If you read docs.. you would see that the BK case lasted about a month and got dismissed. company entered CCAA and the rest is history on selling the assets of the Subs. Restructure. Well I see this completely different then you...I see a great company liquidating some assets to focus on another corp direction in more of a license term than an operation term. More focus on the Toll agreements then the production point....I see Restructure and Focus change.
