Question to the Board: Why would a company coming into the shell EEGI, with supposed significant revenue not scoop up say 1 billion shares out of the float for the measly cost of $200,000 @ .0002 per share? This sound like too good an opportunity to pass up. The only thing that worries me is just that, why would they not?

.001 pps would give the new company a 2 million dollar value, a penny would give it a 20 million dollar value

Do you realize that if the new company sold 1 billion shares at let's say .0002 that that would only gain them $200,000? Why would a company that has significant revs do that? I don't believe they are selling shares just MM manipulation

Obviously the big question is if the company coming into the shell is an industry leader and what other surprises they have with acquisitions, hopefully we will be pleasantly surprised.

Judging from what Aplin said in the interview he said time is the main factor, but it has been almost a year I believe, correct me if I am wrong, since that interview occurred. But I could see this being a $1 stock in two years with the right moves. Like Aplin said they will most likely get bought out before then. I'm holding this one long term

Yep, I listened to the Aplin interview and that guy is a mover and shaker. Between him, Scholl, and Mizer we should have a winner. I'm holding no matter what because this thing could be as big as Paypal or get bought out by Paypal or some bank that wants in this arena. Let's hope it happens sooner rather than later

I'm not selling a share. I like the management even though they have left us high and dry lately. These guys are real accomplish fellows imo, and Mr. Scholl said they are working tirelessly for shareholder value. When we do get news and judging from what your buddy said they have opened beacons in Atlanta and who knows where else. We should have nicely increased revenues or a partnership or buyout...patience
