I assume you stick around for gold though. Good luck.
Accumulation. That's what I assume. Retail selling, and funds buying and holding. Hence, the available pool of shares is shrinking. Just my conjecture. I think an imminent major event will occur before year end, to our favor. One of the best ways to silence the critics is to return value to the shareholders. I think that anyone that thinks this will not happen is sorely mistaken. They want as many people off their backs as possible.
Too bad for some that the stock price keeps inching up, eh? Or at the worst, it's holding. But it looks like new highs are upon us. Possibly this week. I would venture that someone is accumulating, and the float is rather small. GLTU
Put me in the camp that does not agree with you. Not everyone thinks they are "milking" the estate. So don't speak for me. I am of the opinion that when the right deal comes along, then we go.
I guess the entire float is going to trade in the .80s. That will make it easy for a nice step up to $1.60 and then...up...up...up. C'mon BOD, make a good announcement.
48,000 share buy order sitting there @ .88. Why not pay the .89 ask? I wonder if the MMs are trying to prop this up and induce buying with that little visual.
Knight, I saw that article a week or so ago and thought the same thing about RTYFZ. Do you have any input? My sense is if they wanted to file BK, they would have done so years ago. I think they want to restore value for themselves first and foremost, as they are holding millions of shares. We go along for the ride. I did call the company about two weeks ago and left a message with (can't think of his name), the CEO or Prez now, but I did not get a call back. I made it clear I was not looking for insider information, but I do want to know if he felt good about the prospects of recapitalizing this company. I want to wake up and see this go hyberbolistic to $4.00+ one day soon! I have been following this company since it launched. I have it on my ticker and watch every day. BTW, did you notice about 3 or 4 months ago, 425,000 shares went off AFTER CLOSE of the market? I thought it must be some sort of transfer?? Transfer to a new partner or a transfer to another insider to keep below the 5% threshold to preserver the NOLs. GLTU
Seems like the stock price just doesn't want to go down, now does it? I wonder why that is?
Just how short are you moneymade, or are you? I feel for you. Good luck
So Catz, would they hold off on doing any acquisition until all claims are settled so as not to have the new entity entangled in the mess? TIA.
Flipping is not possible for the past month based on volume and range, imo, so I guess you are holding like everyone else. But mind you, I am not asking what you are doing, nor do I care. I am just stating that no one can really be flipping for any real money based on volume and range RIGHT NOW. Unless of course, five cent range suits someone's fancy and flipping 5,000 shares. WHOOP!
It's not simply the economy.
"Globalization, technology and increased efficiency have created less need for lawyers, McGeorge dean Francis “Jay” Mootz said. And the work itself is changing. “Clients simply won’t pay lawyers to engage in a lot of lawyering for its own sake,” he said. “They want problems solved.”
That said, I have prospered during this recession. If you were able to take advantage of plummeting, and then rising, housing prices, you could make bank, as well as locking in unheard of 3.5% fixed rate mortgages (almost free money). There is an entire new generation of wealth being created. 2014 is expected to take off according to economists.
If Sierra gets page clicks on her site, she gets money. Simple. Anyways, not sure why there seems to be so much cred given to such an investment vehicle, but to each his own.
Gee, what a surprise. The share price is not responding to her latest musings. Shut your pie hole Sierra.
Hate this stuff. Probably a classic pump and dump leaving a bunch of frustrated longs and an overly depressed share price when all is said and done. IMO.
Sex sells, or buys in this case. But I'd rather hear it from some knarly fat ass dude at WMIH or Blackstone over a sexy super model named Sierra.
And you know this for a fact?
Seriously, why even post that? More harm than good.
And that is what is filed. You don't like reading that line? It's good to know those things.
Cannot rule out a recovery. I do like that.
Going under .10 Ugh!
I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT MAKING THE "MOST". JUST MAKING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! YEA! GLTU.
This is not all irrelevant. Some of us loaded up WMIH at .60 or .50 etc...so this can be an opportunity of a lifetime to make a fortune. It is not unlike Fredddie Mac in the sense that, yes, if you were holding prior to the housing market collapse, you could still be under-water on the stock and crying. But if you loaded up on Freddie at .30 just a few months back, let's say $30,000 for 100,000 shares, then today your $30,000 investment is worth $200,000 today. That is why I am here. This isn't all about the past. It's about the future, too. I'll go further to say, that is the opportunity that was handed to WAMUers. Whether or not some choose to take advantage of the opportunity or not is upon them. GLTA.
I am not revolting. That's more harm than good.
It looks like the only way to get shares of any significant volume is to take it up, wouldn't you say? That might entice a few sellers, otherwise, it seems folks want to hold.
I see much more value here than that, but you know that already. GLTU.
Nope, incorrect. That is a 58% gain from .50 cents to .79.
But they didn't cancel them, I surmise for fear of lingering lawsuits and uncovering things they wanted to remain covered. So here we are, a plan to restore value to shareholders and silence the critics. I see they have work to do to silence a few femaining critics, but not me. I am pleased. Up 25% in a couple of months. Thank you.
People have a choice to sell and move on, or they can stay and see what unfolds per the court appointed PLAN. My bet is on the BOD, Blackstone, and the court aponted PLAN that the HEDGE FUNDS singed off on. K? That is why I continue to "load the semi" if you will. Good luck to you!
Justice was passed by. Money talks. That is why I keep buying. I don't care about jail time for XYZ. That is over. I am here to make money. I'm living in the present, not the past.
ok, well if it popped 10000% next week, I would indeed sell. OK?
True. And I don't know why some people have not sold and moved on. But I am here for the long-term, because this was the court ordered plan to retturn equity to shareholders. GLTU.
Wamugold, IMO, your thoughts also will help to keep this in line closer to my target of $50/share, rather than hyperbolic price of $70/share based on unsubstantiated enthusiam, IMO. Thank you. I am looking forward to being rich off this stock, as I assume you are, too. Good luck.
Pickstocks, I am glad you are here, otherwise, we might have unbridled enthsuiasm and the price could shoot up to $70 per share, which is well above thee $50 target that I think this will head to. GLTU.
well, someone wanted in, in a big way. GLTA
Volume precursor to good things, IMO. Price holding. Volume crazy.
There was a buy order sitting there for more than 300,000 shares for most of the day at .60 and above, so I think it is more than "foolery". Maybe a fool, but I don't think so. That's a lot of money to place on a stock.
Hoping for money? I sure am! Maybe it's because we have $billions in NOLs, we have hired Blackstone to find us a company to utilize those NOLs, etc...
And I don't know why people keep coming here and have not sold if they feel there is no future. I assume you sold?? Of course, I don't expect you to ddisclose your position. Good luck.
If you have three people working 9 hours each, that is 27 billable hours in a day. OK?
Then you might as well take the .60 cents per share Rockie. Good luck to you.
