I'd like to see some news before September.
While this is stuck at 4 cents for a couple weeks, I would really expect a pop back to 6+ cents just on speculation/being oversold
Investor Update Youtube video from CEO
I know that there is stuff going on in the background related to other companies and (amazing) opportunities not directly related to XCLK but that could affect XCLK in time, but I am not privy to details on XCLK plans as of today, it's sort of fluid and probably why no 8K has been released yet.
When the time is right, I believe XCLK will be turned around, I just dont know what that time is, but it could be sooner or later than I surmise, and so I'd be remiss in offering up even my own opinion which only hurts my credibility here which I don't need.
I have noted sales of XCLK for 9 sessions in all but one simultaneous days. While I dont know who that is, Personally I don't think its any person(s) that are necessarily in the know of some great news, so I dont know what to make of that but that does seem to have chipped away at the large ask that I think had developed.
I've been eying this stock for a long time now
Had ample opportunity to buy it under a dime but did not, could never get anyone to pick up the phone live when I called.
Seems like it is decently priced.
I may toss the hat into the ring for a starter position.
What is holding this stock from taking off at this point?
Bought 20k each at .044 and .0395 this week, just too tempting an opportunity. Can it get any cheaper, I just can't imagine it could, then again I said that at a nickel. Go PROP
yeah I just finally broke down and bought more at 1.92 today, its pretty cheap at this price in my opinion.
Press release on 6/16 covers the Environmental Assessment
They are saying 90 - 120 days to production and revenue in Q4.
Wish it were earlier but better late than never.
No activity on the stock, even this close. People need to see production or permit in hand.

Made a lot of money trading this a while back.
Got back in at $2.53 (i.e. a quarter pre split) and expected that to hold but it has not, which honestly is a bit surprising. The management bought heavily last fall to help support the company, and I would have expected the price to go up, and though one never knows, I would expect the company to start showing some real growth. I would continue to buy at these prices if I had the money to devote vs. other investments, but holding off for the time being, though that could change quickly. The all time low of a 5 cents (pre split) was ridiculous, I still cant believe it got that low.
Well they were hoping to have some kind of deal around now. In talking to the CEO, finding the right match is simply taking time, and things will work themselves out, these things can take time. In the meantime the stock price has stabilized in the 5 to 6 cent range which is fine by me. Depending on my finances I will buy more if the timing works out.
I would consider this a very strong buy if you don't own shares, a decent buy if you have some already, and a hold if you are fully vested.
My understanding is that things continue to move forward and that we should see some announcements, including all the late :( filings. Sometimes things take longer than anyone expects, but, that seems to be the case with all my picks!
I look forward to the day when this stock actually trades on a regular basis and has a decent shareholder base. When that happens, look out! Due to the nature of their business being so diversified, I think that those people that even take a peek at it are confused - people want to be able to "touch" something concrete, and AVLP hasn't yet accumulated enough businesses to be interesting to most, but that time is coming, and it may be sooner than we think.
Hopefully they will turn on some kind of marketing awareness campaign, they really need it, bad.
A lot is going on behind scenes
But indirectly, not with XCLK itself. And so while it may be a while before things turn around, and there are no guarantees, the company does want to do the right thing for its shareholders and debtors for that matter.
My understanding is that the 8K is imminent but as mentioned, nothing probably that interesting.
keep the faith, what left that you have, and focus on other areas for now.
Environmental Assessment now posted on BLM site

This is great news, it certainly took longer than we all would have liked or anticipated. I know it was a TON of hard work on the part of the CEO to make this happen. If all goes smooth, then after about a month they'll have the permit. I'd now like to see gold mined in September.
No, the Suhr deal hasn't gone through yet. Nothing has been announced about the deal not going through. They are working through the challenges of a deal. I know there is other stuff in the pipeline also. This is a holding company that may end up holding who knows what at this point in the near and distant future. This is a great opportunity that few know about. In time, it will become known, but for now things are on the quiet which is fine by me.
Good post my man
Also I will reiterate, as I have done countless times before, the insiders made no money back a year+ ago - they did not sell any of their shares. Certainly a lot of people were trading it and I was one of the unfortunates that held on to every single share I still have, lesson learned, an expensive one, at least for the time being.
Expecting 8K next week
As mentioned before, not looking for anything earth shattering, just signs of life.
I see mention on the forum from an article in the press from people who don't know what they are talking about, and largely paint a wrong picture even after talking directly to XCLK players which is a bit frustrating, but so be it, it will all be resolved in time even if its not the time we have been expecting.
One thing is true, XCLK really messed up in a couple ways including borrowing from toxic lenders (KBM/Asher) and poor execution on their business and has not been able to pick up the pieces from that debacle, and for that I hold them accountable.
I didnt think it would pull back this far from $16 ($8 pre-split),. but oh well, I will continue to stick with it, along with KOL and FCG. Just look what happened to GDXJ and GDX which more then doubled, granted these don't have the amount of leverage but should do well in time. The October Options are the latest ones available.
8K this week
Again, not expecting anything significant except that filing an 8K shows a sign of life
OTC Markets Profile very slight update
Read for thyself
No 8K yet
Also, that profile reminded me of co-signer.com - lets not write off that aspect of the business either
Hi Johnny, No I am not, never met or talked to him but his name has surfaced a few times on the board, thanks for reminding me about him. I see he is a part of McKea Holdings and while not sure about the full web of relationships there, I don't think he has a direct role in working with XCLK.
Let's see what the 8-K says.
I don't have much to say, I have been in touch with their "single" employee as reported on otcmarkets.com - speaking of which some of that info will be updated along with an 8K on basic stuff (some of which I know but not significant). All I can say is, well, hang in there as you meddle in other investments. I personally believe XCLK will make a comeback from the ashes. I also realize that the predictions I made back in January have not come to pass (at least so far) and for that I am very dissapointed, but I am not writing off the opportunity, there is a lot going on in the background indirectly related to XCLK and recovery will take some time. The good thing is that by the time things recover (if they do), all of us with shares will be looking at long term (vs. short term) gains.
they are not giving up for sure
It will certainly take longer to get back on feet longer than you or I would have imagined.
yes an 8k is coming very soon and while I don't know what's in it my gut tells me it won't be that interesting.
So much for holding 6 cents, interesting.
Huge volume on Friday. I was forced to pick up more at around a nickel which I consider a gift. Let's see if it rebounds back to into the 6 - 8 cent range.
I have to admit to getting a bit impatient on the Suhr deal, at least the latest Restaurant Capital Group deal announcement keeps things, well, interesting and alive. But personally the Suhr deal is the most interesting, it's been on the table, at least publicly, for almost a year now, and it's time they make things happen with it or at least announce a status report. What about all the people that signed up for the Indications of Interest, we haven't heard anything.
Going back through press releases, they tend to be consistent in releasing info on a semi-regular basis, and so we are due in my opinion.
Continues to refuse going under .06
Bought some more today at .061 with huge volume today that refuses to allow sales under 6 cents. While we have seen heavy volume show up from time to time, there are buyers at 6 cents. While we cannot tell for sure if this is the bottom, I would say that it appears to be.
Cant wait to see their acquisition plans.
I see a lot of activity on the board, but also noting that the ask is almost 50 million which seems to have built back up.
I'll see what I can find out by week's end and report back.
I will word it "expected to see".
They must have a master plan and it is not one that we are necessarily in the know about. The fact that from day one they advertise as a diverse holding company supports stuff like this. They are in the business of delivering value to shareholders, to coin the phrase, and the way they do it may not necessarily be the way we expect. Sometimes these 8Ks are a bit dry, this is not a press release. If anything like a related stock I am in (XCLK), until their financials are current, they may choose to remain silent to protect themselves, or they may be too busy to put out a PR. But to your implied point, I can't wait to see something with Suhr, from last June when first announced, that seems to be the big deal they are focusing on. Anyway I am open to whatever deals that may be brewing, as long as it doesn't take forever LOL.
8-k out on financing a new restaurant via their subsidiary Restaurant Capital Group.
Hmm, well while that certainly falls under their model of a holding company with diverse holdings, that certainly came out of left field.
Personally I have been looking for news on the Suhr deal that they have made such a big deal about, and now this. I also am wondering what has happened to the Vape business which I thought was their only holding up to now.
Gotta just wait for now. The stock did not respond and has hardly been trading since bottoming out a month ago and this news didn't seem to have any impact yet. I think that people must be having the same Qs I have.
I'd like them to get the annual report out also as it is late, but I suppose this is less of a concern at this point
No, but my understanding is that they felt that they had done so much sampling over the years that it was not necessary to do at that point (late fall 2015). They feel unequivocally that there is sufficient gold in the ground and are simply not concerned about that aspect (which is obviously very important). By the way there is a Murphy Analytics report you can read from a while back.
My concern has been the extended time it has taken to get to this point in the process and I know they are very close to permitting. I know they are having regular meetings with the BLM and that the reclamation bond is about to be negotiated, which is a good sign - they wouldnt talk about reclamation if a permit was not in the works - its not an "if" but a "when" at this point. They have met with congresspeople/local representatives to help push the process along on the government side. While the type of open pit mine operation using NO chemicals but water gravity process is fairly straightforward in some ways, working with the BLM to get approval is extremely challenging where the BLM makes demands that sometimes change, and there is nothing you can do about it when some things are out of their control.
Nonetheless I do hold them accountable for a poor job in predicting milestones, especially when some of the milestones at the time of their notifications were in the near future which has long since passed. Certainly some valuable lessons were learned.
So this extension has resulted in repeated dilution in order to handle the permitting and other costs, as their goal is to be relatively debt-free, and that should subside the next couple months.
So in summary, I am convinced there is ample gold to be mined for decades into the future, and they they have the right team in place to make it happen. The dilution bothers me but nothing is perfect and it can be overcome when they start mining. Keep in mind they will be using the best equipment in order to mine at a very high clip (tons/hour) and efficiently to leave minimal gold behind, and so when things to do get going, it will get going very fast (after working through the kinks of course). For those that are in the private placement, there is the option to get gold instead of exercising shares, and at $1200/oz that is approximately 4x your investment, and at higher prices it is a higher multiplier of course. While that may not offer the same returns on a stock, it is great for people who got in earlier at higher prices, since the return on investment is solely based on your investment regardless of when you made it, and not on your share price. Depending on when you got it, you could be looking at 2 - 3 years for a 4x profit taking the gold approach, which is still pretty decent.
While it feels like forever, we are getting closer. The company state July, but I would like to see some movement of material in June, and it will take some time to tweak the entire process in order to optimize extraction of gold and not leave anything behind. Approval from the BLM should be very soon, and the very final approval within a month after the call for comments. Here is the site where one would look:
https://eplanning.blm.gov/epl-front-office/eplanning/planAndProjectSite.do?methodName=dispatchToPatternPage¤tPageId=55905
All the equipment is due from MSI (http://www.msi-mining.com/) in early May and it is the top of the line, they are sparing no expense here.
In my opinion the market has not priced in successful approval per the stock price and lack of any significant volume, couple with the fact that the junior minors (GDXJ) have almost doubled from their lows a couple months ago and ITEC has not responded in kind. This is going to be huge, I just can't wait (but we have to).
While the company focused their last release on the price of gold, and while it is significant for profitability for sure, more important is to be mining gold at a steady clip, as their cost for the operation is so much lower than any dip in the price of gold that may come (or not come). That is, $1500, $1300, or $1000/oz gold will all be profitable for them.
They tend to be right on time for their financial reporting so we can probably expect to see the annual report out in within a month. I expect some more dilution but hope that they have kept it reasonable.
Agree, something should have been announced. I have limited info and nothing I am sure of, but let's say sometimes these deals can take longer than expected and hit snags along the way. But I have no reason to believe that it isn't happening, just taking longer in which case they probably have to be careful of what they say during a quiet period, so best not to say anything I think is the theory.
I wonder how accurate the float is, but assuming its accurate, well, just the fact that the float is so small can be a good thing where the management is in control and will hold their shares through all the negotiations, that is, I don't think they are selling at all.
So when this deal does go thru, with limited shares, imagine what the price can do in a short time.
The difference is that this company should finally get some attention with traders I would think, as opposed to what it has been which is a struggling VAPE manufacturer/distributor (and nothing else beyond that from what I can tell) that nobody has paid attention to. I mean look even now, the price has gone 500% from the bottom, and do you see ANY posters here besides myself, zagdad, and now yourself a few times? No.
Wow look at the volume today!!!
After a very long hiatus in trading, the last few days, yesterday excepted, have shown some churn:

Somethin's going on, and I for one am looking for higher prices and an announcement.
MJAM, there is activity behind the scenes, but my understanding is that it is not of the nature of generating revenue as we have been expecting, but more along the lines of getting the filings done. That's about all I would say now as I don't have the complete picture. Albeit it is very disappointing but it can turn around, it just might take longer than we had expected. Right now I am focusing, as most on this board I expect, on other investments.
the other thing I would say with regards to price, is that 6.5 cents has held many many times over the year, AND whenever I put in a bid between 6 and 6.5 cents, the system IMMEDIATELY puts in a bid to out-bid me by .0001, i.e. I bid 6.25 cents and it bids 6.26. After I remove my bid, a bit later, the system removes its bid and the high bid goes back to 6 cents even. So some electronic bot is playing games at these prices (nobody could humanly/manually outbid me in the exact second when i put my order in) effectively establishing a floor in prices and not allowing it to go down under 6+ cents, which I take as a good thing.
I continue to buy at these prices, 6.5 cents, that's pretty cheap for a company that is about to buy some distressed properties/securities/whatever it may be, for dimes on the dollar (I find the expression pennies on the dollar a bit radical, does anyone get that good of a deal?). I am now officially calling a bottom at these prices. The seller at .068 has almost been taken out, just need another 50K shares, and after that it will hopefully be clear sailing back up to a dime, and while I dont know how long that will take, any serious announcement can drive it up immediately, absent a plethora of sellers wanting to get out.
yea, just you and me. I find it fascinating for any stock to descend to some sort of bottom, and then to come back up out of the ashes, with virtually no attention from a volume perspective besides maybe a couple converters along with a handful of people in the know and some speculators who stumbled on it, let alone from an attention perspective on this board.
Due to LACK of news, meaning one can never tell for sure what will happen as sure as this deal seemed to be going through just a few short months ago, I am now in the seller camp and will start selling if it continues to creep up, starting at around 35 cents. I have learned, you can't lose taking a profit, or at least, your losses will be less.
But to your point, somehow the stock is being supported, albeit with a weak bid, but the ask has clearly disappeared. So, no selling, and scant buying, but, if the deal gets announced, that will change immediately and there should be heavy buying and heavy selling, expectantly at higher prices. I'd still like to see a buck, but I'd be content with 50 to 75 cents. Problem is we just have absolutely no idea what the financing of the deal will be and how much AVLP shareholders will be rewarded. Who knows, they may even fix a price for shareholders where free market trading swings is limited, or, speculation runs wild on the potential after the announcement and this trades all over the place, I have just no idea, and while that is a bit disconcerting, it adds a bit of excitement to the pot as well.
good luck mon!
I am expecting something to happen, hopefully sooner than later
We now have a bid at 20 cents and I checked and there has no been no further conversions, so the share count remains at 6,767,254 which is very reasonable.
Keeping the faith.
I have no new news to report and am focusing on other investments. I am disappointed as others here are I'm sure. As soon as I know anything useful I will report here.
