my guess is...

....is that MM helped this co come forward and transition...was ceo as placeholder for a few weeks until the current mgt was set....he is on board....and certainly will be compensated...but is no longer active in mgt....

im sure he saw the opportunity for his company VGPR to develop another source of production faster...as well as channel our new CEO s ability and ties.
