So they didn't find any problems and there was nothing apparent. I guess they did review some filings and found no issues. I'm sure they didn't review all the filings most likely the last 2 quarters. See we agree that they didn't go back more than a year. I thank you for your input.

Uh they uplisted to OTCBB and the SEC approved it.. I guess they were ok with AERP's filings.

I think they have their paperwork in order. They kinda need that for the uplist process... LOL

Think about identity theft, all the clerks at the county courthouse do their job. all the paperwork is in order but people are able to walk out the door with a drivers license in someone elses name all the time. Then they can get credit cards, apply for loans and create all kinds of trouble for someone else.
