alot of times it creates panic selling though not. Hell when he raised the OS to 1 Bil it looked like everyone dumped. When the increase it that much it scares me. They do it for a reason. If they weren't diluting this would be running and trading at a much higher price. Why wouldn't they stop the dilution, let it run up, then dilute again if they want too at a higher PPS.
There is abviously alot of attention here. You don't think they could sneak in some dilution at say a PPS of .003 without investors catching on. I think so. It would take alot less shares to make the same money
