IF there was nothing going on he wouldnt have stated he was going, Im sure something took place, Pan American Silver, one and Li3 is another.

POSCO is from what I viewed in a interview with the CEO of Pan American, is a really big contender, and POSCO is associated with Li3 and Pan American, they have a advanced mining system that POSCO invented, that will draw lithium for the salars at a very competitive cost. Supposally the cheapest processing device than drilling or what have ya.

IF you remembered Li3 had an PR metioning POSCO, MMTE, and Pan American a while back. I think all three are in play with MMTE and have been in nagosiations since, we will find out the 24th when the bidding is annouced, also MMTE is the third largest consession holder in Chili so they have a lot to offer.
