, it just doesn't happen there.
Hi Viking..hope you're well.
We just all have to be patient for David to
do his magic.
I'm lurking, just not posting much. What's there
to say, until things turn around.
Keep the faith all. Later.
I guess I look pretty stupid buying more
at .0145. Can't catch a break with this one lately.
Looks like we're in for a looong haul here.
Sure hope David surprises us with some positive news
soon.
OT..thanks Mike for TNOG. Have a target price
in mind for selling or are you looking to hold
long term? TIA
Viking, I bet if Mark hadn't sent that email to a
few chosen people, we wouldn't have seen the decline
in share price. Now that some of us have spoken to
management today, I think it's safe to say that nothing much
has changed, particularly recently, if Ebay was Marks
main function. Coincidental that MSEP's site was shut
down recently..I don't know??? As long as David is working
on a new revenue stream(s), then that's what I really care about. And as someone posted earlier..he IS the one with the contacts.
One more thought..When you come down to it, what company Pr's that an Investors Relations person has departed a company anyway ..answer, no company, imo.
So lets all relax and give David a chance to get this stock
going again. Right now, it's fallen off the momentum charts.
We really need to get that back. I can't see this thing going subpenny, at least I hope not. And if David comes out with good news, a new revenue stream, then all bets are off.
Have a good night everyone.
I was hoping for some kind of strenth into the close,
but not looking good so far.
I guess we really need to hear something from David.
BeSquared, I was told pretty much the same
as you..revenue sources still being pursued..
business plan still on track.
I'll be buying more soon.
I called and left a message for him this morning
around 8AM, eastern time. Havent heard back.
I imagine he is VERY busy today! (Guess that's an
understatement).
Viking..guess we wait to hear how this unfolds.
I'd like an reasonable explanation soon.
Whatever the reasons for Marks departure, whenever
I spoke with him, he was always helpful and interested
in what the shareholders had to say. For that, I wish
him well.
As for MSEP, David has to continue to forge
relationships that will generate revenues..bottom line..
and the sooner the better.
WOw..I guess none of us wanted to deal with
something like this, this morning.
Will Dave put out some kind of PR on Mark, along
with maybe something positive to offset it?? (I know,
wishful thinking).
I'm wondering if Mark may have violated some
kind of securities rule, by emailing some investors
personally about this situation, in light of the
fact that this might be a material event of a public
company and Reg. Full Disclosure could have been violated??
Just thinking out loud. Not even sure if that's correct.
Wonder who was selling on Friday. Not so sure it was just
Mark because of Rule 144 restrictions. He could have sold some
but it would be a limited number of shares. Enough to drop the
stock I'm sure, but maybe there were others too, that got the
"heads up" on what was going on.
I wasn't happy about the current SP, but THIS I never expected.
Geez, did everybody see the post on RB about
Mark leaving MSEP!! As I understand things, Mark and David
go a long way back together. What would make him leave? Wonder if this has anything to do with why we haven't heard anything by now, about the new revenue source being worked on. We need
verification and some explanation of what is going
on with management.
OT..Viking..I'm lol at the article you just
posted, along with ALL of talk sports radio today. It's all
been Danika, Danika, Danika. More new racing fans in the last 48 hours than the last 5 years!
Danika certainly made a name for herself, not to mention
what she's done for the IRL.
The encore? Before everyone crowns her the savior of the league
as well as open wheel racing, she will have to do a few
more things...like win some pole positions AND take the
checkered flag in races in the months and years to come, without making some of those costly rookie mistakes that she made.
I sort of feel sorry for Wheldon, Meira, and Herta who
just happened to be the top three finishers. All the attention
is on her, but it's wonderful for the IRL, forsure.
Mac
No need for name calling. Grow up!
So every company should stop with PR announcements
because the news can be found in the Business section of the
newspaper? lol
PS..If they hadn't put out a PR, others would have been
bit/ching that they didn't.
Morning All.
Back from Indy and one of the best races I've seen in years...
and I've seen plenty. Our boy Bryan did a really fine job placing third. Of course Danika got alot of the coverage but that's only good news for the IRL going forward.
Contrary to what some have posted, I think MSEP has every right
to PR what he did. Afterall they released an announcement going into the Indy, why would they not put something out about their driver finishing in the top three.
Here's to a good week for announcements and a rise in SP.
Greetings from Indy.
After watching the Infinity race at the track this afternoon, I was in the garage area and happened to be lucky enough to watch Marco's car be rolled in and park about a foot from where I was standing. Saw the scalecars.com logo on the rear sides of the car. Kinda neat to see something I'm invested in.
Hope Bryan does well on Sunday.
Enjoy the holiday weekend all. Touch base with you all on Tuesday.
