Agreed, IMO this is one of those RARE plays in the pinkies where you forego your usual quick profit for a longer term killing...this has the potential for retirement for some! But that is just my opinion and I ate lead paint when I was a child so ignore me...

Our normal audit co0mpleetion is around 5/15 , because our state filings are not due until 5/31 the auditors take their time on our audit. We are expecting to receive new financing within the month and will then make a press release explaining the forward movement of a business plan that includes store front operations.
