I was just looking at that:
It was exactly a 300:1 split, according to you. So either Marchi has a particular modus operandi, or he just happened to copy and paste incorrectly from some earlier filing for another company.
I'm guessing he's got a system down. Your old message is at the below link.

Meanwhile I'm pretty sure someone had guarantees from Morey that there wouldn't be a reverse split, but I can't find the original... just references to it.
That doesn't necessarily mean the Twitter account is ICOA's. It could just be a pumper. Sure, it looks like ICOA, but that doesn't mean it actually is.
If every one of those 394 had 155K shares, it takes us right up to the outstanding total--and 155K isn't a very large number considering how long the price has been down around a penny.
OK, that's probably important. So it's not Conexant...it's just in the Conexant building.
If AIMH is being purchased by Conexant, as per Alexi's guess from the address listed on the updated entity listing (4000 MACARTHUR BLVD, etc) , it's going to be huge. Here's hoping that address is actually relevant.
Conexant went private in 2011 in a deal valued at $200 million. See:
http://www.google.com/finance?q=Conexant+Systems%2C+Inc.
Also check out the streetview of the address listed in the updated information. This isn't a PO Box or a hole in the wall.

Conexant has offices all over the world, and their website still lists their headquarters as Macarthur blvd:

Thanks. How inconvenient, though.
Is anyone besides me unable to place a buy or sell or order on AIMH this AM? I'm using etrade.
Doesn't look like this is going anywhere before the end of the year.
Same for me. Etrade tends to be rather slow with splits. Don't know why.
Anyone know anything about the reverse split that was supposed to happen in the third quarter? Has that been canceled, or is it still pending?
That was the number of shares, not the number of dollars. Assuming a price of roughly .0001, try dividing by 10,000 to get the number of dollars. It's not a lot.
Yep. Existing shareholders are about to get diluted into irrelevance. Oh fun and joy.
Confirmed: hypster sale on Flippa: https://flippa.com/146424-social-music-site-2-69-m-registered-users
So he's selling off the one asset of the company. What chance that money would ever come back to us? None, I'd say.
The stop is removed on OTC Markets. VMGI is showing limited information on OTC Markets. And level 2 quotes are available at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VMGI/quote
I don't think it's active yet.
See here for a little bit about Greg Stump from wikipedia. He's apparently both a skying legend and a director of skying movies. This news release probably pertains to Winter's Wind, and, while cryptic, probably is not (entirely) an April Fool's joke.
And why aren't there ANY references to either of his companies on his blog anymore? Did he get fired?
Looks like he's worried about a lawsuit from some angry investors who feel they've been misled.
Or am I just projecting?
New update online from the bottomdweller executive officer. Were you mistakenly under the impression that you had invested in a business brokerage with growth potential? Read it and weep: http://www.northstargbs.com/
Quoting from Raymond Barton:
CCTC: Finally approved. This one could just about explode.
Finally. It's ready to pop. This is going to be fun.
I'm afraid you're all jumping the gun a bit. I don't think we'll see anything major for weeks. PVHO just hasn't moved that quickly in the past. IMHO, of course. And not that I mind seeing my stock up 400%. It's a very nice feeling. But this all feels a bit premature.
EOM I think.
So we're looking at about 135M public, or about three times the reported amount.
33 million shares traded, 41.7 million outstanding? Really?
Me too. Here's hoping.
I'm looking forward to the quarterly. Can't wait, really.
I think the Alligato purchase is probably a long-term strategy move to acquire the technology platform to be able to support purchasing from cell phones. I don't think they care about long distance.
Can someone explain how a mini tender offer can be for "all outstanding shares"?
