Time is running out for UAMA. Bankruptcy hollowed out the subsidiaries to pay creditors, Investel the touted parent company in Receivership, cellular network "down" and INOP in violation of Conditions of Licence, all key assets in hands of Receiver. Seems like the end may not be too far off for this fraudulent enterprise. Read the bankruptcy proceedings (E & Y) and the court proceedings for the Receivership. No one who sat in the court gallery or read and fully understood the transcripts would want anything to do with Benoit Laliberte or his company.
