Instead of all this guessing, can't the person that was delegated to speak with Rufus at least find out when the dealine for filing the 10k is? That isn't inside information is it? Seems like everyone is saying something different but there must be a due date that's available? BlueSky isn't there a way to check on what the deadline date is? Is ithe date in the 8K and we are just not seeing it? Who's fiscal year end date would be used in a merger? Has there even been a merger?
