Sorry, I don't see it happening unless they reverse split. That would value the company near 5 billion dollars, and without significant revenue I don't see that happening. imo.
I like your positive attitude though.
Can anyone else see posts past Tuesday?
you have a strong feeling? I hope your feelings are more accurate than all the other strong feelings I've seen on this board.
If you can substantiate your opinion with something that is worthy of the prediction, I would love to read it.
The higher volume that we are seeing reminds me of the volume when debt was being converted. The bid size compared to the ask size looks pretty similar to those times as well. Hope I'm wrong, but the silence from SVFC management and investor relations team is unfortunate. If there is really good things happening and they are not communicating it, then shame on poor management. I'll say it again, I want nothing more than to be wrong, because I have a stock basis that needs a "to the moon" movement just to get my money back. IMO.
Based on what? It's not going anywhere quick without huge news. IMO
I have been off the grid for a while, so if this is a repeat question, my apologies.
Curious...who is now in charge of Investor Relations? Has anyone contacted them to see what is going on and why we haven't heard anything on the status of the two companies hired to raise capital and get rid of the toxic financing?
How many shares do they have outstanding and available? I'm guessing it's not 8 billion outstanding with 250 billion (potentially right now but eventually) available. That can have a massive impact on the stock price. :) I would love nothing more than to see 10 cents or above, but at this point, I'm hoping to see upward momentum...maybe .0003 would be a good start.
I am long and hope the future of this company delivers for us.
IMO
there will be selling today and tomorrow for sure. People will want to get their tax write offs in.
I think he owes the common shareholders an explanation. The whole thing with the preferred share holders basically having a crap ton of votes so they can will their way without any common shareholder having a say it BS. I get the whole takeover comment, but seriously...there better be something better in the works.
All I can say is the management has bent us longs over the barrel. The real issue is...at these prices, we don't walk away with much if you bought a year ago at .005 or above.
What a heck of a Christmas present from SVFC! :)
IMO
I recall seeing some posts about the climb (have a few times in the past few months), although not by you, there have been some predictions. Please understand that I'm not attacking, and was hoping for a climb as I'm long.
I just hated to see the available shares increased to 250 Billion. That dilutes the ever living crap out of us longs if they are issued.
I believe in the technology, but have lost faith in the Management of this company. They are bleeding the common shareholders of everything.
And yes, I am very frustrated!
IMO
This is what is necessary to cover the convertible debt. The only way these shares don't get issued is if someone comes in and invests a significant amount of money to remove the convertible debt, which is what we've been hoping to hear for months. I agree that issued is different than outstanding, but let's look at SVFC's track record. This will more than likely not be good for us longs.
GLTAL. IMOO
I don't see this going up without good news published. There are many who will be selling a few shares in the next few days to get the loss on their tax return.
Yes, when you are part of the CD, you are making lots of money. I say Kudo's to you...well played.

The reality is at the current share price, why wouldn't a potential investor come to the table and buy 1, 2 or more billion shares of common stock (there were a lot of shares traded over the past few months) and then infuse 15 million dollars into paying off all other debt holders.
2 billion shares at .0005 is about 1 million dollars. Right now, I think it would be pretty easy to accumulate a ton of shares for that price or below. How many shares were traded at .0002 and below in the last two months? The question I'd ask is...what would this stock be trading at if there was no convertible debt, and a 15 million dollar loan for 3 years interest free or bearing 5% interest?
This is not a prediction, it's merely an option for someone/entity to take a strong stake in the entire SVFC company vs. a portion of the company.
IMO
20 million in debt? I thought it was a lower number.
Why would hanover take over?
Correct me if I'm wrong, if you hold 27 million shares, selling them and to make money isn't at these levels...which I would assume means that you want this to go up just like the longs?
It raises the question...at .0001 and 10 billion shares of SVFC it only equates to $1 million. So if I were going to invest 15 million, why wouldn't I just buy as many shares as possible and then pay off the toxic debt of less than $10 million? Something still doesn't add up. It feels like a slow play.
No offense, I saw a better spread at Thanksgiving dinner! :) All kidding aside, this definitely looks better than what we have been seeing, hope the trend continues.
They have been this way for over a month.
BBW, instead of posting the same stuff or slight modification of it. Can you post the one link that shows illegal behavior? I agree with you that he keeps selling off his liabilities and stock for cash, but that wasn't the point he was making. That in itself is not illegal or a crime.
At this price, what are the other options?
Let's face the facts. As a long, I am not going anywhere at these prices. I believe in the technology, and so does YA. That being said, SVFC has done nothing in the past 2 months to prove to shareholders that there is a future for us. The fact that Frank went dark and isn't talking at all is very discouraging. Whether or not the timing was a perfect match, at a minimum there was information. The real question is...why the silence, why no update. It makes no sense to me. IMO.
No, I am not saying that at all. I just question the silence.
Why Wednesday? What's happening on Wednesday. Why not today or next week?
It is unfortunate, but I think Frank is no longer talking to people unless he thinks he can get something for it. Either that or he is tied up in his appeal case and doesn't have time for SVFC.
Is it required to file an 8K announcing an increase in available shares from 10 billion to....whatever the new amount?
But I never get an explanation as to why I am wrong. Must mean that I'm correct.
It's so damn easy? So why do the facts state that YA has to approve new shares issued, but in fact, the 8K's state that new shares will be made available if they hit their targeted capital raise? Why the contradiction? Some say YA will not allow it to happen, but they can't deny them if it's in an 8K, which in my opinion means that YA must have agreed to it.
That was my point.
I could be wrong, but this isn't going to $10.00 a share unless it splits. That would be 100 billion dollars assuming 10 billion shares issued. Don't get me wrong, I would really, and I mean really, love it if it did.
You don't have to issue shares to pay off debt. Also, YA had to agree to allow new shares be given to Dinosaur if they bring in new capital? They must have approved those new shares then...correct? That being the case, I wouldn't think YA's desire would be to take over all the assets.
Who says that we are excited about .0002? I think everyone will agree that .0002 is better than .0001, but I for one am not happy at these levels nor am I going to celebrate it. When it returns to a fair market price, I will celebrate, but this is far from a fair value of the company...don't you think?
I am not entitled to speak on his behalf, but I read his statement as claiming that SVFC will actual have to issue 81 billion shares to cover the debt is not going to happen. No one is arguing the fact of the next conversion price. I just think it might be a little far fetched to say all of the remaining YA debt would be converted at the same low price. But hey, who knows. It's like saying there might even be a boogie man...Just because we haven't seen it doesn't mean it can't exist.
IMO
Let's state it as it was...pure manipulation and fear.
Does anyone else only show trading volume of 100 shares at this point? That's less than the actual commission to trade it.
Can you translate? What does your post mean? Are you saying a recent 8K has come out saying that the available shares has increased?
Yes, but it won't stay. Until the toxic financing has been addressed, this stock will get abused on the swings.
