Ya know something Pizza, if there were assets left over from RGNO, A merican Green Group might have worked out ok. Not much anyone can say until the pr comes out. Jerry and the gang can still make this right, but do not think this will happen. Like most people here I figure we have been taken for a ride on this one. What is most important is that we get the best attorney that we can find. Bad attorneys are a dime a dozen, most will just take your money and walk away.Without a good one you have nothing. It is time to stop these guys in their tracks now or they will just keep going. GLTA
I believe Jerry's biggest misstake in all of this was his walking away saying nothing to shareholders. He took this whole scam all the way to the end and disappeared. He lied right up to the last pr. Shame on you Jerry, sure would not want to be in your shoes, because if there are no assets, this whole mess is going to carry on for a long time.It always amazes me how all crooks seem to believe they can get away with the crime, not me I won't get caught, I'm to smart. Not to late Jerry, call the gang up and tell them that you are going to give back the assets to shareholders.
Let me say that I know that I am not the brightest star in the sky, and am glad to see that someone with your intellent is here to help with what needs to be done to deal with these crooks. I'm sure if we find out what these people are up to, most all will do what needs to be done to deal with crooks that try to cheat investors.
When Anderson found out about the R/S, and knew for sure ( because he is the one that called) why didn't he sell at that time? He says he is still a shareholder, does't make sense that he did not sell. He tells us about the R/S KNOWING that would make many sell but hangs on to his shares???? Something not right with Anderson. Let us say just for the hay of it, that there are 5mil in assets and when the State of Company comes out and the pps jumps to 6.00, that Jerry and company try to dump and make money. Just trying to figure out all the angles here. I'm sure by now Jerry knows he will be investigated, so why not hand over the assets and then cash out big with his shares? Does this sound reasonable to you? Could this possibly happen.
I would like to see what the new people have to offer us, if nothing worthwhile, than I will be all for taking legal action against the whole gang. I am willing to follow ret's advice in taking more of a wait and see approach before things get out of control. imo
Andersons not defending the crooks, read his post, he is saying lets see what the new company has to say before we run the new company off. I do not expect much, but what the hay, we have time. Let us be sure where they stand in all of this first. Let us be sure there are no assets, and if there are no assets than bury the bums. Do not attack the new company until we have reason to do so, and yes I am a stockholder, it is not just your money that we are talking about here.
I still hold all my shares, not worth much, but will hold til the end, why not.
And why would any CEO in his right mind lease property that had open well holes all over it knowing he would have to plug them all?
Why would RGNO be responsable for plugging all the old forgotten wells when they only dig one dry well. Give back the shares Jerry , you have shown that you donot deserve them.
Right, It is the shareholders fault by believing what the CEO told them in prs and conversations. We are to blame that the company went out of buisness after all the great things they were telling us in prs. FACT, RGNO got us to buy their stock by all the great prs that were all lies. And Jerry still owns stock in RGNO that he gave to himself for doing such a good job? If true, now isn't that a kick in the face.
Sorry, yes I found it with the new symbol.
Strongus What happened to the RGNO board????????????
I think most of us have learned from this pinkie. Ceo's can not be trusted. I too am done with pink stocks after I work my way out of several of them that I own. Will stay with this until the end, might as well, down 80%. Had another awhile back that did a r/s and got out with only a 20% loss. Let's let the SEC handle this to see what they do. We know all the lies told to us, so maybe they will do some good. There should be some assets somewhere to help the new company, although I think the whole gang is working togather to rob from us. There is way to mush stacked against the average guy to play around in pinkyland. Get in and get out with a little profit is probably the way to go, no more long holds imo. GLTA
What better way to not have to answer questions than to say they went on a cruise. lol These jokers are sitting around reading the boards. They all know each other and playing the game pass the shell. Lets face it we've been had. OK, wait 30 more days, if nothing turn them over to the Sec. Can't let them rob from any more investors, enough is enough. It has been one lie after another, what a joke.
That is who I thought it was also.
SH-ME-GREEN.......... I would enjoy hearing anything positive on this stock. You seem to think that it has promise, so I'm all ears. I have debated selling this but if I can fine a reason to hang-on I will.
I'm as about as mixed up here as you can get so I need a opinion from the board. Would it be better to hold on to shares going to court against RGNO? If we sell shares can you still be involved in the case? I don't went to sell at a loss and then be told that because I sold I can't be involved. If I lose all my money than so be it, just don't want to be on the outside looking in.
It sounds like you picked up a lot of info in your conversation with Jerry. One well was dug with our money and it was dry, there are other leases that might also belong to us. The big question to me is why all the talk in early prs. about all the other wells and leases if they were not part of RGNO? If this is the case, then we were all lied to to get us to buy the stock. This is why Jerry shut down and stopped talking after the dry well. Did his attorney tell him to stop giving out info because he had already said to much. Whatever, The fact remains that he lied in his prs about what RGNO owned . What will be done about this lying to shareholders is up to us in the end. It sounds to me like all we have are a few leases.
PLEASE explain how every trade is a buy but the stock was down most of the day, thank you in advance
Ibox says o/s is 63m . Is this wrong?
I am long this stock, however if the FW leases do not produce revenues this winter do you believe there will be enough money to drill wells in Kansas this spring? I know that Kieth talked about selling other leases in other states but have not heard how that may be progressing. I am just concerned about the money needed for these new wells.
Thanks for that info Echo20 on the court action suit. I would have thought it was more money than that. If it comes down to it my name will be on the list. I really don't like being lied to by Jerry and the gang.
I forgot to read this part of the pr.

I just going over this in case somebody in the company is reading the board. Maybe they forgot.
I think it very disrespectfull to shareholders not to follow- thru with their pr.
The company's "State of the Company," which will include a Balance Sheet and a list of Assets with details regarding the assets, is scheduled for release the week of February 4.
Raise your hand if you think the following is happening:
Current management is working with former management on getting accurate financial information as well as an accurate accounting of all assets. As former management deemed it necessary for a change; they are working very closely with current management to make the transition as smooth and successful as possible.
Why do I get the feeling I'm on a sinking ship and everyone is jumping overboard. This ship may not sink but perhaps float for awhile. Well, I'm not the captain but I don't swim that well, so I'll stay aboard for awhile and man the pumps. This ship may go aground and not sink at all. Always remember pink slip stocks can be very risky.Am going to have to keep reminding myself of that.
RickP....... If you are reading this board perhaps new management is also reading. Most of us here have no idea what happened to our old RGNO. Why they sold, what happened to their business plan, what assets might be left in the old company. Many here are still holding strong waiting to find out. You probablly know all of this but would like to make it clear to you . We have invested are hard worked for money and hope that you will look out for our investment by making sure that all assets in RGNO are accounted for. Jerry has walked away without telling us anything. Some people may say that this is just business but I believe that we as shareholders deserve some answers. Hopefully your next pr well answer our questions. If it does not than we all start the new company off on the wrong foot, with restentments and bad feelings towards our new company, it doesn't have to be this way and I hope that it will not. If it takes a little longer to look into the assets that we believe should be there ,than that would be find with me. I feel that most of the shareholders are looking forward to seeing what our new company will look like. Good luck starting the new company and I wish you well.
I really think that dealing with pink stocks is getting so bad that people are going to quit buying them. You can hardly believe anything they tell you. I know that the seven I am in will be the last of them. They are going to have to become more honest with their shareholders, eough is enough. Ceo's need to be held accountable for there actions. we can make our jails a little larger to hold more of them.
Strongus please tell me you had a cold the other day when you were on the phone call. This will tell me we aren't being taken for a ride.
Pizzabuster1.... I didn't post this on RGNO because I figured it would be deleted. To answer your question on RGNO, I think investing in this stock has now turned to gambling, instead on investing. Flip of a coin is the best you can hope for. Too many unknowns to make a call, who are you going to believe and trust at this point. I think there will be a r/s. If so, pps may go up a little , then fall back, however we do not know about assets, yet to determined. Also new company may take this somewhere in the future. imo I am still holding , but like many am down alot.
Big Mur..... Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I do plan on staying invested. Hemi has some downside, but the positives override the negatives. Only wish that I hadn't averaged down five times to get where I'm at, I'm sure many of us have said the same.
Big Mur......... Thank you, The more I try to understand, the more confused I get about Hemi's business plan. Ok, back to just reading.
DR issue may still be alive and well. That is a private company, JR is looking for government financing. Everything looks great, waiting for a pr soon that will move us up.
Mckinley, I don't know much about pickie o&g companies, perhaps you can anawer my question. How can a Ceo of a o&g company buy leases with shareholder money and then just walk away with the leases and whatever they were producing? When it is said that RGNO has no assets, does not make any sense. Maybe you agree with me that there should be some assets.
'Jerry said' we would be happy with the new company. Sorry, I forgot, not too many of Jerry said comments came true. LOL I think the small amount of o&g coming out of the ground is juat enough to pay the rent, he probably can't get money to work the leases.imo The leases should be there, also some working wells, if he doesn't try to take them with him. Would not like to see that but he has been a little less than honest with his shareholders. Lets hope it got to be to much for him to handle, so he just wants out. I think his new company will be private, however I would like to know where he got the money for the new company. All guesswork for now.
I also believe it might take longer to figure out our assets, don't see how it could be figured in this short of time. Good luck to all, and let's hope Jerry will give his shareholders some respect and consideration in all of this.
I just read the last thirty posts on the hmgo board, I feel like someone dropped a brick on my head. Lowman just came unglued, going to take awhile to get over the shock.
Lets give our new company a chance before we start looking for any dirt. Have nothing to lose, rgno was on the way out. Appears to me we were about down the tubes with Jerry and the gang. I think this new bunch has a chance to move up a couple pennys. I'm going to wait until they come out with something next week before I start any fires.
Well, I'm sittin here staring up at the ceiling wandering what the heck just fell on me. I feel like I just caught my wife in a lie. Everyone appears to think that we are at the bottom, so I guess we can't go nowhere but up. I think they call that the power of positive thinking.
