FACT: UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal. He is also a personally undischarged bankrupt person and has been for the past 10 years, according to the court record. Canadian Judge even went on the record criticizing the business practices of Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO wherein he regularly breaches agreements and contracts and does not pay his contractors, suppliers or lenders.
