jjseabrook,
I also think and agree that part of the problem was pr's were being sent prematurely. I think initially that it was a good plan to signal big things but it has become overdue to be conservative with prs.
sam
jjseabrook,
Yes. I have finished reading your views. We will know more soon.
I am in the camp in any case that instead of the nature of his tirade, the letter should have been a vow to do everything possible to publish financials by mid-sep.
sam
jjseabrook/closure?,
Look at the rapid fire of news since announcement of the $350 million closure. I think there has to be the possibility that Steve Sulja screwed up.
sam
jjseabrook,
I hope your perception is very accurate. My concern is his website letter was not pleasant. I don't think expressing displeasure with the investment public is the way to do things. Also, if the big whale is taking over, it is a big shock that the $350 million contract would falter to begin with.
What do you predict about contract?
sam
brentjanice/emotional turmoil,
I think number one the company is in emotional turmoil over a $350 million contract at risk. I think these quick changes are due to emotional turmoil and also an attempt to regain the $350 million contract.
The emotional turmoil is a negative. My preference would be to see clear evidence that sulja is being swallowed by a huge polished whale.
Thoughts anyone?

SYMD:big news for those who may be interested
At least Rawnoc sees AAGH consistently in a better light than CSHD
I confess to being in CSHD until it appeared overwhelmingly negative to me
sam
jabberstox,
any follow up in news starts the multiple increase
for now a comfort zone has to build but who can say for sure
sam
Unless they or lying or unless July was a total fluke, $5 million earnings over next 12 months looks easily possible.
This news is sudden and needs to be proven to reflect accurately the future, so until more news a pe of 2.5 on $5 million sounds fair.
$12.5 million/30 million shares about 42 cents for this uncertain interesting situation.
sam
If you were guessing Rawnoc, what price do you lean towards taking profits at?
sam
RAWNOC/low pe,
Look at ncnc.ob with current low pe, has potential on the one hand for good growth but also long-term unpredictable earnings
sam
SYMD.ob is selling cheap but nice looking long-term chart. Just received approval to market in Europe. Trial results for submission to fda expected this qtr, other words anyday. Could be approval from fda in less than 6 months for a product that has no competition and revenues up to $250 million annually plus pipeline.
sam
rapidsk8,
It may be a super smart scam but if so what would be smart about using an ir firm that is brand-new and not licensed? That does not sound like work of a smart scam nature. Is that how you would personally run a smart scam?
sam
fishforbreakfast,
About friendliness and openness, I think it would be a smart move if you are right about their selling to state publicly they are selling and tell why and also state no selling below .09.
What do you think about that?
sam
Rrufff,
I have come to appreciate the beauty of your approach. If they really take suggested steps and don't do counterproductive steps, I believe that is a signal of legit. They could of course in the short term be cooperative just as a smart scam.
sam
Rrufff,
Thanks as always. The only escape route I know of is to watch closely and diversify.
I know about your approach and agree about shareholder friendliness. My brief experience in calling companies, maybe half dozen, was I only profited once by calling, otherwise nothing gained as I felt management does not like to reveal anything on the phone.
I know others do like calling.
sam
RUFFF/SLJB,
What would be your list of reasons for thinking sljb could be a scam?
sam
Another point to longs,
If there is no way a stock price could be set to $15 or $25 etc.., I can't imagine SEC being so slow. They know the rules. They had to have had inquiries about this for a good while now.
Yet the latest pr obviously if SEC had been harshly probing been like a slap in the face with a reset price higher than ever.
sam
Fishforbreakfast,
I have bought aggressively. I see I wasn't the first to ask you.
Sometimes being honorable in the public market may be a challenge.
I would think a little stronger stock price would be the best scenario to satisfy everybody. I would personally think a better plan to have a goal of not selling below .09 at this point ie ever since runup to about .15.
sam
Cowboy is right about one point.
Currently I am around to thinking this is the strongest point in favor of longs.
The SEC definitely halts trading on companies forcing them to usually end up on pink sheets.
One great question, SEC has to be watching. The latest pr on the new bond seems very strange if Mr. Harris had already felt harsh probes from SEC.
I still think the risk is significant to own this. Why is Mr. Harris at this point as bold as ever though? Is he a criminal lunatic or straight shooter?
sam
Fishforbreakfast,
Lot of good thought there.
I don't know if anybody brought up the time sequence though. Seems more sensible to me if you can get the price higher first, then sell into the float.
Seems like sulja bros is not maximizing their cash from stock this way.
sam
Liable,
Reasonable post. I did not understand the meaning of first sentence. In what way, do they hold?
sam
Neom,
Then how did the scam work?
sam
Liable,
I did not understand all of that post. You made a statement that CSHD owned no portion of either bond. How do you know?
I am unclear as to what CSHD in your opinion has. Do they have any link to the bonds? Any link at all means the company should be worth something, is that not so? For instance if there is a loan to CSHD, then the lender must think CSHD is worthy of a loan. Is that not correct?
As for the jvs, the only one of significance I assume is AISS. Why did Georgia Aeorospace praise the Walstreet connections of CSHD but yet these connections for 12 months have not sent any money to them to my knowledge? Surely Georgia Aerospace wanted money before then?
sam
janniebgood,
I have absolutely no links. Since so much has been posted I assume they exist. I have no firm opinion on this topic. If your point is many bashers lie, my answer to that is maybe.
sam
Neom,
The more I think about it, the more you make sense.
If this is a scam I think the SEC is definitely coming at this point. Mr. Harris needs to be able to show good faith on both bonds, he could put together just maybe nonbelievable stories that legally may save him.
sam
neom good speculation eom
Liable,
This last pr seems a big tricky. Why would Mr. Harris give out info that links a bond possession to some icky types?
If it is illegal laundering, does not make sense to pr? Why put out all this researchable detail if not true, best to leave out detail? If there is any value to either bond, why lie about the amount of value?
I am not in the trust whatever Mr. Harris says camp, but how should one objectively put this picture together?
sam
can't disagree kntskc eom
kntskc,
Right now the sum to me looks like the purest speculation I have ever seen, one simply can't make a prediction.
sam
Patient one,
I sold when our-street put out all the info on grenelefe and the bond info from stocklemon at about $1.05 for a modest loss. I understand there is a rebuttal from pal-talk regarding grenelefe.
Right now this seems like a pure speculation with a confusing mess of what one could view as positives and negatives.
I am too speculative by nature as is, so I think I need to see more before getting back in.
sam
Kntskc/great info,
I have not spent as much time in research as you. That was a help.
I still would like to know though why lemonbuster would say a falsehood about the bond, did they lie? If they did lie, I can't understand doing that as it seems dangerous?
sam

sam
Patient one,
I agree with your observations 100%, but the other side of this is why would stocklemon say what they did about the bond if not believed to be true?
That also is too bold. They really could hurt themselves, don't you think?
sam
our-street/boldness,
Patient one gave the best defense of Mr. Harris I have read.
He raised a reasonable point, how can Mr. Harris put out this latest pr if not essentially true as presented? It seems believable to me that he should be in a high risk zone with SEC at this point.
Can you provide reasoning as to why not in a high risk zone including jail time?
Also I believe you provide good info. You may have addressed this before but I did not see it.
Please provide for benefit of all (90% will not believe, but 10% may be interested) your history. I have read here obviously that you have a tainted history. Why did that happen? What do you believe is an accurate description of who you are?
sam
Patient one/good post,
So far your defense of Mr. Harris actions are the best I have read. Seems way too blatant if a pack of lies.
I though am bothered still by lack of traceable history. What history there is looks mostly questionable or negative?
Negative examples are
1) grenelefe
2) bban (still negative although he might be a knight in shining armor, but how do you prove so?)
Has anybody provided a provable refutation of the accusation that cshd did not have $500 million interest in bond?
What about the latest questionable history on this new info, does it bother you? Why does it not bother?
When are you expecting funding of AISS? Where are the prs that Mr. Harris said could support $15 since the latest pr proves I suppose no SEC quiet period?
sam
rawnoc/comparisons,
Got out of conversion solutions when negatives overwhelmed positives in my mind.
Question is which do you like better between this one and sljb or do you like sljb at all?
sam
$100K plus dollars worth
russian roulette investing in trudy, never know
sam
kntskc,
Mr. Harris promised he had the prs. I don't believe in handholding but I believe management has a responsibility to share good info when it is available.
In my opinion any company that does not share either good or bad info in a timely manner is fair game for a lawsuit imo. I personally despise lawsuits and hope I am never party to one to make my position clear.
I hold no position here either as I sold when grenelefe details were out and questionability of $500 million bond was added to other negatives.
sam
To calculate or not,
I suggest it is proper to continue to evaluate.
I recall Mr. Harris stating he had tons of news that could be released on a near daily basis to support the future price.
In my opinion the job of Mr. Harris is to protect shareholders when possible, not to sit back and let them sell in despair because they are to weak to hold for good things.
How can it be called good management to sit on supportive news for future shareholders when many are clearly losing now?
If he has good news, he has the right I would think and the obligation to share it.
sam
