Great, thanks... this is great info! Again, I'm not familiar with the process, but at least I am able to verify that the Hard Rush trademark is co-owned this time, and I also see the dead ones out there. I can't find the COLA, so it does appear that you're correct as in this will be a while. Either way it's great to see the wheels in motion and proves that they are working on big things behind the scenes. I doubt that he wanted to communicate this at such an early stage, but we analyze APRU more than a fortune 500 company... lol.
