My gut tells me that since Dr. Bhatt's original tweet and findings occurred this afternoon the situation we find ourselves in now has escalated beyond the MB. Our fate now lies in the justice system more so than ever before his tweet of 3:46pm.
Thank you Dr. Bhatt!
Could these new findings by Dr. Bhatt et al be a cause for a mistrial??
raf, totally agree Du is a disgrace to the bench.
Here's another doozy of a decision from the bully pulpit. Casinos are opening in Las Vegas yet the arrogant DU won't give permission for churchgoers to increase the number of people attending service.

bio, how do you propose we go about getting your name on the BOD? Using the board name biobillionair isn't going seal the deal.
Personally I'm looking forward to receiving my proxy a line vote against all proposals should send a clear message. We need an activist to come in and start quietly buying stock at depressed levels then file a 13F.

I'm in the 4th district in NJ. Chris Smith is the absolute best Congressman ever! If I contact him what do you need?
Today I asked Elisabeth if Amarin had a designated district court that had been assigned to the appeal trial and if I could post her reply on the IHub MB. Below is her reply, for the lawyers on this board you may have already known this information:
"The Federal Circuit that will handle the appeal process is located in Washington, DC. However, as of this point in time, I believe they are doing all oral hearings virtually. As I understand the legal process, it will only end up with Judge Du if the appeal is remanded back to the district court by the federal circuit".
Thank you so much for asking. That was a really nice thing to do.
sstyles, conspiracy aside, I tend to agree with you. Steve Giardino's MRC tried every available avenue to disparage AMRN until the fatal blow on 3/30 when Judge Du invalidated Amarin's 6 patents. If you all have strong stomachs go to min 29.00 in the link below.

Lem, search Richey vs Axon enterprises inc#3:2019cv00192 doc 27 dated 7/01/2019. Axon is a publicly traded company, symbol aaxn. This is the taser company she referenced in the May article of Nevada Lawyer review.
louie, thanks for pm. I will ponder your suggestion.
Raf: I kind of hit her by surprise with my call, she became guarded when I zoned in on the fish oil comment. I was able to ask her if Du talked about Vascepa or Amarin she said Du didn't mention an individual company. She did admit that they had corresponded several times by email. I wonder if there's a way to obtain their email exchange prior to the release of the May issue?? Anyone have any ideas?
marjac, please see link below. I spoke with Jennifer Smith just now. My question to Jennifer was when did the interview take place in order for it to appear in the May issue, her reply was 3 months before the publication of the May issue so that would imply that Judge Du was interviewed in February for the May issue right smack in the middle of Amarin's patent lawsuit.

Well, marjac thank you for the compliment. It's an honor to be recognized by someone with your credentials. As they say hindsight can come back to bite you, little did Du realize her ignorant comment will come back to bite her...go get her marjac!
ILT, I discovered the interview while searching for additional info on Judge Miranda M. Du. The story was published in the May issue of Nevada Lawyer magazine page 30, titled Du, Trutanich Assume New Roles in District of Nevada. Hope this helps
ILT, that was my response as well! I'm reluctant to post on public forums but I couldn't resist this tidbit, very telling especially the quote about finding a way to do more "public interest work" those words basically scream of liberalism, hence her predetermined leaning towards generics.
ILT Please see below link. I discovered this article while searching Du's background. Very telling verbiage, Du talks about being tutored in understanding tasers and fish oil. She accepted the Nevada appointment (2019) to find a way to do more "public interest work". Her words seem to imply that Amarin was one of her first patent trials. While learning on the job, she happened to destroy many years of innovative research. Judge Du caused billions of dollars to be lost while using Amarin's patent suit as her private sandbox. What's your take?

According to the transfer agent (Continental Stock Transfer, NYC) the following are the terms for the warrants. Each warrant you own entitles you to purchase one sh of common.
The expiration of the warrants will be triggered at the time/date of the final closing of the reverse acquisition. The clock starts ticking from that date going forward 5 years which may be some time in 2025. The Company may redeem the warrants at any time, the exercise price of the warrant is $11.50. So basically the public is paying a premium of approx. $2.00 for the warrants.
I hope this information helps.
Also, the Company has the right to call the warrants providing the terms are in the prospectus. I believe you have the asset classes of the stock issuance confused with options vs warrants and bonds.
I've dealt with options in my prior career wts are totally different in that they are not a wasting asset like an option, as time goes on the strike price of the option eventually seeks the intrinsic value of the price of the common stock. Warrants and bonds are a totally different asset class.
The terms of the warrants are appealing vs common. It takes 3 warrants to purchase one share of common, with a strike of 11.50, expiration date 6/2026. Possibility of the warrants being called prior to expiration??? I've never posted on IHub if anyone has additional understanding of the terms and I'm missing something please share. Thanks
