The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts.
SEC will pay Whistleblowers 10-30% of any financial penalties. Attention Navigata-Westel, Teliphone, UAMA, TNW, Investel, etc. employees, officers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. You know Benoit Laliberte is a criminal and, if you are able to provide proof, the SEC Whistleblower Program will reward you with 10-30% of any financial penalties levied. This could be worth potentially millions ($USD) to a Whistleblower that can provide insider evidence of fraud, misuse of company funds, false or misleading financial reporting, exaggerated press releases, etc. Could potentially put Benoit in a US jail. Call them today at (202) 551-4790
Benoit Laliberte CEO, a convicted criminal and his management team have never built a business of lasting value.
Where's the upside? Bankruptcy and receivership have left them with little after their largest operating subsidiaries where sold in bankruptcy court and all their key assets in hands of the receiver. Financial report at YE 2017 showed no revenues (none!) and very little cash. With no new investment reported or announced the financials are likely bad news at this time.
Caveat Emptor! Careful research and due diligence will reward you with the facts on this questionable enterprise.
iPCS likely irrelevant. AT&T already does Wi-Fi Roaming, domestically and internationally.
If iPCS has any relevance or value why haven't they attracted marquee customers?

Where are the Q1 and Q2 financials? Aren't they overdue? If they are an extension of YE 2017 they will be ugly.
Why isn't the cellular network working? Isn't that a violation of ISED Conditions of Licence?

Bad faith dealings of Benoit Laliberte are legendary. Even comments on Glass Door from prior employees comment on crooked management.
Market Manipulation? Meet the CEO!
"Dirty Hands" doctrine. Now watch the deaf and blind posters ignore the facts.

UAMA CEO was convicted of market manipulation. Caveat Emptor!
"dirty hands" doctrine.
I'm all for justice bring it on.
Caveat Emptor. Deep due diligence needed here to understand risk.
Where are the overdue financials? Likely very ugly if no new cash infusion or revenue.
I'm an aggrieved creditor whose contract breached. Owed over $500,000 before damages. Nothing more. I own no UAMA stock and never have.
Unmask the BS and read the evidence. CEO is a convicted criminal. Business hollowed out by bankruptcy and separate Receivership of the touted parent company. No revenue, very little cash, accumulated deficit of $5.22M. Canadian Judge went on record commenting on business practices of Benoit Laliberte, admonishing his practice of breaching legal agreements and contracts. UAMA needs cash but no lender who does any due diligence will touch them. Don't take my word, READ the evidence. Caveat Emptor.
"You can't handle the truth" from the movie "A Few Good Men" is appropo to other posters. Statements backed with evidence are perfectly legal.
Complaint filed with SEC.

Best predictor for UAMA future is past record. Read bankruptcy proceedings, still in progress. Also read Receivership court proceedings of Investel Capital Corp. still in progress, the touted parent company, where you will find details of all key assets in hands of the Receiver. Those assets include all IP, Patents and Spectrum Licences.

Blockchain domes are fantasy domes! Just watch! Even if there is a business opportunity, these malfeasants will only stay long enough to line their own pockets.
UAMA management never built enterprise of lasting value. Truth is there is a trail of failed businesses, breached contracts, bankruptcy and receivership of the touted parent company. The facts are irrefutable, this enterprise is decaying fast. Expect the future to repeat the past.
Time is running out for UAMA. Bankruptcy hollowed out the subsidiaries to pay creditors, Investel the touted parent company in Receivership, cellular network "down" and INOP in violation of Conditions of Licence, all key assets in hands of Receiver. Seems like the end may not be too far off for this fraudulent enterprise. Read the bankruptcy proceedings (E & Y) and the court proceedings for the Receivership. No one who sat in the court gallery or read and fully understood the transcripts would want anything to do with Benoit Laliberte or his company.
