"fromtheuk" is wrong. Whole Canadian telecom hates Benoit Laliberte and his fraudulent initiatives and operations and he is truly personna non grata within the industry. He missed recent opportunities to build a wireless presence because of his own ego, arrogance and business practices which have included cheating partners, subcontractors, lenders and the regulators. Fact check me and take the time to read the court records on the CCAA Proceedings that are still underway and while you're at it read the court records on the Receivership of Investel Capital Corporation. He's incompetent and unfit to run this business. Just look at his track record. The only thing he has built on is his criminal record. Suing a large Canadian carrier(s) will only result in more wasted spending on litigation.
