Instead of all this guessing, can't the person that was delegated to speak with Rufus at least find out when the dealine for filing the 10k is? That isn't inside information is it? Seems like everyone is saying something different but there must be a due date that's available? At least we are jerk ourselves around as much if we know that deadline is end of September - let's get to that date before we bring out late filings!
BlueSky isn't there a way to check on what the deadline date is? Is ithe date in the 8K and we are just not seeing it? Who's fiscal year end date would be used in a merger? Has there even been a merger?

Interesting you should say that about them not asking to borrow your shares. Wasn't it mentioned this was done in a CASH account IRA? but not in his margin account? Which type of account is your CSHD in?
Also maybe they don't want the Platinum accounts to know they are messing around with penny stocks. Sounds like risky business to me. A couple of HSOA shareholders also got letters to borrow HSOA a month or two ago as well. Time to make some calls.

Actually, I believe they let you file complaints online now and set up a FILE with all your information. (from my own personal experience) All your compaints are put in the file and entered into their database.
