I did mean meet literally.lol Either way it should be done by now.
Easy, everything takes time. I think he gets a little ahead of himself when he tweets. Just like we all want it now, lol
But if they met for PR last night it should have already been out.
I agree,
Audit 8k promise weeks ago
Two PR's just promised yesterday, he made it sound like VB would be today, Because they were working it last night? And Rideshare would be right behind it.
NSAV needs to get it gear and come through on promises they tweet!
And it's business as usual, pp moves up on promise news and down on no news and then will channel until tweet or news.
But sooner or later this has to take off, when they get all the ducks in a row.
NSAV need factual PR's and backed up by 8k's. Investors seem to believe more in the 8k's since they are file with the SEC.
Not sure we will gab, unless there is premarket news...
Yeah, I know we have both been here a long time, but when I first posted they said the same of me.
Every Dog has it day and I'm hoping this is NSAV's day!
I like others have held shares for a very very long time.
We shall see.
Is this the one?
https://stux.online/
Would like an update on where the CEO is at on this.
Why not he sues everyone, lol Wheather you done anything or not. I also notice he either deleting peep tweets or blocking, he has many missing.
And switch one is that?
lol, I'm a wait and see myself.
May it's to try and get a response.
Ride-hailing apps like Uber and Lyft represent the opposite of decentralization since they essentially operate as dispatching hubs and use algorithms to control their fleets of drivers (and dictate what they charge). Blockchain could inject new options into that dynamic: with a distributed ledger, drivers and riders could create a more user-driven, value-oriented marketplace.
Another blockchain-based ridesharing app is Drife. The startup currently operates in Bangalore and is planning to launch in more cities across India. The app works through a system of “personalized smart contracts” between drivers and riders, where drivers stake Drife’s DRF token to be chosen for rides. Instead of paying a fee on every fare, Drife drivers pay an annual fee to use the app.

From what I have read there trying to be everywhere including the US.
And then there is this, I'm sur this is not the company, but it's good insight.
https://www.theinformation.com/articles/after-1-billion-profit-from-rides-didi-chuxing-considers-second-half-ipo?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=11543929116_112520154917&utm_content=477036477316&utm_term=dsa-19959388920&gclid=Cj0KCQjwmcWDBhCOARIsALgJ2QdAh6idyjumha1AGBA3CGbk0AN4OQxyODCkg2Veyg2B3Cl3JSYZ2UwaArkuEALw_wcB
Nice article, it old but this was a interesting paragraph.
That great too. I wasn't saying it's one of them. I was simple point out block change and crypto usage in ridesharing.
Yeah, I think if he would have included his late posts with the other posts, NSAV would have continue to rise. The good news is it dropped on very little volume. If he gets a Joint PR out premarket and has great facts not fluff with a statement from rideshare company owner it will gap up. And then follow that with an 8k about rideshare and the auditor.
Uplisting is HUGE for NSAV and will instill much needed trust back into this vastly expanding company.
RIDE-HAILING
Ride-hailing apps like Uber and Lyft represent the opposite of decentralization since they essentially operate as dispatching hubs and use algorithms to control their fleets of drivers (and dictate what they charge). Blockchain could inject new options into that dynamic: with a distributed ledger, drivers and riders could create a more user-driven, value-oriented marketplace.
Arcade City, for example, facilitates all transactions through a blockchain system. Arcade City operates similarly to other ride-hailing companies but allows drivers to establish their rates (taking a percentage of rider fares) with the blockchain logging all interactions.
This allows Arcade City to appeal to professional drivers, who would rather build up their own transportation businesses than be controlled from a corporate headquarters: drivers on Arcade City are free to set their own rates, build their own recurring customer base, and offer additional services like deliveries or roadside assistance. Arcade City announced in January 2021 it would make its code open-source to enable more peer-to-peer commerce.

@chif_tech
I urge all loyal CHIF shareholders to have patience, as the acquisitions will come soon enough and myself, our new amazing CEO, Jeff Au and our great Wall Street Investment Banker, Silverbear Capital are on the case.
There was but... I'm not sure why they would, with a vast variety of HOLDINGS why they would change.
NSAV Holding, Inc. (NSAV)
Transforming Transportation through Blockchain Technology
Blockchain is a distributed ledger of transactions, developed originally as the accounting
platform for the virtual currency, Bitcoin. The technology is used to verify transactions, creating
records that cannot be changed or deleted. Verification is accomplished in a decentralized
manner through a network of participants, or distributed nodes, rather than through a third party,
such as a bank or credit card company. One of the promises of blockchain is that it can reduce
the administrative costs of that third-party validation, or potentially eliminate them altogether.
This report examines various blockchain applications in transportation. Potential benefits of
those applications include the following.
? Increasing transparency and efficiency in supply chain routes, particularly with
documents that change hands numerous times between shippers, carriers, customs agents,
banks, and ports.
? Preventing cyberattacks on connected vehicles, since their presence in the Internet of
Things exposes them to such attacks on multiple surfaces, including Wi-Fi, cellular
networks, and toll transactions. Gaining unauthorized access to a single vehicle may be of
little value, but access to the uploading of information from vehicles to broader networks
likely would be of value.
? Reducing tolling costs by eliminating the fees that tolling agencies pay on credit card
transactions, estimated at more than $300 million annually nationwide. Blockchain could
also facilitate the adoption of a nationwide interoperable system in which customers
could use a single account to pay tolls on any toll road in the nation.
? Facilitating automated payments from vehicles for things other than toll transactions,
including fuel purchases, vehicle registration renewals, routine maintenance, etc.
? Introducing the possibility of true peer-to-peer ride sharing and fractional ownership of
vehicles, which could reduce the role of, or eliminate the need for, third-party providers
currently operating as companies such as Uber and Lyft.
? Improving the architecture of the Internet of Things devices deployed at transportation
facilities, by providing a decentralized alternative to the server-client model; the
decentralized blockchain alternative could eliminate bottlenecks which are unsecured and
subject to single points of failure which could result in entire system failures.

Could this ride sharing be link to blockchain, Crypto , like Labs is doing with reality?
I think there's more to it. Hopefully the PR and an 8k will give us clarity.

So 2 tweets, worded slightly different.
Does that mean If it happens, first tweet didn't say that.
OR Does that mean there may be more than one tomorrow?
Now, the tweet before the one on the 1st was the crypto exchange. And we all know Riper is hanging out there somewhere.
Tomorrow will be interesting day. Hopefully filled with PRs and an 8k.

As I previously stated on this Twitter handle, even if one of the deals we are negotiating with our investment banker is signed this week, it will be one of the greatest weeks, if not the greatest in the history of NSAV, at least since I became CEO in January 2016.
Not to get too excited , but with the right announcements we could possibly come close to 5.
Just home and read the tweets, I think we're in for a Great! day tomorrow. Premarket announcements coming.
Wow! What a day, looks like stock may redeem itself, and be ready for tomorrow...
Well, 2 days left, Big news tomorrow......Hope

It's been a while since I discussed NSAV's uplisting to OTCQB. Of course, OTCQB requires an audit and I will be working with our auditor to make the uplisting happen asap. I hope to have an 8-K out early next week regarding the audit. The uplisting of NSAV will happen and soon.
Observation, I notice CHIF has not file their Financials. Maybe they're going to be Audited for the up listing.
I also notice the new CEO has not been listed on the OTC as on yet?
