That bitchy old man who smells funny, talks to himself, and generally has a shitty disposition? Yup, that sounds like me.

It was "stop", correct? Go upgraded because came current with the filings?
Awesome! Things are moving fast!
To drive the SP up. For no other reason than to make each share more valuable. To put a failing company on firmer footing. Lots of reasons.
Common sense? Likely.
A certainty? Not there yet.
I suppose I could settle for 1000% Lower than my usual take, but beggars can't be choosers.
Would have helped cushion the blow & sustain at least some of the SP. Geez. Who raised those kids into adults? $HMNY appears the better buy anyway.
Tell me about it, brother. That's what I am doing here as well.
Doesn't the NYTimes & The Post make mistakes and correct them as well? It doesn't seem you would be as willing to forgive their mistakes as you seem to easily excuse Treehouse's mistakes.
Treehouse is much too openly partisan, certainly for my taste. Just as i take anything Maddow or Joy Reid say with an extremely critical eye, as they are just too partisan and have too much of an agenda to be taken at face value, I would offer the same advice to you.
Objectivity. Critical oversight and multiple levels of approval. Non-partisanship in content. These things are important.
While I read and hold dear some liberal publications, they are not pushing a political agenda with all the news of the day. Rather, they choose to focus on investigative journalism that fits in their existing political viewpoint. There is a big difference there. Once a liberal or conservative publication has to bend every story to their agenda, that's when "news" ends and "propaganda" begins.
When I read a story and it is clear the author views the press or politicians from one party or the other as "the enemy", well, I know I cannot take the information they provide at face value. Nor should anyone. I don't want to be told what to think, either in general or about an issue. I want some different perspectives from people who are not in a rage-induced fight-to-the-finish.
Certain tones sell well to conservatives. Anger, "us against them", fear, extreme patriotism, contempt for the opposition, and conspiracy sell conservative books and magazines. We could debate this or that point, but generally speaking this holds true. Look at FOX between 8 pm & 11 pm. Look at Trump and his tone both in person & especially over Twitter, when he doesn't have to face the other person.
I mean, who the hell would say "Most Mexicans are bad people" with a straight face? Not only is that factually incorrect, it petty & ignorant. But to say that, and then have a group of people say in response "Yeah, that's right! I like how this guy talks! He tells it like it is" is just...depressing. Not surprising, really, just depressing.
Sorry, got a little sidetracked.
No, I am sure Treehouse doesn't grasp at straws...or at least doesnt appear to. I am sure they are always very confident of what they are saying, in that respect. Maybe they are even true believers. Who knows? The higher one goes up the conservative food chain (and likely the liberal one as well), the less they actually believe the words they say.
I mean seriously, you know that Kevin McCarthy doesn't believe half the sh*t he says, right? That it's mainly for public consumption?
Maybe next we can discuss the reasons Reagan would be drummed out of today's GOP and why the Republican party became so toxicly right of center.
I never, ever, EVER trust "I had a phone call with the CEO". I have yet to find someone who claimed that honestly.
Thanks for the input. Much appreciated. Be well & GLTY.
Had small buy (500k) set at .0016 when SP was .0019. Couldn't cancel in time...didn't know the news yet. I was still waiting at .001 for the move back up. What horse____.
Still holding. Suggestions?
I'm out for now. GLA.
Always gnawed at me that $CDIX came up with "the plan" to buy a CBD company shortly after the huge gains people made on another company ($D__D) that did the same. All while it was fresh in peoples minds.
Are you saying Cardiff Lexington is an "awesome company"?
Ahhh...The question everyone avoids answering...
Where is the 8k proving all this?
Without all the legal & technical jargon, the IR emails, assumption, blah, blah, blah...
It doesn't exist. There is no 8k confirming all this.
Tada!
Only a million and a half on the ask at .0055. Get them while you can!
So this site, The Conservative Treehouse, is a truthful site. The NYTimes & The Post, along with most if not all "establishment" media are untruthful.
Ok...What about Mother Jones? NPR? The Progressive? Or can only "conservative" media achieve truthfulness in your eyes? Because remember, these are your opinions of what are truthful sources and what are not, and certainly not the predominant opinion amongst most members of academia or the public at large. That doesn't make your opinion in this matter wrong, of course, it just makes it marginally supported.
And hey, what about that attribution claim by your Treehouse author. He wrote that the story by Soloman, which he provided a link to, relied on on-the-record sources, when in fact there were none. That's a mistruth...What some may call a lie, or "fake news", or misleading, or an attempt to create more credibility to the Soloman "story" than there actually was.
That doesn't strike me as "truthful" behaviour. Don't you view that as "untruthful"? If the NYTimes did the same, what would you see it as then?
Point taken.
Correction - The authors of the articles you directed me to were grasping at straws.
You strike me as a true believer. That doesn't make you correct in your analysis or speak to the veracity of your supporting documentation, but I do believe that you believe it.
That would be a logical reason, and perhaps the most logical reason, but not the only logical reason.
I think it is possible, yes. Why wouldn't we? What is supporting the SP right now other than assurances supported by lack of filings and unseen LOI?
If people really thought they could trust what this company says, the SP wouldn't be where it is today. And what did it do Friday? Rose briefly, dropped, meandered, and ended up at a loss for the day.
I am not trying to bash, just be realistic. But I am probably wrong just as much as I am right, so take my words for what they are...an opinon.
Hmmm... .0045 Monday, .0032 Tuesday, .0025 Wednesday, .0068 Thursday, .0059 Friday. Unless there is actual news, of course, but again, I don't expect any news this week, much like last week.
Yes, interesting. It's movement of late has been "of inrterest". I expect it's movement for the next several weeks will also be enough to draw my attention periodically as well.
Go $CDIX?
The Conservative Tree house. Truthful (read "objective") reporting? Highly unlikely. But let's look...
With more reporting by John Solomon, cited and attributed to on-the-record officials in the State Department and Ukraine, a much more clear picture emerges. (Italics mine)
Both Poroshenko and Zelensky administrations had tried, unsuccessfully, to get information to current U.S. officials. U.S. State Department officials in Ukraine were refusing to give visa’s to Ukrainian emissaries because they did not want the damaging information sent to the President Trump administration.
I wrote that, as I write everything that I do not attribute to someone else. No, I am well-versed in attribution requirements.
Thanks for the compliment, though! Much appreciated.
Definition
WHATABOUTISM - Rhetorical device used mainly (but not exclusively) in political argument as a means of changing the subject away from a negative action, deed, or trait of one's preferred political figure and transferring that action, deed, or trait to one's opponent's preferred political figure.
Example
Person 1; "Hey, Bob. Did you hear it's being reported that Trump paid off a goat to keep it quiet about a sexual encounter"?
Person 2: "You can't believe anything the lame stream media says. It's all fake news & lies" OR "this is just the 'deep state' trying to take Trump down" OR "this is just a liberal hoax".
Besides, Tom, the REAL crime is that your political figure was accused of paying off two goats 10 years ago, and THAT is the REAL crime"!**
Rhetorical Benefits
• Reframes the discussion from an indefensible or undesireable defensive position,
• Smears the political figure the conversation is refocused to.,
• Most notably, perhaps, Whataboutism muddies the waters both informationally and topically.
** Almost invariably the accusation referenced will have been either investageted and long ago found unsubstantiated or will originate from questionable "news" sources who often take isolated facts and tie them together through inference or correlation/causation confusion strategies.
Trump is accused this week of repeatedly pressuring the Ukrainian president to investigate his possible (but highly unlikely) 2020 political opponent for corruption.
Trump claims this is a partisan attack. "The whistleblower, who went through all the proper legal channels, is a liberal. No, I don't know who he is, but he must be a liberal. Only a liberal would rat me out".
Congressional republicans claim "deep state conspiracy" and site "Whataboutism".
One Senator stated "look, this is the doing of the 'deep state'. Anyone who would put American principles above party locality has to be an Obama holdover. Besides, Democrats do this all the time! Well, just look at the time Obama..., he tried to get dirt on..., or the time Hillary asked that one foriegn country to...BENGAZI! THE CLINTON FOUNDATTION! SOCIALISM!. I have a meeting. No further comment".
Two Americans - A 15-year-old from Wichita, Kansas, and a retired auto worker from Detroit, Michigan - appear to express actual confusion and surprise.
"Isn't it okay for the president of the United States to pressure other world leaders into trashing political opponents? I mean, we are a superpower...a world leader", stated the Detroiter. "Shouldn't the world have a say in our leadership? I mean, those tax dollars congress appropriated for Ukraine are the presidents to use how he sees fit. I would have had no problem if Obama had done something like this to Jeb Bush or Ted Cruz".
The boy from Wichita seemed totally stunned. "I just never saw anything like this coming. This has been one of the most ethically upstanding administrators in history! This is completely out of left field. I need to go lay down and process this. Excuse me".
Every other American we spoke to seemed to take the revelations in stride. "This is news?", said one. "If Trump hadn't done this...That would be news".

Seriously though, when I think of football (which is, admittedly, very rarely), I don't think of amerika or patriotism or really anything that would make a flag Ark make any sense. Like any good, well-propagandandized amerikan, I think of...
Cheap, watery amerikan beer. Maybe like a Bud Ark or a PBR Ark. Oh, hey, a Spuds Ark! Everyone loved Spuds!
Skinny, large-breasted, scantily clad, unrealisticly-proportioned amerikan women. All sorts of Arks possible here, G to X-rated.
Fat, middle-aged drunk men on barkaloungers. Let's leave those Arks alone.
Car commercials, beer commercials, razor commercials, junk food commercials, and scantily clad women commercials. Ark, Ark, Ark, Ark, and...big ARK!
Nice, tight, black male butts in spandex. One for the ladies...and...ARK!
Amerikan flags? Hmmm...not so much.
Ya! Even better, a stadium-sized Colin Kaepernick Ark taking a knee in front of it!
The possibilities are truly endless!
I am so confident $CDIX will make me rich, I cashed out my 401k today and gave it all to the first homeless person I saw! Told her to buy $CDIX first thing Monday morning. She promised me she would.
Let me know when we hit $50.00 a share so I can buy some more.
Through the roof and to the moon!
!!!!!!!!!!$CDIX!!!!!!!!!!
Better than lime pops on a hot February afternoon!
Feels like Christmas this week.
I understand. It can be frustrating. I completely understand. I have that company, and I am very defensive of it.
For all our benefits, I hope the Acela deal goes through and the company is successful. I am not one to wish anyone poor fortune. I hope all this patience works out in your favor. One of the reasons I am sticking around (besides the deal, of course), is a part of me has a feeling that $CDIX is trying to settle out and get serious now.
Good luck to you.
Haha. It's a Pontiac Grand Am I am restoring. A 2005...last year they were made. We all gotta have or hobbies...something to do besides work and sleep. Something we can point to and say "No, I didn't pay for that, I did it myself" is always nice as well, I suppose. Very pedestrian and proleish, I know, but unfortunately not everyone has money crawling out their *** to just go and buy everything they want at any time they want. For some, the ability to fill up the tank is not always a given. And some prefer not to be American-style "consumers".
To some, making 500 bucks in the first 15 minutes of their day is pretty damn cool, all things considered.
As for $CDIX, all it takes is "we could not come to terms on the deal". That's it. Nothing has to be a scharade. Everyone could be completely on the level. "We could not come to terms on the deal" - for whatever reason - is always a possibility.
If other posters who have "called the company" are to be believed (and even if they are not), Acela likely has other suitors, as well. Companies with actual cash in their pocket.
Aren't we a cheery chap! Great to meet you as well!
Thanks for the reply. Just wanted to see if that was "verifiable" information I could count on, or "I called them" information which is useless.
No, I am not going to call. "Hey, Mr. Cunningham, how are you? Hey, 'Trader guy' said he called you and that you told him 'blah, blah, blah'. Are both those statements true"?
My guess is Cunningham pops on ihub occasionally, reads some posts, mumbles "I never said that" a few times, and wonders who all these people who say they spoke with the company actually did speak to, if anyone.
Not saying that is you. Just saying that if the information cannot be verified, it ain't worth poop to anyone other than the person who received it first-hand.
Thank you very much! I will do so. It ain't much, but it's mine. My "fliptardness" paid for rims for my car today. Hopefully tires come before close! They are getting a little long in the tooth.
And I am back in...just took some profit. I am uncertain about the Acela deal, but I want to be here if it happens. Something smells off...can't put my finger on it. All the DD is there, it is relatively solid, mostly no dilution, blah, blah, blah. But yet...
That lack of an 8k on the new financing and the paid off convertible debt doesn't sit right with me. Seems like if you wanted to firm up the SP, you would drop an 8k in addition to the press release. "We don't have to" doesn't work for me. I find it difficult to argue an 8k today on the convertible debt payment would send SP up.
It could be completely nothing. If $CDIX had any real value beyond the Acela deal, I would be a little braver. However, if that deal doesn't go through - for whatever reason - this stock has about zero value, and that is a fact. And I don't care how certain anyone says they are, there are absolutely no guarantees Acela happens.
IMHO and GLTA
Sold at open, made an 11% return, got back in below where I sold. One may scoff at a mere 11% return, but the money spends just fine. Indeed, it spends much better than the profit I watched trickle away the last two times the stock dropped.
But, alas, it is not.
It also says...
This capital infusion was arranged by the registered Broker Dealer Craft Capital, LLC to stop the current convertible note dilution of Cardiff Lexington common stock and in an attempt to stabilize the share price of the Company.
Lets hope, my friend, lets hope.
Where did this information come from? If written, please post a screen shot. If not, well, no offense, but it is useless.
Enough posters have been busted for turning assumptions into fact or just outright making information up on this board that assurances alone no longer carry weight...at least with me.
I hope it does come up...at least in the morning. My afternoon nap went way to long...past close. I want my profit this time.
Ok...this has been bothering me...
I do not think anyone is questioning the legitimacy, the desirability, or the potential of Acela. Looks like a solid company in a exponentially growing industry. I would love to invest in Acela.
But that is not the issue here. We are not investing on Acela. If we were, the SP would be much, much higher.
No, what we are betting on here is the legitimacy, the desirability, and the potential of Cardiff Lexington. And frankly, that is why the SP is so low & unstable. We are betting on whether Cardiff can pull off this acquision. We are betting on the state of dilution and the status of their convertibles - which seems to me a pointless factor to be investing on, as Cardiff could clear up those questions with an 8k, if they were truly transparent.
I know everyone here knows all the above, but I think it gets forgotten & confused sometimes by all the endless pumping and well-beyond-repetitive "must read" posts that state the same information about Acela over and over again.
What we hear about less is what a great company Cardiff is. How stand-up they are. How great and open management is. Sure...their share structure will do, people suppose. They probably won't/will dilute tomorrow. They may/may not have paid off some financing. They probably won't screw investors this time.
But while Acela sounds like a great company, Cardiff is a dime a dozen. Easily forgettable. I see nothing worthy of investing in with Cardiff. Unless, of course, the pick up Acela.
So that's the bet. Do you trust Cardiff? Can they pull this off? Is it real?
When is the NDA scheduled to end? What is the hard date?
Yep...I am not losing my profits yet again in a pullback. I will ride it up but when/if it starts to drop again, I sell and buy back more at lower price. Happened one to many times for me to hold & hope.
