eik - if you read the PR carefully you will see that the deadline "is extended". It doesn't say that Kartix extended it, only that Kartix was the one that made the original offer. But remember, they were just a go between.
The offer "is extended". That is passive voice. It doesn't say who extended it. Remember, Kartix was just a go between. Kartix made the offer in that capacity.
You may infer that Kartix is still involved, but today's PR
does not state or imply that they are, only that they were involved when they submitted the offer. It does not say who extended the offer.
"Furthermore, because of the difficulties that resulted from the issue with the transfer agent, the offer submitted by Kartex to purchase all the outstanding shares for $.55 per share is extended to permit the shareholders to vote."
That PR states clearly that Kartex is still involved. This is highly suspect as eik's prior post reveals. Just accept the facts it's another SHAMELESS AURC PUMP. Get out before the SEC halts trading. You have been forewarned.
From the PR "the offer submitted by Kartex". Kartix was involved AT THAT TIME. Doesn't mean that they are now, or that they need to be involved now.
Yes, did you?
That doesn't mean that Kartix is still in the loop. Aurus may be dealing directly with the buyer now.
This too is old news.
Benz - This is old news. They haven't had it for a long time. It was used by someone else to spam. This was all addressed here months ago.
Welcome back, 2C!
cfpjbs - Excellent work! Many thanks for you efforts.
Gee, I don't see any bans.
cfpjbs - Looking forward to your news!
Maybe the news will be out tomorrow or later. Remember, this PR is being released simultaneously by more than one company. This can create delays.
Thanks TopHat for becoming Mod!
They are too busy making deals to do a road show now.
DOS did NOT admit to conspiring!
I really don't think that DOS was knowingly part of a conspiracy.
As I recall, JoeNatural thinks MCCY is buying BioCognisafe. This appears to confirm that.
This is another clue people...check it out & prepare to enjoy the coming confirmation of what this means>>>>
"Developments concerning BioCognisafe and the SDS system will be
addressed on September 24th."
You certainly aren't helping your chances!
My hope is that it runs enough to allow me to get out relatively unscathed. I figure the chances of that are none and zero.
I own stock in Edex, what about you?
I am asking him to be King and you are not the one whoi can tell him "No".
Can you post a link to that?
My neighborhood one-person painter company has more web links than MCCY.
DWP - These rumors are from June and February. Can't you find something contemporary (and hence possibly relevant)?
DWP - This is misleading. Below is an example of just one of these virtually worthless search results.
eBay.co.uk Shops - In-Car Entertainment, GPS, Car Speakers, CD ...Buy In-Car Entertainment & GPS online on eBay Shops .... equipment from manufacturers such as Alpine Blaupunkt Clarion JVC Kenwood Pioneer and Sony. ...

Why don't you post some photos like JoeNatural did to document his trip?
JoeNatural was right ... again.
Sorry to hear of the family illness.
Tommer - Thanks for the correction.
Aurus isnt on the list my mistake sorry!
Aurus Corp. is not included in the list of companies under investigation.
Excellent point!
Why would you expect to find FOLO info from any other source other than the company? I mean seriously...this is a competitive product launching into a highly competitive market...therefore you've seen about as much FOLO info as you're going to see IMO as it serves no purpose to share anything more with your competitors at this still infant execution stage!
Welcome aboard chartpantsbob!
LOL!
probably absolutely
Any Asst. Mod can change the IBox.
Impressive!
This is excellent news!
SR - Not yet. I hope to get to it tomorrow.
SR - My father used to work for the Dept. of Agriculture and was interviewed from time to time by newspaper journalists. He said that he was almost always misquoted.
I am not interested in discrediting the inventor or the researcher. I just care about the content and what it could lead people to believe.
They need to measure the energy in, versus the energy out. If the later exceeds the former, he will get a Nobel Prize. I am doubtful.
An interesting technology that I have seen is the use of catalysts that allow sunlight to break down water into hydrogen and oxygen. This could be a useful way to harness solar energy when perfected. The energy in is still greater than the energy out, but the hydrogen is more useful than the sunlight as a fuel.
SR - I hope that you will take this in the spirit that it is given, just a discussion of science. I like you and am not arguing with you.
1. It is clear that he is referring to water:
"This is the most abundant element in the world. It is everywhere," Roy said of salt water.
He is talking about using salt water as fuel. But even if he were referring to hydrogen, hydrogen is not the most common element on earth. Hydrogen is the most common element in the universe, but not on earth.
2. If the RF is splitting the water, it will need to apply the same amount of energy to the bonds that was given off when the bonds were created - which is the same amount of energy that you will get when burning the hydrogen. If perfect, this would be a zero-sum game. However, such processes are never perfect. The RF will also heat the water. That energy will be lost, hence the total reaction will require more energy than it produces. Mass/energy is not created or destroyed only transformed from one type to another.
The sun is powered by tons of hydrogen being turned to helium every second. Taking water apart to make hydrogen, from an energy perspective, would be like taking helium apart to make hydrogen.
This reminds me of a "Beyond Tomorrow" show where they were talking about a guy that makes cars run by compressed air. They suggested that the car's engine could ALSO run a compressor to compress more air and run forever on no fuel.
3. I have 9 US and foreign patents, one patent pending, and another soon to be submitted to the US PTO. But counting patents does not effect the Laws of Thermodynamics.
4. There is a great way to get more energy from water than you put in, extract heavy hydrogen and use it in a controlled fusion reactor. This work is progressing.
5. I presume that this will all be deleted soon anyhow for being OT.
It may be possible to split water molecules using RF. Unfortunately, the Laws of Thermodynamics tell us that it would take more energy to do so than the energy that could be gotten from burning the hydrogen.
If Roy knew anything about Chemistry, much less being "an expert in water structure", he would not refer to water as an "element".
"This is the most abundant element in the world. It is everywhere," Roy said of salt water. "Seeing it burn gives me chills."
