Absolutely no upside from SNAP litigation for UAMA. SNAP understands fully that UAMA can't afford to litigate a US Patent case in the US and they will invest the time and money to have the case heard in the US. They're smart, they have the financial resources, they don't respect Benoit Laliberte and they relish the thought of getting him in front of a US jury and judge. Then there's the question as to who has possession of the Patents. It's unclear at this point but likely will go to lenders once the Receivership concludes.
