understand
and you are right - the genesis of the production (not from robes!), location of, and deals related were not covered.
But line up direct questions and send them and share - i was happy with his direct approach, his stake and commitment to shares and value...he seems a real operations guy and knows this biz- and that is what is needed.
On a sidebar - an answer i got from info was they have about 7-8 staff.
He did say they were in touch with and pitching to coal companies, said order with Vega likely in days, and more
so i think we wil see , as numbers are reported and in follow up ccs
But this is not a pump and dump that is for sure!
Not sure i understand your question
and one point - JG stated all questions open to ask - so follow with questions to info@
He said they are now producing 7 tons an hour - not sure what you mean about outsourcing
I was very impressed by the ceo
Great call!!
JG is the man ..
product pipelines in the works
actual 7 tons an hour now
sales now
VEGA a client - but that is all / one of many others(potential and realized)
Moving off pink sheets a commitment - asap
Funding - tied to move off and private placements
Announcements queued up
plans for growth expansion
stands alone - both selling and producing
and more
will be posted
It is posted and wrong on the IHUB Vencor page
dont know how to change - but again as of now the
number is 605-562-0020
ID 660-129-112
the page should be changed
I reached out and got a response
NEW CALL IN NUMBER -605-562-0020
MEETING ID - 660-129-112
and apparently that is it - no pin or other
RE Coal price etc...I did ask about the commodity prices, coal collapse and affect - as well as the implication of the new incoming congress likely deaf ear to bio-anything,
and understood that price pressure does exist on a unit basis, but does not take into account the incentive/benefit/motivation for green bio fuel shift. In Europe goals and mandates are set to lower emissions and in this country the pressure to clean up coal is real...what is cheaper...to add scrubbers and build new clean plants...or burn a % of a clean product in same channel.
You don't have to be a marketing genius to see the value to coal companies cleaning up with this easy cost effective approach - and to this market even a tiny 1% entry would be massive.
That does not touch the various other applications for bio coal, char and related which may come in at higher price possibilities.
The issue for me is how fast these guys can go...how clever to grab and frame these opportunities..and to get contracts in the various area- show the reality (not future plans) and then the plans for scale up in all areas.
You may be right...
my point is the share structure of vega would not be great with more companies coming in unless they also were doing a reversal...just too much out and spent it seems....
We will understand better on Monday with CC - my guess is that vencor WAS a shell...but now is not...with its own biz (not bio char now - as yet anyway)....suspect we have orders (web site 7 tons an hour) , and that James G is his own man....our man....
Vega has a great contract - but so might others...tripling or more machines seems easy enough with biz coming in.
I dont quite get ATP...the process is not so unique (vencor met same specs)....why so hard to get that going....i suspect vcor has an opportunity to be THE supplier....to this and for much more....not sure what ATI brings in that cannot be done directy in vcor
we shall see!
Doesnt make sense to me,,,,
Vencor has the cleaner share structure, current and future biz right now, and will stand on its own. Bio Char now might find its way in here,,,and would be welcome as another line of biz....
Vega offers nothing except a sales arm...so might work the other way...but vencor will lead (IMHO)
They separated the public co from the robes and leisure wear biz some time ago.
They separated the public co from the robes and leisure wear biz some time ago.
they need that penny bid for the upgrade....good goal to have as base...the company needs this too
quiet day....
nice to see support...back to slow days...what to expect...
i see one or more contract announcements in the very near term... the approval of product is huge...means we are in business with the earlier referred to client....
Over at VGPR they seem to going nuts negative....may not know that Vencor is now in queue to likely deliver on the 50mm supply contract....and my guess is other contracts as well in the works...
Other business will be irresistible ...Bio Char ...doubtful this remains a separate sales effort in other co...makes all the sense that all other related products production efforts get folded in...
Imagine coal plants in usa knowing they can use a product with the same energy as coal...but clean....irrespective of price....if they can use at same time...claim that they now have 'cleaned up' by using a % if clean fuel? Good story and massive market.
just dreaming on slow day
whats the bet we still close at .01 ?
I think good that the revs are treated separately...
This release was clear and about product...
some top line revs seem clear on the horizon....if we produce the first half of the 50mm contract until ATI comes in...and then one or two others..my guess is we will see contracts of 20-40mm in the next 45 days, if not sooner.
what i would like to see if the biz beak out - what is margin in this commodity biz...our cost of ops...and pace of new contracts...are we going to sell ourselves..or lean on vgpr...will we expand into the other product areas- char, mixes, fillers and clean up
id like to have a home bio coal stove :)
While a moment of pain - good to get weak hands out...
and firms up the base...
dont let it cloud the news...the teas leaves read
vcor product approved...vgpr has a 50mm contract...
my guess is we are in real business...no debt...low cost...big market
Very good point
my confidence has do to with trading pattern ...base and the very short history...i do see this as a effort to build a co..not squeeze out share $...at least not down here....
But ill ad to my list to ask...good for CC
hope you are joining the party....like your posts on VGPR but a little too stormy over there right now...
Think about this like a 'normal' stock
we have about 1.1B out...so we are now at about a 10-12mm cap....if the business grabs some of the referenced deals for production (30-50+MM), with expansion into other markets we may the 'first-mover' of scale in the biocoaal/char arena...with huge potential.
Low cost to produce - so with $ relatively simple to get going- if we have mgrs with experience in supply chain, storage, delivery and sales we have very strong platform for survival. We all know that the pinks are a gamble on prospect- but rarely do they blossom to big leagues...this may be one.
My thought - we will see a cap between 20-30mm (,02-.03) in the near term - with spurts up and down,..we will stay above .01 with some buffer for re-listing....,,but see this going to .03-05 by Mar-June,,,with solid base....This is my base feeling
i think this is conservative,,,,then building to a 50 mm cap ...and then all based on results and contracts trading 2-3 times opportunity - possible 2015-16 to 150mm or .15)
On the way we will start having traders who are coming in now begin to work this...but as this level you are coming in near bottom
all speculation - IMHO
Run the numbers and trades...
there is a large grp accumulating....this isnt retail except on margins...this is good news....all action to date is those who held from earlier co...the few who stumbled in...and the new grp (my thought) managing the cap and company future.
Each release has been methodical...last with lawyer and OTC upgrade,,,and then a few days later here we are at .01 (a key requirement)...
For new folks - this is still tightly held,,,and my feeling is this is the rare co with deep plans and backing to get out of pinks,,,,not a trader vehicle...buy and hold....this wont slip back
we did it!!!!
closed with penny bid....and this aligns with the goal for upgrading OTC if it holds...which i think it will given what we see today
still a buy! :0
Well think about it....
if this is the rare REAL co with earnings and scale and market...and backers...only 10mm cap now...if there is a 20-40mm contract lurking...JG CEO leading the way..no debt...this is destined for a big future...
we still have no news spurring this...clearly foundation funders are stepping in to get this to a penny...and no one in their way..since no shares down here...
even if you take all of today and assume they are traders (not)then still a tight market...so my guess is we will see this find a floor well above this
seems they want to close above a penny,,,
keeps pushing...would be great if they make it and hold firm...that is new floor...only maybe 6mm shares traded under in last 2 mo..and then back into robe works history...
the real sweet spot
where we will see shares flow out will be .012-.016...my guess from history is (along w VM :) about 8-12mm shares in that area
then if / when breaks above this level we will be free flying
again all guess from past watching
There are no shares available
My sense is the huge issued is locked up for a time...or knows better...and the old vencor hands are gone expect a few dinosaurs that were stupid and lucky enough to hang on...if you trace trading back a few years you will see that there is nothing down here...old mgt probably holds 10-20%, new team 70%...so maybe only 10 -20% out now
all guess work of course
Starting to get real...
in perspective this is still only about 10-12k trading. It is clear there is interest in shares ...taking out small lots...moving up.
The real push has not happened...and my feel is that the buyers are not sub penny traders...but bigger hands for longer term...
the release re upping our listing status and the .01 bid, and the action are part of a picture...
One comment for them -
i do hope they can have an admin person update web, phones etc
Thanks - where did this come from
dont see it on the site - nor on any news feed?
that was a nice close...
and so tiny...for such a move...
i needed it ...i am heavy in oil and services...took a big hit
Hope mgt is good with timetables and execution
to date all good but soon rubber must hit road
Items open and waiting...
the important sample test of product was to be finalized end of NOV...
The CC info is to be on site (nothing yet)
News should be updated on site (past releases missing)
This is all about credibility - if this is a 1-2 man show with promise or are we selling 7 tons an hour somewhere...
If we are going to REALLY break out..the key is actual results that are transparent and that we build on...investors can rely on...
The CC will be huge...is this a sub penny stock plagued by lack of funding and market contacts, operational challenges, lack of serious HR...or ...the the tip of an iceberg of of a real co. with sales, clients, and visible resourced biz plan
The 'tell' will really be $$...if there is enough actual info to show we are selling and growing, and tapped into the multi million growing market we should see big boy support
chart is not very meaningful here.....totally new company and trading patterns....
unknown levels w new holders....huge new authorized there were a few blasts to .016 with stops along the way...but a looong time with nothing so lots may have left the scene....
dont know...i would assume a year at least....but from when?
Do past mgt hold anything....how much do mgt / Gaspar hold/ what do preferred represent...etc
As part of DD this should come up as part of reporting and maybe CC
if they are going to go up in OTC this kind of transparency is needed
not sure...
for me it seems a little small to make much sense....seems maybe a couple of small holders leaving the scene and the MM's taking it in ....not enough scale to make much sense,,,,
The dilution that concerned me was the large issue on takeover of the vehicle....(i am a previous holder)...so i expect that the issued/out will find their way to market....what i watch for is scale....if we land big contracts (7 tons an hour ++), outline growth, have real mgt...then getting this to a penny however the shares come out is not an issue....that is only 12-15mm cap or so....if we cant get there in the near term this isnt interesting for me...dont want to spend a year with more sub penny trading games etc...
understand...
and i assume the atty they engage knows this...
sitll all to good as i see it....the cc will tell lots more...
Not fighting you...
but as i read it it is clear that this is a step to start....and a positive one - perhaps they plan to finalize end of fiscal year 2015 or mid year -

Quite possibly because they feel they will meet requirements in the near term...
they need to have all paperwork in order and a stabke bid of .01+.....doesnt seem too big a stretch
Yes yes yes...
this is the way to get it done...get us out of micro pinks ...this means
they have real biz, real substance for balance sheet and revs in hand or very close
this is an amazing steal down here...but like i have felt - better to go under the radar and make sure all pieces are in place...then we can sustain a real move forward
No need to clear up...
or have attitude...what always amazes me on these boards is those who expect immediate returns, big board liquidity, and so willing to impute every action (or perceived)inaction (general comment - not directed ant anyone)
I agree start ups can be very sought after...when the prospectus is out, mm'ers on board, market, product and company resources are detailed and clear(er) etc....
This was a shell...and then viola, we have an opportunity that looks like it a something...but no real details..lots of smoke coming out of chimney
Ill give it a little time before forming judgements...the CC call will be important
This is in effect a start up!
You cant assume or expect that there would be activity prior to the full release of company program, full implementation of biz plan, and having pieces in place.
The company has to release the steps as they go - the company is likely not even concerned about share value at THIS point...or working any company shares with any dog and pony marketing effort.
Im sure no broker...or mgt pitch presentation for shares has been to anyone but perhaps private placement funders.
I am impatient to see us make some $, but clearly see that they are being methodical.
I am very excited that this co has gone from a dead shell to now a viable prospect.
If any want immediate immediate action trade oil futures :)
sigh....
but to see us move down this far on 10k shares? a little depressing...you'd think someone in the know would want shares.
I am long and a believer - just need more to understand the full picture
why do I believe?
PS reporting status from before - this means some real $
The new ceo
The Bio char biz in general (viable interesting and growing)
The reference to ongoing customers and production
The curious fact that minimal news is coming out with lots of smoke easy to see from chimney...means that they don't care about share price right now - shooting bigger
I hold from before so not actively buying - but see this as ground floor for new comers woith real potential. Soon news and promotion will flow... we get a real glance on CC.
As much as i wanmt this to see action,
i feel given all that has happened wise that mgt take the time they need to have all pieces in place before any dog and ponys or share marketing.
I have enough scars from sub penny trading land filled with micro traders, loose marble posters and scams that i would prefer to see them present a bid deal, merger or a multi MM production deal...with deposit and rev stream in hand...with $ investors ready to go to take this out of spec land and put into pennies with real trading based on $ and prospects.
That said...a tad concerning so little support...seems this would the time to slowly move up with tiny volume and start at higher base...would think there would be strong bid support pushing up to take loose hands in
