So what? Having a disclaimer to hide behind doesn't make the PRs any less false.
He was wrong. Repeatedly. Odds are he's wrong about the 13 cents for 2003, just like he was wrong about 2002 and 2001.
He said he bought an office complex. That's not forward-looking, so he can't hide behind the disclaimer.
Where is it?

Whether dishonest or incompetent, I find it amazing that anyone continues to believe him.
I just showed you a PR where he announced earnings would be a dime and they came in at four cents. On top of that, the prior year's *audited* number got revised downward by 50%.
Here's another earnings PR. Was *it* true?
H-Quotient, Inc., Announces Record $.12 Per Share Earnings for Fourth Quarter, $.21 for Year
http://articles.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2000_Jan_20/ai_58720646
You need to find some evidence he's telling the truth this time before suggesting people belive that 13 cent PR. The little shepherd boy cried, "Record Earnings!" just a few too many times.
There are only two reasons which could lead to someone issuing so many PRs with such inflated earnings numbers. Neither bode well for shareholders.
A gagged transfer agent, all by itself, is enough of a red flag to make any sensible investor avoid a stock.
Credibility check - earnings announcements plus prior audited numbers.
VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2003
H-Quotient, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board:HQNT) announced record earnings of $.10 per share for the year ending December 31, 2002. Details will be contained in the company's annual 10K report to be filed with the SEC.

There is zero evidence any of the assumptions in your hype-masquerading-as-a-question are valid.
But to answer you. No. Never. I think Cohn is untrustworthy.
I would never buy shares in a company whose CEO gagged the TA. Never.
I would never buy shares in a company whose CEO filed a SLAPP suit. Never.
I would never buy shares in a company who let the phone go unanswered when the CEO was in court. Never.
I would never buy shares in a company whose CEO issued a press release saying he had made an acquisition when it was not true. Never.
There are more, but that'll do for now.
Get it yet?
All you have is faith in the PRs of a company with a history of issuing dozens of PRs which turn out not to have been true.
Your description is a hope-based fantasy. Come up with some verifiable evidence to back up your position. Absent that, you're trying to sell tickets for a trip on the space ship behind the comet.
Once someone has lied to me, I'll never believe another word he says without outside verification, so, no, I would never ever buy any of Cohn's paper.
Again with the questions which assume your hopes are true.
what will you do when Doug releases profitable audited financials are released?
It's been over a year since Cohn *chose* to not file. If the numbers he hyped in press releases were true, he would have filed by now, rather than let the share price fall 80%.
That he *chose* to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in the OHA case rather than comply with a discovery order for financial information should tell you he's hiding something bad.
Company credibility check:
April 11, 2004 PR- "...the year-end financial statements scheduled for release this week may be delayed for a brief period,"
April 30, 2004 PR- "With the completion of the Stewart and Shaw acquisition, which spanned the period from the 3rd Quarter of 2003 to the present, the Company's year-end audited financials can be completed and will be released shortly."
May 21, 2004 PR- "The Company's record-breaking annual audited financial statements and 1st Quarter statements will be issued shortly. They have been delayed as a result of the just completed major acquisition."
May 26, 2004 PR-- "H-Quotient, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board:HQNTE), announced the impending release of its annual audited financial statement. The financials, which were delayed due to the Company's recent major acquisition which began last year, will soon be released."
June 21, 2004 PR- "Financial statements, which will report record earnings, will be released on or before June 24, 2004."

Because your "questions" to me are ridiculous.
Get back to me after you've found a happy customer.
Nope, I'm not saying that at all.
You really should work on your comprehension problem.
As long as you keep believing your fantasies are facts, you're going to keep repeating the same mistake.
Put down the koolaid and pick up a book.
Failure to disclose payment for posting about a stock on a message board is a regulatory violation, a civil legal issue, just like the regulatory violations I say Cohn has committed.
Meanwhile, HQNT just hit another new 52-week low. Keep dancing. Dance faster.
Does it help you understand that "bashers" are not being paid just because you pronounce it so?
Innocent until proven guilty, right?
r'man, You seem to forget you posted your buys. Your posturing makes no sense.
The people that buy these kinds of stocks often hold until they're worthless.
There's an old adage, "Penny stocks are bought, not sold."
The problem, for shareholders, is Cohn has chosen to withold any and all fundamental information about the company.
You need to ask, "What is he hiding and why?"
The SEC cannot compel a company to file or to tell the truth in press releases; they can only make them wish they had.
The SEC moves at glacial speed - look how long it took them to shut down PCBM and Infotopia - but if you think they have not commenced action, you're deluding yourself.
Be patient.
"There are approximately 1,571 holders of record of our Common Stock as of March 24, 2003, which figure does not take into consideration those shareholders whose
shares are held in the name of broker-dealers."
http://sec.freeedgar.com/displayText.asp?ID=2321635
"A company must file reports with the SEC if:
it has 500 or more investors and $10 million or more in assets"
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/microcapstock.htm
HQNT went to the pink sheets for failure to submit required SEC filings, which violated SEC regulations.
Unless HQNT has fewer than 500 shareholders and/or less than $10 million in assets, they are still required to file, even on the pink sheets.
Forward looking statements do not cover a PR claiming an acquisition was made when, in fact, it was not.

Want more? There are dozens of 'em!
The record proves the lies, half-truths, and misinformation have come from the company and it's cheerleaders. The "bashers" of HQNT have been correct.
To fail to file Forms 10 is to disregard SEC regulations.
To say things in PRs which are false or misleading is to disregard SEC regulations.
To fail to file 8Ks when a material event has happened is to disregard SEC regulations.
The disregard is obvious. If not reckless, then what was it, calculated?
In February, when the share price was 65% above today's, you said:
"Additionally, there really is not much downside risk left in HQNT now. It is unlikely anyone selling here would be able to get their shares back much lower."

re: I spoke to Cohn today.
As I remember the conversation, I became irritated
He refused to answer any question relevant to when the financials would be released on the basis of insider information.
He also refused to answer when would we be advised of when the financials would be released on the basis of insider information.
Further Cohn refused to answer ANY questions on the basis of insider information.
I then made the statement, in general terms, that he get the financials out before the stock price was zero. He countered with he was trying to run the company.
The conversation ended as a shouting match.
Thanks to Matt, for restoring my (temporarily) censored DD post.
