In other news, Amazon is back in stock as promised!! Well at least a few cases of Apple... lol

Mine didn't time out, but it didn't come up with any results when I searched for the serial number.
You were able to pull something up?
Great, thanks... this is great info! Again, I'm not familiar with the process, but at least I am able to verify that the Hard Rush trademark is co-owned this time, and I also see the dead ones out there. I can't find the COLA, so it does appear that you're correct as in this will be a while. Either way it's great to see the wheels in motion and proves that they are working on big things behind the scenes. I doubt that he wanted to communicate this at such an early stage, but we analyze APRU more than a fortune 500 company... lol.

lol! He had very specific info and knowledge, so he must!
Do you have any links that show all of this? It sounds like it's further along than that, but I don't know to be honest.
I do agree that I'm not thrilled with the Hard Rush split between APRU and Corr, but we still get half and we still have the other drinks. We're seeing Apple Rush and Element being distributed together, so that package only gets stronger when we add Hard Rush to the mix, so one feeds the other.
This actually could be the game changing moment that we have all been waiting for. I think Tony had to rush out a Newswire because information leaked that was partially incorrect.
Yeah, absolutely a buyout setup scenario is part of it. This is the first time anything about a "sale" has been mentioned. What isn't clear is how that would impact investors or their other product lines.
Right... makes me wonder if that was part of an agreement for canceling Bob's shares? I'm speculating so I have no idea. Either way, it doesn't make sense and would really be upsetting for Hard Rush to blow up big and then we aren't part of it.
Funny you should mention that. Last night there was a discussion on the APRU Investors group and apparently APRU will not own Hard Rush. Hard Rush is Bob Corr and a separate company.
Now what is confusing is that Tony already communicated that they are making alcoholic versions, so it's not making much sense.
Tony will clarify on Monday.
Right now you can buy off of their website:
https://applerush.com/
Amazon should be selling it again any day now as they have supposedly been restocked. Tony expected them to have it back up about 2 weeks ago, but still showing as unavailable. I would expect that he's going to address this on Monday's call.

They also were up to 500 locations at one point in 9 states, but we don't have a list anymore. Once they get national and international distribution, I can't imagine that this will even be a penny stock anymore!
And again Tony mentioned other distribution deals, so they obviously still have something out there that is still in play. This still has winner written all over it... new product lines, great existing product lines, pockets deep enough to buy truckloads of products, rockstar cast of individuals advising and leading, etc.
The positives are that shares are showing as cancelled, which also made their losses greater, and no real surprises.
What may be a clue is that the inventory number stayed exactly the same $507,165. I could be wrong, but I suspect that this is what they need on hand to land whatever big deal that has been hanging out there. (i.e. national chain and/or Japan)
Wow, nice pop out of the gate!

I would tend to agree, but maybe that's what the past few years have been. We were up to 9 states I believe, so who knows if that was just a test for the official rollout. We have a promise of explosive results for 2020, so they still have time to make good on it. It would be much stranger to make 2 different excellent tasting product lines (Apple Rush and Element) and not do something big with them.
It sounds like they tapped the right guy to get it in to Japan then:
"Paul Guilfoile, being a well known and respected business executive from his days with Kirin-Tropicana Inc. in Japan, is the founder and CEO of PTI, specializing in product development, importation and distribution of Food and Beverage brands from around the world. PTI's focus is in helping unique startup brands make their products user friendly to allow entry into the market. From product reformulation guidance, package design needs, to quarantine support and distributor searches."

Just message them using FB messenger to their official page. They don't respond there, but he does address pretty much everything that I've asked through the live video on the following Monday.
https://www.facebook.com/AppleRushOfficial/
So is that the Apple Rush cider he was referring to, or is that something entirely different based on Element C? I have no idea how Tony would allow Hard Rush to compete with this unless he owned both, so I want to wait on the official word from Tony.

Cool... I emailed them on FB too on this and a few other things. I'm not going to just drop APRU because of the bi-polar express changing directions.
Exactly. 30% of the country is out of work right now, so for a penny stock shifting to survive this shows how real of a company that this really is. Keeping food on the table and living to fight another day is the priority, and it sounds like Tony is #doingitright.
I'm very confused too as Tony has specifically said that he's working on an alcoholic cider formula of Apple Rush.
Absolutely... the ability to shift gears and make money when conditions change is the sign of a great CEO.
Are you back in now?
He publicly said he has 3 accounts. With the writing style, it's pretty obvious the one here is connected to him. He can delete his own posts, so he probably took some heat from someone or decided that he said too much. The rules for us are different though.
I agree! It's a good sign that he is able to keep the business going by making a change for now. Unfortunately, it does tell me that they have plenty of inventory, which is why the factory is not doing anything right now.
Yep, they're gone including the one where Doug is telling Tony to step down.
It's just a train wreck to go from deleting posts from real investors with important APRU related news, to giving us nightly homework to promote a company that we don't work for, then on to bashing the CEO.
If you look at the threads, she's pretty much supporting him on at least some of what he's saying.
Maybe he should remove his own post for not being positive enough... lol It's not good if Ronnda is agreeing with him though.
Yeah, I'm sure it's a bigger undertaking for consumption. Oh well...it does show that he's willing and able to adjust to keep things afloat, so the large amount of sanitizer isn't a bad thing for sure. I am hoping the focus goes back to the drinks and the dev/release of Hard Rush.
We also have to keep in mind that there is a permanent increase in demand for hand sanitizer. Even when the plandemic is over, most people will keep these habits. Also the number of bottles is impressive, so I'm glad that they're doing something now, but also leads me to a concern. If the grocery stores are busier than ever, why isn't Apple Rush bottling busy? We also had no mention of the late fins, and seems to be a focus on "diversifying". I'm also not happy that we still can't buy Apple Rush on Amazon. It could be Amazon's fault, but they also kind of know what they're doing generally.
I'm impressed with how quickly they've taken on the hand sanitizer initiative, but why can't they be as quick with the development and release of Hard Rush?
Cool, hopefully you're right. I know he had pledged that these would be on time, so I'm thinking he'll come through.
I wonder if we're going to get the Quarterly report today? Last year we got it on 5/15.
Yeah, you are correct, unfortunately. Melbourne was the only store that was going to remain open, but I believe that one closed now too. Lucky's was my only source for local Apple Rush, so I was pretty bummed about it.
I remember it was up over 500 at one point, so yeah it would be great (or depressing) to get an update on that number.
I know for sure that they were in all Florida Lucky's, but I don't know if they expanded much beyond that. I think they had some GA Lucky's.
It really seemed to go dark on store demos and expansion. 7/11 in Japan is supposed to be a huge undertaking as in it's a long process.
Yeah, I don't get it either, but I guess we should be happy that they aren't just asking at bid. But still... if the last price was higher, why not leave your ask at that? Volume is definitely trending down at this point, so it seems like the big sellers are drying up or just less interested in selling. It's nice to take a breather and shed all the day traders.
I had the same thought process about the sell-off. Someone with a ton of shares knew that they lost Grey Eagle way before you brought it to our attention, so it makes sense that it would trigger a sell at all cost scenario. I trust Tony though so Bill or whoever was probably doing it too, but I can't imagine that the loss of Grey Eagle didn't hurt the price at least to some extent.
Either way it seems to be mostly over and would be squashed if we had knowledge on the new big deals coming up, and also Tony basically said that Grey Eagle could be on the table again in the future (if I was reading in between the lines correctly).
I'm also not thrilled that we didn't find out from Tony when it happened, but yeah I wouldn't expect a PR on it until they had a replacement distributor.
What this is missing is exposure. I would have never known or cared had I not invested first. We need more than that. We need a national campaign and national availability. I think they both have to come at the same time, so hopefully, that's Jason's intent on the new studio.
And look at that, my complete scam of an investment is up 13% today. Let me celebrate by drinking one of their fake scamo products that I have stored in my fridge that I purchased from 2 different locations.
I literally just posted about them having weekly progress, so there you go! lol
My theory is that they will need to finish at least some part of their "national distribution" plan before they can release Hard Rush, since they obviously couldn't sell it online. The fact that Hard Rush is in the works should re-assure us that the national push is coming soon. Also, they wouldn't be holding weekly updates if they didn't have weekly progress.
We're still in ridiculously bargain land with this stock, so it will take off like a rocket once we have the right update.
Do you have proof that they're involved? The Busch family is not involved in scams that I've ever seen, especially beverage scams. We are 100% sure that they are involved with APRU.
Yes, that's the post. It's like you said, it's an excellent "long term" investment! I totally agree!!
More clues as to new stuff happening from APRUFanPage. Now we have a giant load of plastic jugs and boxes for Mistyk.

That is strange... eTrade must be having an issue.
