The SEC cannot compel a company to file or to tell the truth in press releases; they can only make them wish they had.

The SEC moves at glacial speed - look how long it took them to shut down PCBM and Infotopia - but if you think they have not commenced action, you're deluding yourself.

Be patient.

I don't bash. I just post the truth and they call it bashing.
