Agency complaint re Blockdomes! Storm Clouds???
From Consolidated Financials for 2016-2017:
In May 2018 the Company received notice that a private complaint had been filed with the Commission de Protection du Territoire Agricole de Quebec (“CPTAQ”), the provincial body mandated to protect agricultural land in Quebec. UAMA says they answered and awaiting ruling. You may recall that Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO was found guilty of 41 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation by a Quebec Court and no record he ever paid the $900,000 fine imposed by the Court.
TNW cellular network inoperative in violation of ISED Conditions of Licence. Some site owners have disconnected power for breach of site rental agreements. No evidence of any subscribers other than test phones.
These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
Going Concern Consideration
The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. As discussed in Note 21 to the consolidated financial statements, the Company has sustained significant operating losses and needs to obtain additional financing to continue the services they provide. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Management’s plans in regard to these matters are also described in Note 2. CEO has a criminal record. Apparently didn't pay fine imposed by Quebec Court and has been an undischarged bankrupt for 10 years. This revealed in court records of Investel Receivership. Investel Capital Corp. was the highly touted parent company and all assets now in hands of the Receiver as part of a breached security agreement.

A quote from the Consolidated Financials to YE 2017.
"The Company’s ability to raise additional capital through future equity and debt securities issuances is unknown. Obtaining additional financing, the successful development of the Company’s contemplated plan of operations, ultimately, to profitable operations are necessary for the Company to continue operations."
UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal and is an impediment to raising any significant capital. The trail of breached agreements and breached contracts by this crook was even entered into the court records and identified as a regular business practice of Benoit Laliberte by a Canadian Judge.
Any source of investment capital will conduct due diligence and quickly distance themselves from what is possibly a criminal enterprise.

Thank you! Copied, and sent to the SEC as additional evidence of complicity of certain posters on advice of counsel. Perhaps you missed the comment of my past government work. Have fun answering the subpoena that comes your way from the SEC.

Re RuralCom. Posters have been making claims that RuralCom Corporation was bankrupt. That is totally untrue and where is your evidence? Fact is that RuralCom was sold to Investel by rogue directors. RuralCom's CEO had presented several financing term sheets to the Board of Directors, anyone which would have sustained the company's business plans. TNW Wireless has failed to maintain the network and it is non-operational at this time in violation of the ISED Conditions of Licence, which explains in part why ISED has not assigned the spectrum licences to TNW Wireless, effectively stripping TNW Wireless of their eligibility to qualify under the CRTC Regulations for their Application. Additionally cell site owners have not been paid their rent by TNW Wireless and several have disconnected the power.Expect the CRTC pleadings for iPCS to fail. It's how the process works which everyone except UAMA's CEO understands. Don't take any of this at face value and do your own research. Check the bankruptcy proceedings, review the court documents on the Receivership of Investel Capital Corporation, the touted parent company. What you will find and deduce is that UAMA is a very troubled business that is likely to fail.
Attn: Posters. As several posters have chosen to accuse me of being a criminal and bankrupt, I will state for the record that I am neither. That makes you accusations slanderous and libelous. After consulting with my attorneys they advised that the best course of action was to enter your names and posts into the SEC Complaint that has already been filed. Further the mechanism that has permitted you to possibly have unmasked my identity is a violation of the board and will negatively impact UAMA. So continue if you must making accusations without evidence, but understand that there is a high probability that you will receive a subpoena and face the costs of answering same.

No upside for UAMA. Criminal CEO, sub still in bankruptcy proceedings, Investel, the touted parent company, in Receivership. All key assets including, IP, licences and patents claimed by largest creditor, Bond Capital, under security agreements. Overdue filings, inoperative cellular network, cell site ground rent unpaid, power disconnected. Portrait of a failing enterprise.

Soon this business will crash & burn. No working capital, key assets in hands of Receiver, killing any upside to SNAP litigation for UAMA. Just a matter of time before TNW Wireless tanks. Stock price illusory and believe it will implode on bad news in next couple of months,
