Yup they filled out the necessary forms and the clerk at the SEC was able to put a check mark in all the right boxes.

Think about identity theft, all the clerks at the county courthouse do their job. all the paperwork is in order but people are able to walk out the door with a drivers license in someone elses name all the time. Then they can get credit cards, apply for loans and create all kinds of trouble for someone else.

Yup just doing their job.

You just said they help commit identity theft??? So are they doing their job???
