I have seen the MM's play with this stock before, and they could never hold it down on good fundamentals.
2 reasons - people are greedy, and people are impatient.
Time for Arne to jump off some good solid news (and it is coming), and then the Axe man will get Axe, and all those who are fearful will be drying tears from their eyes.
how do you upgrade to real-time streamer
Last one I saw (15 minute delay) was 1 mill at 10:02.
The "crook" is going to do it until buying pressure comes in, so something needs to happen to get buying pressure. Just that simple.
Very nonexistent.
From Ariel Way
Intellectual Property
We have for Enfotec filed disclosure documents with the US Patent Office on two technologies, Chain Packet Processing and Pattern Signature Recognition. These technologies are at the core of our Enfotec products. These are the enabling technologies that, we believe, allow us to perform at speeds better than proprietary platforms offered by our competitors while having an open system architecture at our core.
Enfotec filed Disclosure Documents with the US Patent Office for protection of:
· Chained Packet Processing, “CPP”, with Patent Office Disclosure Document No. 528391; and
· Packet Signature Recognition, “PSR” technologies, with Patent Office Disclosure Document No. 528389
We intend to actively pursue through research and development additional advanced intellectual properties in the area of global highly secure telecommunications and associated technologies and we intend to apply for protection of all intellectual properties with the US Patent Office.
The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Codes that appear in a company's disseminated EDGAR filings indicate the company's type of business.
ARIEL WAY predominantly operates in the Patent Owners And Lessors sector (SIC Code 6794). SIC Code 6794 classification includes establishments primarily engaged in owning or leasing franchises, patents, and copyrights that they in turn license others to use.
Back when Ariel Way was NETFRAN (the name was later changed to Ariel Way), they had a subsidiary by the name of Enfotec that developed propreitary security (encryption) software that was patented.
It could also be that Ariel Way also had additional patents over the years - I don't know for sure.
These are the 8K's that were filed with each of the recent PR's that AWYI announced. The filings gap in between 12/30/2008 and 10/25/2010 is what the new CFO is trying to catch up on as we speak.
Part of Arne's acquisition toward DSN superiority!
Helius is the company that Arne tapped to deploy AWYI's digital signage network in 2007. It sure looks like they (Helius) have the expertise:

Arne was priming up to get his (AWYI) Digital Signage Network deployed. He will get this Company back up and running in no time. OTCBB is next step
A monsoon will not even be able to put this one out IMO.

Digital Signage Market Rapidly Expands
With a current market of over US$800 million dollars digital signage has proven its effectiveness as a marketing channel. It is also one of the fastest growing marketing channels, with a projected market for digital signage worth US$3.5 billion by yeah 2011. In fact, over 430,000 digital displays were sold in 2005 alone, with the sole purpose of being used for digital signage displays. A recent report on digital signage sales shows that signage providers are selling anywhere from one display per site to as many as 50 displays per site. They also reported an average sale of four digital displays per site.
The market leaders in digital signage manufacturing are NEC Display Solutions, Sony, LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, Sony, Mitsubishi, and Sharp. These retailers are historically transaction based providers, and thus, are challenged by the fact that this fast growing market is more of a solution based sale. We predict that over the course of 2006, the successful providers will be the ones that have digital signage industry expertise, as well as some installation experience.
Companies that are in the market for a digital signage solution are faced with debate on whether to contract the work to a retailer, or a VAR. The current digital signage market is dominated by retailers. According to a Gartner Group study, 28% of IT retailers in North America are providing flat panel displays for digital signage this year. The group expects that number to increase to 33% in 2007.
Solution providers "are graduating beyond the display," said Doug Albregts, VP of sales and marketing for NEC Display Solutions, based in Itasca, Ill. Doug said that solution providers are discovering that they need to talk beyond the digital signage panel itself and provide wireless cable, mounts and software to deliver a complete signage solution rather than just a product.
"Customers have a keen interest in digital signage and public information display solutions," Albregts said.
However, NEC is only dealing with 40 partners, which it helps to facilitate customer solutions. Albregts said the company could do more with relatively little effort because the signage market is in a growth phase. Display Search estimates that the digital signage market will have a need for more than 900,000 displays by 2009, which trends in line with the Gartner report.
A recent digital signage study conducted by InfoTrends shows that the channel and its applications work. The study, which polled consumers, found that digital signage displays have a 47.7% effectiveness on brand awareness, increase the average purchase amount by 29.5%, create a 31.8% upswing in overall sales volumes, generate a 32.8% growth in repeat buyers and generate 32.8% more in-store traffic.
Now those figures you just can't argue with. Just like digitalsignageresource.com, these three studies maintain that the digital signage market is growing at an accelerated pace, with no signs of slowing down any time soon.

DIGITIAL SIGNAGE SUCCESSFUL IN CHINA - UNTAPPED MARKET IN THE WEST
Press Release - February 13, 2008. Taipei, Taiwan - IAdea Corporation
With 3 successful IPOs on NASDAQ, China leads the world in the race of digital signage networks.
Digital signage is an emerging industry enabling the replacement of traditional printed posters by state-of-the-art flat panel displays. ROI analysis clearly indicates the effectiveness of the new technology over the investment period.
In 2005, China's leading digital signage network Focus Media (NASDAQ:FMCN) led the world to file the first IPO in the digital signage industry. Over 80,000 digital signs inside lobbies and other public areas in China deliver eye-catching advertising to millions of Chinese viewers each day. Its stock peaked at 66.30 in 2007, growing more than 200% since its IPO.
Two more IPOs in 2007 gave China a clear lead in the race. AirMedia (NASDAQ:AMCN) specializes in grabbing the attention of China's wealthiest: the air travelers. With over 16,000 displays in China's top airports, AirMedia is a great media for promoting China's luxury products. Another digital signage visionary player VisionChina (NASDAQ:VISN) follows with its IPO in December. Boasting a network of over 26,000 displays in buses, VisionChina builds a network where viewers spend longer time than the other two digital signage platforms.
The three public companies combined is enjoying a market capitalization of nearly $10 billion.
A fourth IPO by CGEN Media (Proposed NASDAQ:ADTV) was stopped when Focus Media acquired the company in December 2007 for $350 million in cash and stocks. Veterans of the digital signage industry would recall a similar incident when the media group Thomson acquired Wal-Mart's digital signage network operator Premier Retail Networks (Proposed NASDAQ:PRNC) back in 2005, soon after PRN files for the world's first digital signage IPO on NASDAQ.
How many times have you gone into a Walmart in America and, while waiting in the checkout line, looked at the small LCD display with all of the in-store advertising looping? To me, it is unavoidable!
This is just one example. Again if Arne pulls this off and begin to bring in lucrative contracts and build name recognition AWYI will be on the NASDAQ in no time. And by lucrative contracts it does not have to be large ones. Numerous small ones will do as well.
Arne is building a one-stop-shop digital signage network.
(1) FaceTime Strategy - Will Provide Strong Public Relations and Advertising Agency Access to The Digital Signage Network
(2) Mason Media Group - MMG companies work with entertainment, political/advocacy, and corporate clients to develop, craft and distribute their message.
(3) Noventri - "One-Stop-Shop" company for digital signage turnkey solutions, which include consultation, technology, software, content creation and management.
(4) Syrei Holding - Consultants of communications infrastructure systems which will the backbone of the DSN and will be required to deliver the advertising (perhaps from a centralized location and advertising server) both nationally and internationally.
If it all goes as plan, we'll all have yachts, and we'll just play "musical yachts"(musical chairs)
Agreed. We're chipping away slowly but surely.
Thanks. We're all on the same team here. When its all said and done, all of us will have annual AWYI reunions. We'll call our group "Arne's Army", and even wear Fruit of the Loom T-shirts with "Arne's Army" airbrushed on the front with letters of a different color, cargo shorts, and tube socks up to our knee.
Great weekend to all. We'll get them next week. To somewhat paraphrase Tony the Tiger "Its Great"!!!
My condolences.
No worries bro - conflict is in the eye of the beholder.
Preaching to the choir. I have been believing in this company for years, and I know what Arne needs to do to blast this thing off, and I feel very strongly that he will get them done now that he has his legs back like Avatar.
I don't have ill feelings toward anyone. Earier I asked to keep the integrity on the board - leucro is not the only one investing here.
Also, it does, to me, in a lot of regards sound like he is overly anxious, and that has a tendency "sometimes" to run people away as well. Again we all want to be successful.
To borrow from your words: "Why do you care anyway". Leucro and I can have an adult conversation.
Trust me - a lot of people on this board is feeling the same pain that you felt a year ago.
I can understand that, but talking about VERT so much, IMO, is not helping our cause either. But I'm all on the side of transparency so its all good.
You sure talk about VERT a lot. We know what he is doing. In one breath you say he is going to get his, however you are always on him in about 30+% of your posts. Is VERT your ex wife (just playing)?
Let Arne take care of him. He needs to get us to OTCBB, which should be coming soon.
He came, I mean left, prematurely
If that's the case - why are you so worried about him?
What you mean "in and out"?
One post "news is coming", next post "likely". We all want success here - keep the integrity.
"Likely" and hopefully. Qualify your remarks. You preached earlier about keeping integrity on the board - it starts with the messenger.
How do you know?
Did that before and it did had benefit. But I work. I don't have the time like I used to. In fact, today I'm only able to post like this because I'm off.
If you want credibility here, don't tell people to buy, sell, hold (people - adults- don't typically respect that) - give them a reason to. Drop some knowledge on them because I guarantee you, just by looking at all of the posts over the last month, most people here are new and have no clue about AWYI, its past, and the current (positive) position we have climbed back up to.
Agreed. And the pop will be sustained IMO.
Let me correct this last post. Not only from Arne's vision, but the moves he was making as far as aquisitions he was making in 2008. He was not only trying to acquire companies (who were onboard with Arne acquiring them) that were making decent revenues, but these companies were all Digital Signage related and each played key parts in building his DSN. If you notice in my hypothetical situation, I mention real companies. There were the companies he was trying to acquire in 2008 (and again - these companies were all onboard to be acquired by AWYI).
As Arne states - relationships are still there.
