Sorry that post I made wasn't for this stock it was for another but I am watching this one again.

There is no reason, this is just the natural cycle of stocks like this, once disgruntled shareholders flush it will bounce.

Everything I have looked through there is no cause at all for any lawsuit, any board I see the same once shareholders are underwater they scream about suing the company.

Lack of communication is nothing you can sue over and if you think there is wrongdoing as in falsification of filings then go spend a year trying to find proof of that let alone the cost.

And no lawyer would take on this case for free, but for sure they would take your money to "investigate".

I myself verified the company is there, has work vehicles, the filings are being made. But I will take more stock .004s and then .003s if it gets there so those talking about a lawsuit please sell and move on.

I see a lot of hate and negativity on this, that is a sign of bottoming. One final capitulation will do it I think. I have a starter at .0047 and will add soon on the bid side.

Not really. The OTC market is full of flippers now, myself included (which I don't typically do). I loaded this in the 0007/0008 level but sold out today at 0011, hard to turn down a 50% profit in a market like this. It's rare to see one of these stocks really move, until I start to see stocks run all over I will flip, just like everyone else does.

Be patient on the bid and don't be greedy when you have green. Flippers are more of an enemy than shorts and on these type OTCs the short thing is mostly a myth anyway.

Companies like this tend to have an established client base and word of mouth, I would not suspect they get many cold calls for jobs. I would also expect the CEO and any other type supervisor that works jobs to have non public cell phones for that matter otherwise they would get flooded with calls from angry shareholders.

Good luck to those here, some more capitulation and this should turn. I think a good 100% from this level would be a great trade.

I started dipping my toes in the 004s, yes very oversold. A lot of grumbling on this board and that sentiment usually leads to a final capitulation so I have some bids in and would put in some bids as it happens.

Very low debt company, low share structure considering it is pink sheet, a viable business, I saw their work vehicles with my own eyes.

Company has been silent for almost a year but makes filings, I'd anticipate that silence being broken, have seen this a lot in these types of set ups.

Grumblings from the board are typical for what I see before a stock turns, the recent dilution is small and it has a history of after it dilutes it turns for a decent run.

Low trader so hard to flip much stock but with a PR this could jump well. Right now you can buy what you want in the 6s or be like me and wait in the 4s.

Do you have any proof at all to what you are saying? Your posts to me in the past were completely negative as well.

I have read the filings and am a CPA, I see nothing denoting paying a brother and since Howe used personal debt to run the company there is nothing wrong in paying off that debt.

Unless you can bring something else to the table I don't really plan to converse with you.

I disagree. I wouldn't think a business of this small size would need a receptionist. I would venture to say they get most of their business through contacts or established clients, I would not think they get many cold calls.

If this capital raise is to grow the business then maybe.


As for taking a day off to go visit, that would be a crap shoot, again a business this size it would probably be at random to find someone at the office, I would hope they are all at jobs.

I drove by the office, appears to be there, saw vehicles with company name. It was late in the day so no one was around. I called during the day but just got voicemail.

I did buy stock this morning at .0047, looks like a good entry price, seems it is almost a year since any PRs so I would think some might come in the next month.

I don't know when I'd be able to get there during business hours if they run a 9 to 5 type schedule, best I can do is about 7PM.

I would still like any type of summary from those that follow the company.

Looking great from that 0007/0008 level now, thought news yesterday would move it more but looks like we got a delayed reaction.

I might just sit it out then, I was interested since I am close to the office but you and others seem bearish on this, I just wanted to get more information than I can find on their website.

Is there a good place to get more information on this company? Is the office still in Wheeling, I live about an hour from there and could go that way in a couple of weeks if it is still there.

The stock seems to be at some historic support levels from .004 to .006, low volume but is there an upcoming catalyst? I find stocks like these to be the type that can catch onlookers by surprise with some good news they can move up violently. Any information would be nice.

Nice base now low 004s, this should push over that big 005 resistance level soon then anyone's guess.

I've been a buyer from 002s to 0033, very strong bottom at this level, I expect this to gear back up after the holiday, .005 the first major resistance level and then blue skies from there.

A PR is in the works and NFL season will help bring attention back here, I've been a buyer at the 0007 0008 level.
