This was expected we all knew this since September 2018.
Tonight I will enjoy my wine as I did yesterday. There's nothing anyone here can do so we will wait as we were waiting yesterday for the outcome of a court ruling or a settlement of some kind.
Personally I am done for the day as there are no words to change the situation.

It makes a lot of sense what you are saying but what we have here is a company without an administration which is the part I don't like
Even a private company has a CFO, a president and so on. I don't see this with UOIP

Someone asked if our shares go to 0.

When the shares of a company are halted the shares that one owns remain the same and so does the value, nothing is change but you cannot trade until the halt is removed by SEC after the company becomes current.

Also the company, UOIP, whoever operates it, has the name of all investors with the amount of shares own. So UOIP should have all of this. Nothing at this time is lost

Keep on wishing. Nothing here makes it look like a settlement is coming

Market orders are not permitted for securities that are halted. You can however submit a DAY order with a LIMIT price or wait until the halt is lifted before submitting your order. Trading halt notices should be revealed in issuer press releases and/or exchange websites.

We all know that. Nobody in their right minds would pay before they have to.

But since we are not part of the negotiations we have no clue where this is going. We will only know when it does happen

Ok so what is happening to the faith we all had.
We have no news from the court and now we comment that it will take 5 years or never.
We all want to get it done today but it won’t happen today or tomorrow but let’s not pull everyone down the drain. We have had bad days before and we are still progressing. Let’s not make pessimistic comments on less we have the facts.

Let’s keep the faith as it will happen. Let’s think about other cases that were settle before the court or with a court decision.

Looks to me that ENDV is on the way up.
Today we had a higher low and it maintained its level. I tried to buy at 0.0173 didn’t work so I moved up to 0.0174 and only got a fraction filled so I had to pay 0.0175
All in all I see this as a positive following the news yesterday

The $0.10 was only a comment, definitely not what I want, but what one want and what one will get could very well be two different things.

For the record: I want $2.41 and I haven’t sold one (1) share ever
So I am LONG, VERY LONG UOIP with all my shares and hope we get $5.00
At $5.00 all my kids can retire also, but I am not convince we can get that much but if it gets to this I will be a very happy camper and will go to PA and have a drink with Tony

My forecast has been $2.41 as per my calculations back then and this is what I would like to get but a dime is the worst scenario

$1.10 is much better definitely but this is still not enough. I guess the point is we want this over at whatever price we can get

I am retired but above $0.10 will make made me quite happy.
Any settlement/win will keep me away from the computer and I’ll call it a good retirement

I agree with you but there are a lot of steps before we get to it.
If we could see maybe $0.50 by EOY would be a great achievement

So if we get a win/settlement of $0.50 that will be acceptable
If we get $1.00 I ill be happy
If we get $2.00 I’ll be very happy
If we get anything above $4.00 it will be beyond my dreams, my children and grandchildren will be very happy too. I’ll help my church and people in need
