Attn: Posters. As several posters have chosen to accuse me of being a criminal and bankrupt, I will state for the record that I am neither. That makes you accusations slanderous and libelous. After consulting with my attorneys they advised that the best course of action was to enter your names and posts into the SEC Complaint that has already been filed. Further the mechanism that has permitted you to possibly have unmasked my identity is a violation of the board and will negatively impact UAMA. So continue if you must making accusations without evidence, but understand that there is a high probability that you will receive a subpoena and face the costs of answering same.
