All,
We should be getting more positive over here. Is is really as varok said: IMJX is a "no brainer".
Yes, I don't like that we didn't go over 0.001 on the news, and yes I don't like it that the company doesn't answer any emails, but at least we know they are working over there and good things are coming. We also understand why the run was killed, which is unfortunate, but it won't happen next time.
Look at it, under a billion of OS. Compare that to BKMP, PAIM, GZFX or whatever 'hot' stock. These guys all have several billion to 20 billion shares out there.
Look at the money we have in: 2 million + 500K recurring rev. That is not money we will have, but it is money we have, now. Again, compare to all the other stocks trading in triple zeros.
More deals are coming, just relax. Another deal like this and it is impossible that we stay in tripple zero land.
"We expect to make further business announcements related to the iPrint Digital Kiosk deployment in the coming weeks."
Also, with the information from this week, re-read the mail from the CEO: (included below). Great things are coming. (several large product sales launches!!)
Dear Richard,
ImageXpres is not considering any reverse split in the near or medium-term future. The dilution referred to was in fact a result of the Company's need to fund several large product sales launches, that require substantial cash to accomplish the landing of several major sales contracts, plus other needs related to growth of the business. The total shares outstanding as of 9-15-06 was just over 634 M SHARES.
There will be IMJX shareholder updates and a full accounting of operational results for full-year 2006, along with aggressive sales revenue, and earnings projections going forward into 2007, 2008, 2009. IMJX management believes The Company will be very successful with sales of several key products / services areas, based upon our current product strengths, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Our best days are right ahead of us, and with quantitative results will come a stock price uplift.
We hope to announce certain sales results in the very near future, along with several key distributor relationships regarding the LitePix Digital Displays/ Signage and iPrint Kiosk product line.
If the company needs to implement additional funding to accomplish its goals, additional dilution, but substantially reduced in incremental OS totals, could result. Virtually all incremental capital raised by the Company is being used to place units in market trials that will lead to major sales results.
Overall, IMJX management is committed to increasing all shareholder value, and anticipates new shareholders coming in at higher market prices.
Thank you for your email, and support to date, and we look forward to major results in the very near future, along with a marked increase in IMJX stock price and capital valuation.

President, CEO

P.S. No one is ignoring shareholder requests for information, but the ability to provide rapid responses to ( many ) people, is often impacted because of limited resources needed to run the company. You will have to understand that management is working on the right things to increase shareholder value, including improved dissemination of relevant information
Looking at trading yesterday and today I would say that we should have the diluted shares consumed now more or less.
I estimate that about 400 million of new shares hit the market in the past 2 days. We should have covered those almost.
Maybe some people are still trying to get out now because of all this crap.
Good news is that it is confirmed now that the new dilution was reasonable, only 75 million. Lets hope it stops here. It would be nice to get confirmation of that in a PR.
I meant that selling the shares to an investor + giving the investor information that the shares can be sold soon with a reasonable profit could be illegal as inside information would be involved here.
Also consider how I described it in #3720. That would definately be illegal.
Indeed, that's what I'm thinking too.
But this would be illegal, no?
Do you guys remember that a couple of weeks ago we went from 0.0007 to 0.0009 on 20 million shares? Remember how thin shares were?
We can only hope that today the diluted shares hit the market, rather than new dilution.
Probably we also had some momo-players that bought and sold back when it wasn't moving.
"We expect to make further business announcements related to the iPrint Digital Kiosk deployment in the coming weeks."
Lets hope we can keep the OS below 1 billion and that the coming news is just as good as this one... we should still fly.
How 'bout this:
We know that the diluted shares have not been sold on the open market. Management of course knew about the deal from today. So in the past weeks, they bought (new)shares themselves (for example at 0.0003 a share), thereby investing in their own company. Now they're selling those shares. Quick 100% gain, very little risk involved. So the diluted shares are only hitting the market now...
Thanks a lot for that summary.
Just wanted to catch up a bit, but you saved me a couple of hours.
As I said earlier: since the volume of the last weeks does not cover the amount of new shares, this means that they are not selling directly on the market.
This means that management is either putting in own money for shares or they found some investor willing to take millions of shares.
It doesn't really matter which of the 2 options is true, but whoever is investing here must have some guarantee for large profits. They know something we don't know yet...
Looking at the volume of the past weeks, could it be that the dilution shares are not sold in the open market? Maybe they're placed directly with inverstors?
Don't think we have seen 150 million traded in the last 2 weeks, did we?
I've sent my email. Will keep you guys posted.
I added more on friday, but I share the concerns here.
Pump & dump is the name of the game, but they're forgetting the pump part.
Where do you get the OS from?
It seems that somebody founded a "TCLL 500K club" and some are fighting to join...
I'm not sure about that.
The ex-divi date had to be set by the nasdaq (as mentioned in the PR). I think it has not been set yet.
There is no rule when the ex-date is, it can be even after the divident-date. (At least that was my understanding from earlier posts here)
Where did you get the information that the ex-date is on the 13th?
good point...
has the ex-divi date been set jet?
Hi,
Got in to last week @0.0008.
Friday EOD selling at 7 was very limited. I also think to know that the company can only sell in limited our, and not right before the close, but I might be wrong on that.
What I would like to see is the kind of revenues they're getting currently. It seems there are no financiels at all, nor do we get any info on that from the PRs
what do you think yourself?
I hear all the time about corrupt market makers and that they can do whatever they want, but still, if you would have a massive amount of buyers (as we had today) and no sellers, can they keep it down? Would they dare to short? I doubt it...
5%, is that what we get from these results?
I'm starting to be a little bit irritated, actually a lot. Been holding since Q1 was reported, average at 0.29 and 3 months and another great Q later we're at 0.31. Woohoow!
On top of that I sold my BKMP on friday to buy more TCLL, because BKMP would probably stay where it was and TCLL would move big time, because of the great Q that was expected. Well that turned out differently, not only did TCLL not move, but on top of that BKMP ran. Another woohoow!
Anyway, I'll keep holding this one. N2J news expected soon. I hope that management now grabs the oppertunity and gives us some surprises while we're on the radars. Use the momentum!
Still can't understand where all the shares came from. Almost 5 million traded in the 0.30-0.35 range. With a float of only 21 million and this board holding a good part of it. (Most of the longs seem to have bought more today). Then who's selling????
Perhaps they're saving costs and elimated the PRs?
GO TCLL!!!!!!!
Why shouldn't we run to a dollar in one session?
I never saw any argument that says that TCLL is not worth at least 1 dollar. Most people seem to agree that we are worth 2. With the 10Q out, we have confirmation of our thoughts on this. And with the low float... who is still willing to sell shares for less than 0.8 or 1?
Certainly with all the pending news, not many shares will be on the market, while new people want to get in... GO TCLL!!!
TCLL: and this is the second Q in a row like this. This shows that Q1 was not a one time hit. Comparable Qs are expected for the rest of the year. And other great news is pending (N2J/IR firm, expansion in the USA). TCLL as it is today is worth 2 dollar per share. Monday we'll take a step in that direction.
Yes, the price needs to be higher first. But investors (especially OTC players love the promise of a higher exchange, just as they love buy-backs btw.) Those events might take the price up.
Anyway, the point is that TCLL is at a level of operations where it could attract industrial inverstors and get real analysist reports and stuff like that, which only happens if you trade at AMEX or nasdaq or so.
TCLL is the only OTC stock where I would not be afraid of a reverse split if it were to reach the price requirements for a higher exchange.
Let me add to the list of requests:
-) announce a plan to move away from the OTC market, to a higher exchange
-) announce a share buy back program
Yeah baby! Nice PR on monday and this should take us in the right direction.
News expected about N2J soon, another PR oppertunity.
Cool, 2 PRs in 2 weeks, is this still the same stock????
Go TCLL!!
TCLL 10Q out...watch this on monday!
"Hope we are awarded for our faith in management on Monday"
Hope so too (PPS wise), but also hope to see some results later today.
right! Maybe a little rally before the close to take us back to 0.32..? we'll see.
OT: Forget about CYBL, try TCLL
CYBL, doing $83,026 + loss for 100 million shares in Q2
TCLL also has around 100 million shares, and does Qs of about 300 million dollar and makes profit! (But yet is only priced 0.30).
TCLL is about to publish the 10Q, but they already announced revenues to be higher than 220 million(Q2 05). I sold BKMP yesterday(at 4) to be in TCLL stronger when they release the report.
Plan is to come back to BKMP next week, after talking a 100% on TCLL.
Don't want to spam here, so more info on the TCLL board...
me too.
I'm ready for the PR.
Disappointed yes..surprised yes:
Our revenues increase significantly during the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to the year ended June 30, 2005 as we expanded our trading operations. Tricell, Inc.
AND
6/30/05 ~ 3mth Rev .......... $ 220,508,455
This should be enough information to move this thing in the right direction, no? We know that we'll have a Q with more than 220M in revenue. That's great news... where are the buyers? Maybe because it wasn't PR'd as such....
All this "buying at the ask" is the biggest crap I've ever heard. "Pay as little as possible" is a good buying strategy and nobody should be told off for trying to do so. If you think somebody will give you shares, put yourself at the bid and wait.
Instead of putting energy in trying to convince buyers to buy higher, put some energy in convincing sellers not to sell. Why does it go down? Because of bid sellers! That is the only reason. Good thing that we have those bid buyers, otherwise it would sink even deeper.
That being said, it could be a nice day today. Lot's of inverstors have sold because they feared a much higher OS. Now that we have confirmation that the dilution that occured in Q2, before the "no more dilution PR", is reasonable, some people might want their shares back, while others may not intend to give them away as cheap as yesterday. We'll see...
Indeed, all those bidders want shares before the filing. No sellers, so they will need to buy at the ask.
Yes, I totally agree, this is worth more then 1 dollar. But 1 dollar would be nice for a start.
However, currently, if you look at Q1, the earnings per share from operations exclusively would be around 0.02. ( so without the 1 time special income ). If they could repeat that 4 times, that would be 0.08. A very conservative PPS/Gain margin of 10, would lead to a 0.8 PPS. I understand that a PPS/Gain margin of 20 is more reasonable in this sector, so a PPS between 0.8 and 1.6 would be a fair value if they perform equally well in Q2 as in Q1.
But I agree, in the near future (N2J included and more of the north american market), 2 or 3 dollars is very reasonable. We'll see about the USA market very soon.
Thanks.
Congratulations on the board by the way. This is a very decent board with lots of useful information for shareholders. And a very reasonable amount of posts per day...
Business as usual should stay the main priority of the management. I prefer a company that performs instead of one that does BS PRs all the time.
Now let's hope for a strong Q2!
Hi,
I'm reading this board for a while and I'm a TCLL shareholder, but until now I never bothered to create a login here, now I did, so I might as well do some typing.
valuegrowth, you say you had a stock with a similar return potential as TCLL, but in the end you didn't make any profit. Question: did it really have a similar potential? If you read the boards, almost all stocks seem to have this huge potentential. But for me, TCLL is really the absolute first stock where it doesn't only seem to be a potential, it seems a sure thing. This company is worth over 1 dollar, not based on stuff they are going to realize in the future if all goes well, but based on fundamentals. Based on stuff the are and have been realizing now and in the recent past.
It amazes me that this really is only priced at 0.30 today. I guess that the market needs to see confirmation of the results of the last 2 Qs. Normally we'll get that confirmation before 15/8. If we see another Q with over 200 million in revenue and over a million in profits, this shouldn't stay at these levels much longer.
Something else: about N2J: we were hearing that a decision would be made at the annual shareholder meeting, but nobody seems to know when this meeting is. Is this a big secret? Why isn't it on the TCLL website?
