The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts.
Celebrate labour day! File a Whistleblower Complaint! ATTENTION EXISTING AND FORMER EMPLOYEES of Navigata-Westel, Teliphone, UAMA, TNW, Investel, etc. The US SEC will pay Whistleblowers 10-30% of any financial penalties. You likely know Benoit Laliberte is a criminal and, if you are able to provide proof, the SEC Whistleblower Program will reward you with 10-30% of any financial penalties levied. This could be worth potentially millions ($USD) to a Whistleblower that can provide insider evidence of fraud, misuse of company funds, false or misleading financial reporting, exaggerated press releases, etc. Could potentially put Benoit in a US jail. Call them today at (202) 551-4790.
Follow UAMA closely rest of year. Bankruptcy will eventually be closed (aka CCAA Proceedings) after nearly 2 years with very costly consequences for Inveslel and UAMA. Court costs alone are very significant. Receivership of Investel will wrap up sooner as Judge clearly impatient with delay tactics. CRTC will reject TNW Wireless Application. UAMA never advised SEC or shareholders of UAMA CEO's criminal convictions for fraud and market manipulation. SNAP litigation is DOA. Blockchain domes facing land use pushback from regulators. No UAMA revenues, no earnings, no cash, accumulated deficit of over $5M. Where's the upside!
Adjust your expectations, UAMA CEO is CRIMINAL!!!
UAMA and all of it's initiatives will FAIL. It's the LEGACY of Benoit Laliberte and his team of LOSERS. They have NEVER built a business of enduring value!
UAMA quietly cancelled litigation against SNAP back in March 2017 in US where the potential much greater, IF UAMA had a case! Read the application to do so. Just more puffery from UAMA's fraudulent, convicted criminal CEO!
LOL. Look at the dates of Bond's Security Agreements and READ THEM. Any sale of encumbered goods violates the law. SNAP litigation is DEAD for UAMA.

SNAP LITIGATION IS DOA! Receiver has Patents and IP and is expected to release to Bond Capital in accordance with default on financing by Investel, TNW, et al and to satisfy Security Agreement.
Read the Bankruptcy Court Records and separate Receivership of Investel. It is clear that the Receiver has control and possession of all the assets including the IP and PATENTS. Look at the dates of the Security Agreements held by Bond Capital, they all pre-date the misrepresentation that UAMA or any other of companies controlled by Benoit Laliberte, the criminal CEO of UAMA, has purchased these assets. Benoit's fraudulent shell game is finally disintegrating and and will soon tank.
Like criminal CEO of UAMA? Here's some advice:
https://www.ccn.com/bitcoin-investors-have-been-brainwashed-wolf-of-wall-street/
WITHOUT PREJUDICE: Dear Snow Lyric-Your quote is code for we can't do the deal as we don't own the patents. Bond Capital has first claim under a security agreement signed by Benoit Laliberte and if Investel and UAMA press the issue they will likely face the court consequences for a fraudulent transfer. UAMA has NO REVENUES, NO CASH, ACCUMULATED DEFICIT OVER $5.2M, out of luck and some real legal woes. This is natures way of describing A RAPIDLY FAILING ENTERPRISE!!!
TNW issued Revocation Notice ISED re cellular licences?
Celebrate Labour Day, file Whistleblower Complaint with SEC!
Put criminal UAMA CEO in jail. How? See below. Do your civic duty, see justice served and put this crook in jail where he belongs!

Really "fromtheuk" that's obstruction of justice if true. Thank you, though! Your post passed along to SEC who's finally showing interest in UAMA.
Apologies for boring. Bad news for UAMA soon! UAMA can't last long without raising capital!
Unreal! CEO is a criminal. See below:

UAMA has never disclosed criminal CEO to SEC. No record that the convictions for stock fraud and market manipulation was ever disclosed to SEC or investors of UAMA in violation of SEC Rules.
Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO and convicted criminal spends too much time in court and on litigation. His batting average is abysmal and he has wasted huge amounts of Company cash and time on litigation. If he had the ability he could have been building the the Company and shareholder value, but then it is not about building value, only about scamming money from an unsuspecting public.
UAMA is tanking. CRTC small and has zeroed in on the fraud. Read their questions and read between the lines. iPCS is a non-starter. Stupid idea and sophomoric at best. But it fits the BSBB narrative of the criminal CEO found guilty on 41 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation.
SNAP litigation is dead for UAMA! Anyone can always beg the court for more time. If other posters had any knowledge of court procedures they wouldn't see this as anything other than putting off the inevitable. Benoit Laliberte loves to use court delays to keep the bad news at bay as long as possible. Get educated on this fraudulent enterprise. Read the court proceedings of the bankruptcy of Benoit's companies and while you're at it read court proceedings of Investel Capital Corp., the highly touted parent company. UAMA in deep financial distress and fading fast.
UAMA=No Revenue, No Cash, $5.2M Accumulated Deficit. In Bankruptcy Court and Investel separately in Receivership.

SNAP litigation is DOA! Dead! Investel lost control of the patents to the Receiver and won't be getting them back.
UAMA is tanking! Read the current court records of BANKRUPTCY of key operating subsidiaries and hollowing out of business, revenues and huge court costs. Also read separate and current RECEIVERSHIP court records. Solid proof this business id in steep decline and running out of time, money and excuses!
NO UPSIDE FOR UAMA. A management team of LOSERS who have never built a business of lasting value.
Fact: Investel (Benoit Laliberte) bought RuralCom. Then missed several opportunities to immediately turn into revenue stream. His leadership has NEVER built a business of lasting value for shareholders!!!!!!!'

"fromtheuk" is wrong. Whole Canadian telecom hates Benoit Laliberte and his fraudulent initiatives and operations and he is truly personna non grata within the industry. He missed recent opportunities to build a wireless presence because of his own ego, arrogance and business practices which have included cheating partners, subcontractors, lenders and the regulators. Fact check me and take the time to read the court records on the CCAA Proceedings that are still underway and while you're at it read the court records on the Receivership of Investel Capital Corporation. He's incompetent and unfit to run this business. Just look at his track record. The only thing he has built on is his criminal record. Suing a large Canadian carrier(s) will only result in more wasted spending on litigation.
The quote earlier today from fromtheuk. "The big 3 hate us, and I suspect we will be in legal action (Investel) with Telus over the CCAA, best avoided."
CRTC questions telling and illuminating? READ THEM and you will get a good feel for what one regulatory agency thinks of UAMA and it's related companies. Easy to read between the lines!
