Dear IR for El Maniel:
There have been many questions by shareholders concerning whether or not Jamie Khoo and/or El Maniel still owns the Philatelic collection of stamps that was appraised at $4.25 Million Dollars.
There are shareholders that claim they have spoken to El Maniel's legal counsel, David Price and that Mr. Price had informed them that the collection was no longer owned by El Maniel and to have anything pertaining to said collection, REMOVED from our website.
Is this true?
Thank you

RESPONSE:
From: "ir@elmaniel.com" <ir@elmaniel.com>
Cc: info@elmaniel.com
Thank you for your inquiry. Rest assured, as released publicly, we are still the 70% rightful beneficial owner of the stamp collection assets. However, we are currently in the process of resolving a dispute with the 30% owners on amicable grounds. Hence, we are unable to comment further until the matter is resolved. Furthermore, Mr David Price is an ex-officer of the Company and his services as our legal counsel was also duly terminated quite some time back. Therefore, he has no privy to the Company’s corporate affairs whatsoever thereto let alone any authority to comment and/or issue any form of statements whatsoever about and/or on behalf of the Company and/or its officers thereon.
********************************************************************************
So i'm thinking a visit to this gentleman's office will be fruitless (unless he is bitter and chooses to go outside of the bounds of client confidentiality, to state his case). Nonetheless pkdaddy, keep us informed.
To ALL: Do a google search on the email address mlgroup88@yahoo.com
What do you come up with?
The first one you see will be from the PR dated May 27, 2010 concerning the aquisition of a stamp and collectibles company valued at $4.5Million dollars.

Not only was Mr. Price the attorney, but he is/was also the SECRETARY of El Maniel, as referenced in the Form 8k, here:
http://www.faqs.org/sec-filings/100315/El-Maniel-International-Inc_8-K/
"On the same date Khoo Hsiang Hua and Lee Tuck Hing were appointed as Directors of the Company and David E. Price as Secretary"
Now, in the following email received by a constituent of mine just FIVE short days ago , firstly, look WHO it was from. Secondly , look who it was TO. And thirdly look at the wording of it.

I recall someone stating that attorney David Price no longer had any affiliation with El Maniel.
Then why is he taking an email from a shareholder (that was sent to the info@elmaniel.com address), and forwarding it to IR@elmaniel.com and addressing someone named "Mark" to handle the email "acccordingly".
Looks like David Price is alive, well and still very much affiliated with El Maniel, no?

Thank you for your inquiry. We have capital in-house that we have earmarked for the projects and a review of our financials on EDGAR filings and/or otc markets will be a good guide for you as to our financial structure. As well, yes, we do utilize and derive capital from the markets from time to time to act on immediate opportunities for the company and its shareholders toward long-term growth, such as in our rural community banking acquisitions program, all of which I feel will have exponential return for all involved. We are here to build the company for the long-term and we believe our actions will lead to significant position in West Africa. We hope to attract long-term shareholders and I think you will be pleased with actions we have taken on the company and its plan to build the stock in line with its operations in the coming weeks.
Thank you,
EMLL IR

What is the "necessity" to cc David Price in on these emails, and why is David Price instructing members of the INVESTOR RELATIONS dept, on how to field shareholder questions?
Any answers to this mystery?
order in to buy 10,000,000 more at .0001 (all my most recent purchases have been at .0001). Hope to fill here
Retail, Institutional, et. al -- it matters not when our own company is routing their sells thru a wide variety of broker/dealers.
I just hope Khoo's sells at .0004 are worth it to him (at this stage of financing operations).
Not certain why he just doesnt STOP selling, and let the stock run a bit, then hit the bids with larger sell blocks so he can raise more capital.
Evidently the gentleman is not a very good trader
Bountiful, i cannot private message because i am not a paying member of I-hub.
Your questions can be stated here in the public forum for all to see, and i will answer as best i can. Most everything I've uncovered, has already been publicized by me, so i cant imagine what further questions there would be to field.
Your very first post to this forum is quite interesting.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=56832431
You are fairly new to I-hub yet your first post (and 97% of the remaining) indicates you follow the story of El Maniel quite closely.
Cant imagine you'd have many questions at this stage in the game. It appears you have it pretty much sorted out, no?
My take? If NIR Group's Ribotsky gets indicted/sentenced and the firm is forced to shut down, then I'd imagine any outstanding debts owed to the firm, get zero'd out or at least have to be repaid to some victim's restitution fund at pennies on the dollar.
With these debt obligations removed and out of Safeguard Security's way, SSHS's price per share would propel itself into the stratosphere.
The NIR forum is quite interesting. Im suprised a certain someone isnt posting over there.
NIR group has had no part in converting their debt to equity in this timeframe, partly due to agreements made between the new lenders.
Basically, EVERYONE needs the price per share to increase exponentially from current levels, so as to attract further momentum and support from retail.
As we've seen from the past, a ZERO bid stops NIR group in their tracks. No bid/No sell = NIR Group makes no money on fleecing SSHS.
Precisely WHO are the new promotors and where are these newsletters I keep hearing so much about?
Im pretty much on top of most of the newsletters that are being published, and have yet to see one on EMLL.
your quite welcome pkdaddy64. No one can call me a "pumper" or a "basher" of this stock.
I do my due diligence and report back here what i find.
I'm long shares of EMLL and plan on holding for the longer term (whether thats a double or a triple or quadruple from current levels) is entirely up to me.
I can only hope that thru continued patience, and efficient use of capital being raised from the markets (you and I), that El Maniel can pull this off.
Only time will tell.
Good luck to you and to everyone, long or otherwise

Question: How has El Maniel managed to fund its ORIGINAL aquisition of the stamp asset collection?
Answer: This was done with funds raised through company operations and outside private investments in the company by partners.
Question: How has El Maniel managed to fund ongoing expenses in Ghana, "internally"? Does this mean that the managing members of El Maniel are using their own capital?
Answer: A good portion of our capital, yes, is invested in the company privately by its Board and principals.
Question: Or is El Maniel releasing more authorized stock into the shares outstanding?
Answer: As well, yes, from time to time, we will utilize markets to raise capital for immediate opportunities.
Question: Why hasnt the oil terminal facility been refurbished like the PR stated it would be, and HOW specifically are we going to pay the $1,000,000 lease fee come May of this year on said property?
Answer: At this time, our operations are focused in Ghana due to the tremendous opportunity and we will most likely re-negotiate terms on the terminal as it is a friendly relationship we have there toward collective benefit.
Question: How can El Maniel state it has offices all over the world, specifically in midtown Manhattan, Washington DC, North Carolina, Singapore and Hong Kong? WHERE ARE THESE OFFICES? Addresses please?
Answer: HQ address are CLEARLY listed on the website:

Question: Why doesnt El Maniel have a working telephone number where someone is available to answer shareholder questions and general questions?
Answer: We feel it is most efficient and best to have a paper trail through use of email for shareholder communications. Many companies opt for email as the primary option for prompt, accurate response.
Question: It is stated that we have an "office" on 5th avenue in Manhattan, but the reality is that it is a virtual office/maildrop.
Answer: Anyone can google map any one of our locations. Some are virtual, some are for operations, but all are to best facilitate projects we have worldwide.
Question: What is Gerrard Hollister's role in the company? Is he STILL in charge of Investor Relations?
Answer: He is not, per our latest press release.
Question: You do understand that so many "promises" were made in your past PR's that did not come to fruition. Shareholders want some updates concerning these past press releases. Every single day our shareprice suffers due to rampant speculation that Jamie Khoo is selling stock into the open market, shortly after issuing a PR.
Answer: For example, applying for a Gold Buyer's License and gaining one in less than a week later? For example, completing geological survey on 250 acres of land? For example, putting out financials in a timely manner? I am not sure what 'promises' you refer to, and we can not, will not recommend to buy or sell our security as it is not our job; however, this is a company in development phase making some tremendous achievements. If micro-cap or nano-cap companies are not in your comfort zone, I would recommend reconsidering. We can only do our best each day to grow the company and its opportunities toward long-term collective benefit and WILL experience volatility therein. We will derive capital from the markets and we will use capital to the best of our abilities to reward all those who support us long-term.
Question: I'm willing to stay the course here, because i believe in what the company is doing - but its quite frustrating to NOT get these simple questions answered
Answer: I thank you and, the only thing I question is why you feel questions are not being answered. We felt that GH was not doing a proper job in responding in a timely manner, so we took this in -house and have provided detailed response to questions in a timely manner since.
And this email from El Maniel received today:
From: "ir@elmaniel.com" <ir@elmaniel.com>
Cc: info@elmaniel.com
Thanks again for your email- I hope my response helps with your questions:
Value and liquid value are two different things in regards to the stamp value--- and this is still under consideration, but not our only option for both capital or use of the stamp collection.
Yes, the company is in discussion with lenders in Ghana, but moreso, the rural community bank acquisition program should allow the company to leverage itself in this capacity to an exponential degree. You cannot assign every sell in the market to company 'dilution'. The company, from time to time, will access the markets for capital to act on immediate opportunities; as well, all other discussions aside, I think you will be pleased with the weeks to come insofar as the situation with our stock and its market integrity as we are making moves internally and with partners to improve this.
Read the yellow sticky ABOVE labeled TO ALL: and you will understand where all these shares are coming from.
El Maniel does not care at WHAT LEVEL they distribute shares at. What they do care about, is reveiving CASH at an opportune time WHEN it's available to them.
Realistically, they should allow the shareprice to appreciate prior than hitting the bids, but as we all know - management on this one is disingenous (as we have all personally witnessed) via email correspondance with Jamie Khoo, Gerrard Hollister and crew.
Again, im long with a core average of .00042 and unfortunately did not sell a single share when we popped to over .0013
I have faith that we will have another run on decent news, but ONLY if Jamie Khoo CEASES SELLING STOCK to raise cash.
Jamie Knoo is dumping, unfortunately - sad to say it, but true
TO ALL: Email received from El Maniel this morning --
This proves that the company itself is, infact, selling shares into the open markets (you and i) to act on the immediate opportunities to raise cash. They pretty much admit to fleecing shareholders, for the fast buck, under the guise that they are diluting with the best interest of the shareholder ???
Same ol song we hear from most of these pinkies
Nonetheless , I remain long and vigil.
Check out the two email addresses we have never seen before:

"On a separate note, in regards to the company stock, EMLL's board confirms that, contrary to rumors or speculation on internet message boards, the company has no plans to undergo any restructure or reverse split of its stock in the near future and that its capital structure, as-is, will sufficiently provide for its current needs. "Our goal is to build the company's stock and structure along with our company's operational achievements," states Khoo. "We will keep shareholders duly apprised of any forthcoming actions well before any need for a restructure or otherwise. Our primary focus now is the exciting developments we are harvesting in West Africa as its gold boom continues to increase."
DEAR MR. KHOO:
CAN YOU PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IS MEANT WHEN YOU STATE THAT "IT'S CAPITAL STRUCURE WILL SUFFCIENTLY PROVIDE FOR ITS CURRENT NEEDS ?
Precisely how has our company managed to obtain the monies necessary to fund operations?
Are you the reason for the large amount of shares being sold into the open market?
Why are you doing this?
Great idea. Simply email Mr. Khoo at info@elmaniel.com and state your opinion or phone 917-934-3643 and leave a voicemail on Khoo's answering machine at the virtual Manhattan office/maildrop.
yes...shhhhhhh
lol , Jamie Khoo's obviously commenting on my forum here.
And its blatantly obvious that Gerrard Hollister wrote the following:
"On a separate note, in regards to the company stock, EMLL's board confirms that, contrary to rumors or speculation on internet message boards, the company has no plans to undergo any restructure or reverse split of its stock in the near future and that its capital structure, as-is, will sufficiently provide for its current needs. And now Gerrard Hollister is back on the BOTTOM of the EMLL press releases, as the point of contact. Guess they feel he's doing a bang up job.
http://www.thestreet.com/story/10971267/1/el-maniel-international-inc-launches-trading-arm-through-its-subsidiary-emll-mining-limited-gold-buyers-license-expected-before-end-of-january-2011.html
Hey Jamie, how about you answer some of the other questions that have been sent your way?
shorts? I seriously doubt there are any shorts left in SSHS, and i doubt there ever really were.
The NIR Group (Corey Ribotsky) toxic conversion of debt to equity @ a steep discount is THE CAUSE of the downdraft in shares of SSHS.
Once the stock went to a ZERO bid for a couple of months, NIR group could no longer convert their debt into common shares and distribute them into the open market, for there was no one on the bid side to buy them.
So it became a stalemate. No bidders were willing to support and absorb the shares coming to market from NIR, so they just withdrew.
The fact that there are ANY bidders at the .0001 level is, imo, quite miraculous.
I'm taking a leap of faith in believing that NIR group and SSHS's new lenders - have come to "terms" whereby NIR ceases conversion and distribution of shares until a news catalyst stimulates the free market to up bid the shares on significant volume. Then NIR will resume the conversion and distribution of debt to equity -- but at what pace, no one knows but them.
Why burden the "company"?
In your opinion, what does El Maniel International, consist of?
Who is the CEO? (wouldnt it be nice to have a photo, or something in print on his past accomplishments, his bio, etc)
Who are members of the Board of Directors?
Where are "the company's" offices located? The Press Releases state "we have offices in midtown Manhattan, Washington DC, North Carolina, Singapore and Hong Kong"
Why wont the INVESTOR RELATIONS officer actually RELATE to investors?
So I will answer your question WITH a question.
When you state shareholders are burdening the company with 100's of calls, whom specifically are you referring to when you say "the company" ???
Again, and for the record - I am LONG shares of EMLL and have not sold. I believe that all we (the shareholders) need are answers to OUR (the shareholders) questions so that a more informed decision can be made on whether to buy more, sell, or simply hold onto what we already possess.
If El Maniel's senior management (which is laughable that im using that term, when clearly Jamie Khoo is a one manned operation), can step up to the plate and ANSWER shareholder queries and back up its claims with verifiable facts - then and only then can we proclaim this company for real.
EVERYONE here should call 917 934 3643 and leave a message on the robotic voice mail service Khoo has set up at the virtual office on 5th ave.
What do you have to lose?
Just call and voice your opinion.
Ask valid questions such as:
1. How has El Maniel managed to fund its aquisition of the stamp asset collection? How specifically?
2. How has El Maniel managed to fund ongoing expenses in Ghana? How specifically?
3. Why hasnt the oil terminal facility been refurbished like the PR stated it would be, and HOW specifically are we going to pay the $1,000,000 lease fee come May of this year on said property?

5. What is Gerrard Hollister's role in the company? Is he STILL in charge of Investor Relations?
6. Why are shareholders NOT receiving responses to their very detailed emails?
7. What ever became of the UK Venture Capital firm that was supposed to loan EMLL money against its stamp assets & how are the stamp assets valued at over $4M when our financials state a much MUCH lower value?
And im sure i left out a bunch but im pressed for time. I emplore EVERY ONE OF YOU to phone EMLL and ask these questions, as well as calling Gerrard Hollister at 1-310- 909-7988
TO ALL:
Thank you both for participating in holding these two gentleman accountable to the promises they have made.
NONE of my emails have been answered, nor have the many from my constituents.
So many valid questions were asked within the confines of all emails, and voice mails - yet zero in the way of responses, other than the vague ones coming from info@elmaniel.com
Evidently Mr. Khoo and Mr. Hollister feel that answering shareholder questions related to former "promises" and "timeframes" gone by, falls under the "INSIDER INFORMATION" rules.
I find that ludicrous and both Hollister and Khoo need to get on the phone with one another for a change, and put out a PR that actually explains why the objectives previously stated, have not come to fruition.
So continue to call, email and leave voicemails.
Khoo needs to remind himself that he has a fiduciary duty/ethical relationship of trust regarding the management of our money going forward.
He needs to be held accountable, and so does Hollister.
After much reminding for Gerrard Hollister to fix his automated telephone answering system to give out info on El Maniel International, the issue does indeed appear to be fixed.
The above paragraph references the following issue I previously identified and had Mr. Hollister fix.
So go ahead now and dial 1-310-909-7988 , then press 3655
So, at least that small issue has been fixed, along with the small issue I brought up with Mr. Jamie Khoo to at least have a message on his voice mailbox at the "virtual" office on 5th Ave.
Imagine if many of you reached out and demanded the very same things i and my constituents am?

Then press 3684 for Encounter Technologies
You will be able to obtain info on the company.
"For a company description , press 1. For the latest news, press 2" etc etc
This has been the case for about 2 solid months now.
Why is that?
Why has Gerrard Hollister completely ignored shareholder questions?
Why has Gerrard Hollister been distancing himself from Jamie Khoo?
Why has Gerrard Hollister no longer listed on EMLL press releases, as the point of contact for shareholders?
Why has Gerrard Hollister not posted to this forum at all to rectify the above matters?
Why make shareholders WONDER whats going on, when clearly this gentleman has been hired by El Maniel to field shareholder concerns.
I say we ALL continue to call him at 1-310-909-7988 and email him at IR@gerrardhollister.com EMLL@gerrardhollister.com investorrelations@gerrardhollister.com as well as info@elmaniel.com
It was told to me some time ago, that any emails sent to the info@elmaniel.com address, go directly to Gerrard Hollister if they pertain to shareholder questions.
Why is it that Jamie Khoo has been responding to shareholders as of late, in lieu of Mr. Hollister?
Is all of this adding up yet?
Mr. Hollister is obviously distancing himself from El Maniel and his responsibilies as INVESTOR RELATIONS.
Keep up the pressure and lets get some answers for a change.
Post ALL YOUR QUESTIONS to Mr. Hollister HERE on I-hub by viewing the post I'm replying to right now. That is Gerrard's I-hub screen name. Feel free to use it so he see's the questions directly when he logs into I-hub.
If he fails to respond to we, as shareholders - then he is NOT doing his job and needs to inform us on if he is still representing El Maniel and fielding shareholder concerns.
Thank you El Maniel International, Inc. (EMLL) Stock
One of my constituents called 3109094607 and that is what he was informed.
I just wish Safeguard would issue straight PRESS RELEASES in stead of posting information solely on their website. Clearly anything postive would be in the company's BEST INTEREST to have publicly disseminated versus making people go on a wild goose chase.
Im expecting updated financials to appear on pinksheets.com in the near term
Go SSHS go !!!
Also in Manhattan, the parent of supermarket chain A&P will on Monday seek approval to tap the remaining cash under its massive $800 million bankruptcy loan. A&P, officially called Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. (GAPTQ), has already borrowed nearly half that amount. First, the company will have to deal with an objection from a group of bondholders who claim the financing package, fully underwritten by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (JPM), infringes on their rights. The ad hoc group, which owns about 44% of the grocery company's senior 11 3/8% notes, says that while it understands A&P needs financing to stay afloat during its Chapter 11 case, the current financing package benefits J.P. Morgan and other lenders at their expense. A&P filed for Chapter 11 protection with its financing in place but it has little else lined up in the way of a plan. Many recent bankruptcy filings have been prepackaged or prearranged plans in which companies come to court on day one with support of most or substantially all of their creditors. A&P said last month that one advantage of its debtor-in-possession loan is its 18-month maturity, meaning the company has more time to work on a plan. Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea operates not only A&P stores but also Waldbaum's, Food Emporium, Food Basics and Pathmark.

For those of you that are too "afraid" to make phone calls and speak to an actual human, dont worry - no one answers that line. It's a voicemail box.
The funny thing is it says "Thank u for calling El Maniel International. Please leave a message and a representative will be with you SHORRRRRRRRRRRRRR T Lee"
It should be reworded, because thats the type of message you leave when you have a live person working there, and they are just busy at the moment.
In this particular case, there is no office located on 5th avenue and there certainly is no staff there that will be returning any calls shortly.
I'm long EMLL with a .0004 average and just felt the need to share ANYTHING i can dig up.
Jamie Khoo and Gerrard Hollister should both be extremely ashamed of themselves, for how they are misrepresenting El Maniel.
Mulder, what is pathetic is that you had stated you would leave and not return till next week, due to being fed up with the way EMLL has been trading.
Would it not be best for you to sideline your emotions for a bit and regroup?
You seem to be overly emotional about your trades, and thats rule #1 in the game to avoid violating.

Absolutely nothing.
Thank you

Who's making anything selling at .0004 .0005 and .0006 you ask?
Well I was up over $7,000 when it ran to .0012 and did nothing.
I was up over $3,500 each time we see the .0006 bid, yet i did nothing.
So far that has occured a few times.
If i would have "scalped" this, I'd be up $14,000
So i suppose I'd be the one that was "making anything" by trading the range EMLL has provided us with.
But now im holding with an average at .0004 and will only purchase more shares if it gets very ugly.
Another day of selling and still no responses from our CEO and/or Mr. Hollister.
Yet, as part of our due diligence, not many have tried to contact either of these gentleman and dig deeper.
I have tried and made limited access. It's up to all of us, as a collective - to find out as much as we can about promises that were made yet failure to produce was the end result.
Mr. Hollister - how about you read this and actually do your job?
the latest email from El Maniel received, after asking very rudimentary questions about the virtual office/mailbox in Manhattan (why isnt the telephone number even working now?, the promise of refurbishing the equipment at the oil terminal facility, updates on the UK based Venture capital firm that was supposed to be providing us a loan against stamp assets, questions about how we have been FUNDING ongoing operations and expenses all this time - as well as how we intend on paying JFK the $1,000,000 in cash come this May when our lease on the properties expires.
Of course, these questions are all NON INSIDER based (as this information is all public, and usually the types of questions shareholders receive updates on, when asked).
Of course, El Maniel's response didnt touch on any of it.
Usually Mr. Khoo signs his name at the end of the emails. This time he did not.
Mr. Hollister (once informed that he had the incorrect corporate address for El Maniel, went ahead and deleted it)
I'm getting the sneaking suspicion that Gerrard Hollister has completely disingaged his services from El Maniel.
Has anyone else spoken to this gentleman yet? Feel free to post any correspondance between these two gentleman.
This is the latest email received from El Maniel:

EMLL lost the bid wall at .0005 but as usual, the bidders at .0004 are rock solid.
I'd love to get more at .0003 to build my core average from that level.
Although its rough for traders like me to pass up on $2,000 - $3,000 gains by flipping back and forth , Im thinking this one has a lot more in her.
Keep on emailing Jamie Khoo at info@elmaniel.com as well as trying to get a hold of the extremely elusive Gerrard Hollister at EMLL@gerrardhollister.com or investorrelations@gerrardhollister.com His telephone number is also posted up top in the yellow sticky.
For a man in chage of investor RELATIONS, he certainly doesnt appear capable of RELATING to any of us.
Keep the pressure on him and our CEO to make good on their word.
EVERYONE should have sent an email and made several phone calls to both these gentleman by now.
I know i have. (and have posted their replies, as vague as they were)
No sir - you just completely screwed up is what you did.
And it must be embarrassing
