Without Prejudice: UAMA CEO found guilty of misrepresentation. Is he up to his old tricks? Read the YE financial report and note the "GOING CONCERN" warning. Then read the Q1 financials which are unaudited. Despite having less cash and no revenues they've smoothed it over. Q1 financials do not recognize or update the land use complaint filed in Quebec. Read about TNW Wireless and claims of having spectrum licences. Go to ISED spectrum management site and look for any licences held by TNW Wireless. There are NO CELLULAR spectrum licences held by TNW Wireless. In addition TNW Wireless Network is down and inoperative in VIOLATION of ISED Conditions of Licence. These are material facts witheld from shareholders.CAVEAT EMPTOR.
Without Prejudice. Some posters can't handle the truth that UAMA CEO is a criminal, even when presented with evidence. Are such posters complicit in perpetuating the CEOs pattern of behavior?
Without Prejudice. UAMA CEO is convicted criminal. No record that this fact disclosed to shareholders or SEC. SEC should send him to jail.
WITHOUT PREJUDICE. UAMA CEO is convicted criminal. No record found to indicate he paid fine imposed by Court and he has been an "undischarged bankrupt" for the past 10 years. There is no record found that he ever repaid approx. $895,000 advance taken from prior company without Board approval. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
Q1 financial report UNAUDITED and full of misrepresentation. Investel DOES NOT have POSSESSION of Patents and IP, the Receiver does. Bankruptcy still in process and not appropriate or truthful to suggest outcome. Glossed over "Going Concern" warning from YE 2017 financials. No update or mention of land use issue on agricultural lands in Quebec. Do your own research, read the court records of Bankruptcy and Receivership to gain insight into the business practices and fraudulent misrepresentations perpetrated by Benoit Laliberte. Latest financials of Q1 passed to SEC in support of complaint filed earlier this year illustrating misrepresentations. More from Benoit Laliberte, the convicted criminal and CEO of UAMA. Any real company would remove him from office.
TNW WIRELESS has no spectrum licences in their name and these licences are in name of RuralCom and in hands of Receiver. CELLULAR NETWORK is DOWN and in full failure mode. TNW in DEFAULT of promises made to ISED!
Q1 financial report UNAUDITED and full of misrepresentation. Smoothed over GOING CONCERN WARNING from YE 2017 financial report. Comments regarding any upside for key patent and IP assets are purely fraudulent given these assets in hands of Receiver overseeing Receivership of Investel Capital Corp., their touted patent company. Forwarded with comments to the SEC in support of complaint filed earlier this year.
Spectrum Licences NOT owned or in name of TNW Wireless AND cellular network down and INOPERATIVE in VIOLATION of ISED Conditions of Licence. TNW Wireless IS NOT a bona fide wireless carrier. Just another fraudulent misrepresentation by these fraudsters and their willing accomplices.
FACT: UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal. He is also a personally undischarged bankrupt person and has been for the past 10 years, according to the court record. Canadian Judge even went on the record criticizing the business practices of Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO wherein he regularly breaches agreements and contracts and does not pay his contractors, suppliers or lenders. He and his management team have failed to ever build a business of lasting value. Caveat Emptor!
UAMA will be another failure of this management team. Check the record. Look at their abysimal track record. Learn about how the CEO sucks in suppliers, contractors, partners and lenders and then just doesn't pay them. Blockdomes will appear to be successful as they'll understate expenses until the next bankruptcy and or receivership. Benoit Laliberte is a convicted criminal. So hos business practices should be no surprise. Caveat Emptor.
UAMA is junk! No cash and no revenue reported. And.....just one example of patently incorrect and fraudulent claims TNW Wireless is not a bona fide carrier as it does not own any spectrum licences. Research and go to the ISED spectrum management site.
Where are the overdue financial reports?
How's the SNAP litigation going? Who has ownership of the underlying patents?
Auditor issued "going concern" warning.
Solid evidence UAMA in deep financial distress. Research the bankruptcy and the separate Receivership of Investel Capital Corp., the touted parent company. All key assets in hands of the Receiver, including patents, and IP to satisfy security agreement with major creditor. [/b
TNW Wireless a mess! Licences not transferred to TNW Wireless and cellular network down and inoperative. TNW has not paid cell site land/property leases. All signs of another epic failure of UAMA CEO Benoit Laliberte whose hands were all over this business.
UAMA is US public company. Where is evidence SEC and shareholders were ever advised of UAMA CEO's criminal record? In violation of letter and spirit of SEC rules and regulations.
Clear signs of rapid decay! UAMA websites down. TNW Wireless cellular network down. Financials late after YE 2017 report came with "going concern warning". Blockchain still reeling from land use complaint. Just more evidence of the rampant incompetence of this management team.
CEO convicted of fraud. Is UAMA fraudulent enterprise?
Where is proof that UAMA ever divulged CEOs past in accordance with SEC disclosure requirements?CP

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts
Deep due diligence needed with UAMA. Fact: Highly touted parent company, Investel Capital Corporation is in Receivership and all key assets including patents and licences in hands of Receiver to satisfy security agreements held by Bond Capital. Former largest operating subsidiary still in bankruptcy owing $47M and operating assets of that sub sold to satisfy some creditor claims. All these legal losses have hollowed out the various shells, number companies to the point where UAMA now has NO REVENUES, no working capital and an accumulated deficit of over $5M.
Anatomy of a failing stock? No revenues, very little cash, $5M+ accumulated deficit, bankruptcy proceedings still in process, all key assets in hands of receiver, a convicted criminal still CEO, last financial report to YE 2017 contains auditor warning re going concern. Yes, that's all factual data on UAMA. CAVEAT EMPTOR
Apparently Benoit tried to enlist RuralCom CEO in JV deal when he figured that he was in trouble with the CRTC, ISED and the Canadian Carriers. RuralCom CEO turned him down.
Meet the CEO! Why isn't he in jail?

Rogue directors conspired with Investel to push RuralCom deal through. Another one of Benoit Laliberte's cashless transactions done more for PR than any good reason like building business value. Record and CRTC ruling will shortly bear witness to another failed initiative on the part of Benoit Laliberte. RuralCom's CEO was not even consulted on the transaction before it was announced and Reps and Warranties required rogue directors to keep him from upsetting the transaction.
Absolute nonsense "from the UK".
FACT-Benoit Laliberte,CEO makes it a practice to try and bury his epic failures and convictions on fraud. Read the court records on bankruptcy and receivership and look closely at the time Benoit himself spends in court on companies that other posters say he is not connected with. Time is running out for this fraudster and there is the possibility that this fraudster could face jail time when the SEC acts. Expect UAMA to fail just like all the other initiatives of this CONVICTED FELON!
FACT-This enterprise makes a business practice of defrauding suppliers, contractors and employees. So egregious that a Canadian Judge entered his comments on the business practices of Benoit Laliberte, CEO of UAMA.
FACT-investel Capital Corp in Receivership. All key assets under control of Receiver to satisfy security agreements held by Bond Capital.
Where's the value? Last financial report revealed no revenue (none!), little cash, over $5M accumulated deficit, no marquee accounts that might suggest traction. Auditor issued going concern warning. Read about the bankruptcy of largest former subsidiary and then read court proceedings of receivership of Investel Capital Corp., the touted parent company. Seems like this is ready to implode.
No evidence UAMA CEO revealed his criminal past to the SEC.
Where are overdue financials? Too ugly to print?
Year-end report disclosed problem with zoning re Blockchain Dome. Was it ever resolved? Nothing found to indicate this resolved.
Going concern warning from auditors in latest financial report.
UAMA management team never built enduring value. Research their record. Read about bankruptcy of their largest operating subsidiary and the hollowing out of the enterprise. Study the Receivership proceedings of Investel Capital Corp., the touted parent company, and how all key assets are now in hands of the Receiver per Security Agreements held by Bond Capital. United Corp's future will predictably take the same course. This is not an accomplished management team!
United Corp publicly announced acquisition of TNW Wireless in 2017 then decided in 2018 that they had changed their mind. As TNW Wireless doesn't own spectrum (its still in RuralCom's name) and their cellular network is down they are not a bona fide wireless carrier as claimed. Look for the CRTC to rule against the Application. AT&T and other carriers already roam on to WiFi so iPCS a non-starter.
Complaints filed against TNW/United with ISED.
TNW Wireless network down! No cellular service in violation of ISED Conditions of Licence. Will compromise CRTC Application 1.
UAMA in violation of 17 CFR 229.401 - (Item 401) Directors, executive officers, promoters and control persons.
(f)Involvement in certain legal proceedings. Describe any of the following events that occurred during the past ten years and that are material to an evaluation of the ability or integrity of any director, person nominated to become a director or executive officer of the registrant:
