Lou reads this iHub board by the way. I’m long on this for over a year. I’ll just stick around and see where the ship manoeuvres towards during these economic volatile times. I like your theory about all signals pointing towards a R/M, but honestly we don’t know. Management hasn’t communicated that much this year, especially compared with last year. Now taking the overal OTC market sentiment in consideration, access of seed money for SME is also a big challenge ever since inflation and the war in Ukraine started. Nothing happens in a vacuum so pretty sure these wider macro-economic factors have had some bearing in maneuvering this clean OTC “shell”.
Financials from August still state that they are in business for acquiring SME, so this might contradict your theory on preparing for R/M.
The Nexteligent Executive Team plans to continue executing its acquisition growth strategy with the aim of achieving collective annualized revenues of $100,000,000 through a first phase of acquisitions spanning both small and mid-sized companies.
Hmm IMS Experts, did you check their website again? Looks like a revamped one? https://www.imsexperts.net
Terrance Berry liked this article on Tier 1 funding:

Lou from IR said they are in due diligence to close the deal though, honestly don’t know what will happen, lol.
Hoping for another update soon. getting back to current might take longer than expected.
September is here in a few hours.
Haven’t seen this close at 0.029 for months.
Just non relevant small volume (noise) between bid and ask?
Fact that the Q notified a deal in the making indicates atleast that they are working behind the scenes.
The tape is funky here, jumping between 0.02 and 0.027 on low volume.

Interesting article.
Where are the autonomous cars?
Nice posts, I share your sentiment. Cisco doing a JV with Integrated Roadways validates the need for smart road tech.
You raise some valid points Roily23, it’s worth looking into the articles posted here, doing some DD on the competition provides insights:
https://integratedroadways.com/news
As this new segment of industry 4.0 arises in the coming years, probably more than one supplier of patented tech in regards to sensors for many different applications will arise. Fact that Cisco is working together with integrated roadways makes you think they have a good shot at upscaling their product, because of the validation they are receiving from a major company like Cisco.
If you listen to the CEO’s podcast, I think at some point he points to arguments of scaling up because of many reasons, one of which: the construction firms responsible for infrastructure projects would be able to receive recurring revenue streams through the lifecycle of the integrated pavements, instead of the old way of doing business: receiving sums of $$$ for completing a project at hand. At some point I think he also makes the case that his pavements are less costly than the old method of concrete building. So you have lower production costs + a business model for recurring revenues. He’s also building software on managing these data streams on one of his pilot projects in Denver.
As this new market is still in the conception phase, many players are trying to gain market share. IR is particularly interesting as it shares the same philosophy as NPI that in order to make AVs reality, smart roads are a necessity. Can’t expect AVs to function properly without the aid of sensors in the environment, outside of the car. Additionally, the applications and benefits are broader than enabling cars to become autonomous driving vehicles. We’re talking wireless charging, traffic data as a service (TdaaS), …
It’s going to be a major shift in how we look at transportation, much like switching from petroleum / gas fueled lightning towards electric grid lightning.
Hehe medsouth, we posted at practically the same time.
Whatever EcoMike implies, is up to him to clarify. But we’re thinking along the same line here with regards to the patents NPI Mobile has.
It’s worth checking out the podcast on the website of integrated roadways:
https://www.forconstructionpros.com/podcasts/digging-deeper/podcast/22276101/integrated-roadways-llc-building-smarter-roadways-with-concrete-slabs-sensors
Yes very smart proof of product they have, didn’t know they have a deal with Cisco now? That’s huge. Integrating sensors within the pavement / road sounds like a more intelligent design than these turtle pods from SRT. Although, most value for us lays in those patents, so at some point integrated roadways / Cisco / …. might need a licensing deal with SRT because we have legal / jurisdictional ownership, no?
A new market with new jurisdiction, always a complex matter when the players in the field are working to become owners of that new market.
Hi.
As you have stated here, we have executed the APA and are now in Due Diligence to close the deal.
I am sorry, but I am not sure what the reseller middle man is, although I have seen it posted in the chat room,
but can venture to say that this term does not apply.
We will continue to update, as material events occur.
Thank you for being part of NXGT.

People close to you? Nothing really moving on the OTC, it’s a sector wide issue. Though, wouldn’t blame them for selling. Nothing substantial happening.
Hmm my closest guess is lack of proper financing without dilution of the SS. It was written down in the original 8-K that PMPG has to be able to raise up to $15M to meet obligations towards NPI Mobile and the mutual Smart Turtle operation within a specified timeline.
Lack of funding was the reason everything came to a halt, no progress and the stock got delisted to Expert market.
Maybe I’m wrong? Pretty sure Tony Hicks failed bringing in the next round of $$$.
Thank god Hicks left the SS pretty much intact, never did he took the easy route and resort to convertible debentures. Without Hicks NPI and Tony Berry would never have got attached to the PMPG shell.
Yeah Roily23, that price target of $3 is why I’m here too. Always thought this has $ALPP potential.
I had to read your post twice before it made any sense lol.
Yeah this is why OTC has a bad reputation, TDS / ARGQ is no exception. Fluff fluff, RS rinse and repeat. There was a time people thought OTC was heading into another sphere with the 2020 - early 2021 “gold” rush. But that was attributed to the lockdown and people spending cash gambling on a lot of OTC stocks instead. Different world now with rising living costs and Russia going rogue. Maybe OTC will become a more respected eco-system for public startups some time in the future, it sure would be a win-win for many people involved. Though, divide and conquer manipulation and thus zero-sum games are much easier for the powers that be, even if it means the pie being smaller as a result. The game of money is a dark game indeed, power and greed will reign the day for the foreseeable future. Not escaping that, yet… lol.
Smarty cities and smart roads = brand new market and deployment of new technology within it.
PMPG could become a OTC unicorn. Risk / reward one of the best stocks to own.
Fully autonomous vehicles could be years and years ahead in the future, but smart cities and applications on smaller scale will be a brand new industry in the coming years.
Looks like you were right all the time, left this one a couple of months ago.
Not a matter of slow, this stock is still going QX and much we don’t know yet. It’s been a bearish market on the OTC for a year now, many small enterprises suffering in the economic climate post covid with rising prices.
Mmh maybe I’ll address your concerns about this venue looking like a middle-man business to Sanzaro if we don’t get any follow-up PR in the following days.
Something sounds off with these numbers, that many millions of $. Just weird.
I agree…
True that’s a big lump sum…
We are moving up, lol.
Wow haven’t read the financials, this IMS Experts looks like an acquisition upcoming for 2022 of which we just now received the first details?
Nexteligent remains committed to initiating its stock buyback program in concert with completion of its 2022
acquisitions.
Great news EmpyBones. QX uplist also still on the table.
Nice post, either way very rare to see for an OTC stock what’s happening in the background.
It’s also viable that they maintain the shell (eliminating debentures, insider increase, …) while seeking new business opportunities as they arise. I do agree tho, intrinsically the shell has all the characteristics for a pending R/M. Whenever that might be.
Yeah true but fact remains these acquisitions late 2021 no word repped about them this year makes you wonder if they fell through. Odds are high they did.
Still closed at 0.027 lol.
New financials 08/15?
Data processing using photons lol.
