It is quite apparent of subpressed anger. Cuco will have to either put up or shut up. If this has legal issues I am sure it will come out, however IMO there are none and their legal counsel is on top of it I am sure. It tickles my funny bone how some feel what is said is actually believed.

I do my own DD. Never count on someone else

Remember every share sold has to be bought. It does not just go into outerspace. face it everyone there is more to this than what some wish to admit.

I would agree to that statement. Until there is some rational objectivity on this board all posts should be taken as a grain of salt and all should do their own DD, not speculate from statments made by anyone.

Well your reasoning is incorrect. If the LA corp merged into the NV corp to change states of domicile and the NV was the surviving as was indicated it nows exists as the NV corp.

Just because it is not understood by all doesn't mean it is was not done correct.

I would call the company and ask who they bought the shell from if it is anyones business.
