What a joke. Latest Press Release says patents pending. Sorry, nothing but some clever applications engineering. US Patent Office would laugh this one into the trash.
Farenheight? LOL! Press Release can't even get Fahrenheit spelled correctly. Lots of other spelling errors even on this Board. Like "opperating" and "Panasar". Wonder if the $24M is a mistake? Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO is getting so desperate that he can't even take the time to edit or use a spell checker. This team is a sick joke!
Wonder if anyone at SEC reads stock boards like this one? Did UAMA disclose CEO's convictions to SEC for stock fraud as required by regulations? UAMA CEO serves without SEC Waiver. Overdue for a Wells notice.
Latest Press Release questionable. Is CEO inflating the value of contracts? Again?

Name calling is only resort when facts overwhelming. Haven't seen anything from any poster that approaches objectivity. They're all willingly or unwillingly complicit in what appears like the next fraudulent initiative for UAMA. It's all BSBB.
Rumored that RuralCom CEO was a federal "contractor" earlier in his career. UAMA CEO would be wise to watch his steps this time as jail time could be his reward this time around.
If that is so the former CEO should demand a jury trial in the US. That wouldn't go well for Benoit Laliberte and may expose him to federal charges in the US.
All you need to know! Criminal CEO! Some supporters can't handle the truth. A law suit could be good to truly expose UAMA and their criminal CEO. Unless of course, the SEC gets to them first.

UAMA criminal CEO repeating past habits?
"The AMF also accused Benoît Laliberté of having dangled investors important trade agreements to artificially stimulate the purchase of shares of its firm Jitec. However, these huge agreements never took place."
Makes you question the degree of unsubstantiated claims taking place with recent announcement on multi-million contracts. I smell more of the same from Benoit Laliberte.
UAMA financials will show distressed situation.
TNW Wireless network not operational in violation of ISED Conditions of Licence.

UAMA CEO a criminal, all you need know! Convicted on 41 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation. Alleged by others to be a personal bankrupt for 10 years. Condemned in court proceedings by a Canadian Judge for his business practice and well-established practice of breaching agreement and written contracts. Expect bad news for TNW Wireless and their Application before the CRTC, expect fail on SNAP litigation, expect more of the same track record of management incompetence and failed businesses. Expect loss of key assets including IP and Patents as a result of Receivership of Investel Capital Corp. Expect to eventually see evidence that the business has no working capital and no expansion capital. Expect to learn that the CCAA Proceedings (still underway 20 months later) have hollowed out the enterprise. Look to the past of these miscreants to accurately predict the future!
UAMA CEO criminal. All you need to know.

Caveat Emptor. Words you won't hear on call.
UAMA CEO criminal. All you need to know.
No SEC Waiver and no evidence UAMA CEO ever formally disclosed his convictions on 41 counts of stock fraud.

I've spoken with SNAP. Time, money and legal talent on their side. Ultimately patent fight will end up in US Courts. The legal battle will take years!
UAMA CEO criminal and can't be trusted
Patent ownership clouded by Receivership and security agreements breached with lenders. Laliberte has already made pathetic attempts to settle and SNAP having none of it. Ultimately great patents need US Patent Office listing and SNAP most likely to prevail. BTW they know that
Laliberte, UAMA CEO is a criminal.
Looking forward to SEC Wells notice.
Any poster who supports UAMA is complicit.
Facts aren't on the side of UAMA. Expect new initiatives to be fraudulent. It's the legacy of Benoit Laliberte, the criminal CEO. He'll breach agreements, breach contracts, stop paying suppliers, contractors and lenders and work his way to the next bankruptcy. It's not about building a business of exceptional and lasting value, only lining his own pockets. Read all about his track record. Caveat Emptor.m
Absolutely no upside from SNAP litigation for UAMA. SNAP understands fully that UAMA can't afford to litigate a US Patent case in the US and they will invest the time and money to have the case heard in the US. They're smart, they have the financial resources, they don't respect Benoit Laliberte and they relish the thought of getting him in front of a US jury and judge. Then there's the question as to who has possession of the Patents. It's unclear at this point but likely will go to lenders once the Receivership concludes.
No rational basis to expect UAMA upside. Criminal CEO has a clear track record of fraud and dealing in bad faith. Read the court record of bankruptcy ($40M) still in progress. Read comments from a Canadian Judge and his criticism of the business practices of Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO. Then read the separate Receivership proceedings and the potential loss of Patents, IP and other key assets to satisfy breach of security agreements with lenders. There's no upside hear just more of the same fraudulent dealings that go back to Laliberte's conviction on 41 penal counts of stock fraud and market manipulation by a Canadian Court back in 2008-2009. Benoit Laliberte is a criminal and he and his management team have never built a business of lasting value. All clowns.
Predictably UAMA will fail under Benoit Laliberte, CEO. Read how he does it in court records of bankruptcy and receivership. Get some traction, run up debt, screw suppliers and contractors by not paying them and then file for bankruptcy. Read his history, read the court record of the $40M bankruptcy filing, read the court proceedings on receivership in pusuit of the truth. It's an ugly read and no one in their right mind would want to trust or do business with any company run by Benoit Laliberte. .
UAMA CEO, convicted on 41 counts of stock fraud has never built a business of lasting value. Why would anyone believe anything he says?
Hear what a criminal CEO sounds like. Join the call.

UAMA CEO has a well earned reputation for fraud. He's never built a company of enduring value and he won't be doing it here.
