The MMs had to buy 95k to fill your order ...
95k @ .018 15:59:11
95k @ .017 15:59:11
although they had to get their shares first they placed their order second, not sequentially.
I've got a fever!
That explains why I can hear it, I had it turned off.
That puts us back to .015.
I'm thinking the same, the DD is done on the financing and now their moving forward to close it. Re-reading the 5/25 PR makes me think that it's worth it.
Last night I wouldn't have guessed we would see 10% green at any point in the day. This news is being accepted better than the Quitman termination. ;)
Wouldn't the funding for the LOI eventually effect the pps regardless if it is through dilution, loans, royalty, etc? Our shares are diluted but profits may now be higher, especially if BIGN has equipment.
I think your right, maybe we turned the corner.
Thanks Halada, I agree.
Where did the $35 million dollar figure come from? I'm a little dubious about that, and I'm not bashing.
Tomorrow may be a little scary, but this may work out pretty good for those willing to hold. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Hopefully the bad news is out and we get good news moving forward.
I agree, they emphasized 2 or 3 times the #1 priority is the LOI, which means everything else is on the back burner.
Penn, this is interesting. You wouldn't happen to know which PR this is, would you?
About 5 months ago I owned a stock whose symbol I cant' remember, but they were merging with another public company. A date was set just prior to the merger, and the average PPS for a period of 20 days prior to that date was the value that would be used to determine how much of stock X we would get for stock Y.
I can't see any reason why BIGN's PPS would be tied to the LOI, but you never know. Could be why theres no news.
BA = .017 X .0175
Success Oil at Tubbs, does anyone know what the 'Daily EX' value represents on the list of wells below?
The value is 4380.
http://www.rrc.state.tx.us/divisions/og/gatherers/t.html
its a long page, you'll need to search for Success Oil.
TIA
MMs are buying at .0155 in order to sell at .017.
The IR people are not BIGN employees, this is not unusual IMO.
I called Scottrade about this a few weeks ago and they told me that market makers are not required to post bids on 'penny stocks'. I'm not sure if this means just pinksheet stocks or also OTCBB stocks.
He can't be hitting the bid, it just went up. He's got to be buying.
If part of the contract would give the ETOC a royalty partly based on the price of oil neither party would have to be concerned about oil prices. It would be an easy way to handle this.
Hey lekraus,
Where do you think the stock will go?
I doubt that NG or oil prices have much if any effect on BIGN pps. Right now it's the fundamentals that matter.
I'm still real positive here.
BIGN isn't marketing itself and is missing too many deadlines, particularly on Grimes. Anyone who has been burned by a pinkie may be reluctant to touch this one until something real hapens.
They sorely need ...
1. a good operations manager
2. a good marketing person
Finished wells and flowrates will get this thing moving.
I wish they would have made the additional 4k acres a seperate deal, in the end it may work out for the best.
Any chance that Barnett is part of the 4k acres? That would be nice.
Hopefully were days away from being a $10MM company, or more.

Beijing’s interest in relations with Iran is due in part to China’s soaring energy consumption. For example, its crude oil imports soared 40 percent in the first eight months of 2005. Oil analysts have said that China could deplete its domestic oil supply in 14 years.

Part of another article about China's oil reserve ...
China is facing a bill of CNY60 billion ($7.54 billion) if it wants to build a strategic oil reserve capacity to rival western countries and secure a 90-day cushion against supply shocks, a senior executive at oil trader Sinochem said Monday.
Li Hui, vice-president of Sinochem, said the investment would be needed as China is forecast to need to import 300 million metric tons of crude oil in 2020 as energy consumption grows and domestic production from its aging oil fields stagnates.
The strategic reserves facilities, which are being built in phases, must have a capacity of 90 million cubic meters to ensure a "stable supply in the domestic oil market" and fulfill the recommendation of the International Energy Agency that countries have crude in reserve equivalent to 90 days of imports, Li said.

I spoke to IR a few weeks ago and can verify that the shares are available through September. They brought it up when I was asking about #3.
Are these shares considered part of O/S, or 'Available Shares' (or neither)?
I tried to come up with a PPS this weekend based on various scenarios but only had the o/s from pinksheet.com, 400MM from mid-year.
Just a half dozen wells in Grimes gives you a pretty good PPS using 10 as the PE, but P/E and available shares is guess.
slow day, only one order in two hours - EOM.
wrong board, sorry.
I'm not Gary. Iggy this guy, futrcash was right, its a prank.
Thanks. You and others on this list have contribute a lot to the information here, and it is very much appiated.
Thanks for the correction, long ago I used to work in the transportation department of a small chemical company but we never transported by pipeline, just rail and truck.
I agree, as far as I know BIGN has no wells in production in Texas, JV or otherwise. Tubbs hopefully soon, but not yet.
I may be wrong about the TRC too, it could be the DOT that governs pipelines now that I think about it.
I don't understand who the 2 ladies are that are trying to find out about BING.
If I'm not mistaken, in Texas all pipelines fall under the jurisdiction of the Texas Railroad Commision, and this is probably why gratli mentioned that he is with he TRC.

I tried starting my own software company about 15 years ago and would like to try again.
early retirement would be OK too.
We closed green, miner49r must be out there somewhere.
The only 4 orders today have been crossed orders.
They finally moved the ba up just a hair.
I believe that the chart is rolling based on anticipation without news to support it. I believe that if BIGN fulfills it's promises more shares will go into long hands, the rolling will be reduced as will the opportunity for flipping.
During the first quarter it looks like most of the news was released shortly after 4pm, but not since then.
I'm guessing the next PR is Grimes, hopefully this week.
