Agreed. Picked up 20k more today to keep lowering my AWP. We have 27M OS which is very low. I'd rather the company not open new locations thus impacting OS until cannabis rules change this year allowing traditional financing. New locations are expensive and need to be funded with shares or outside investors.
I would suggest every shareholder send Ron T as I did an email asking them to not dilute shares for expansion until rules change. His email ron@diego-pellicer.com.
The 2 dispensaries (WA,CO) and 1 grow facility (CO) are strong enough when you look at their sales for 2018 at $10M along with a new dispensary opening in the next month or so that will be a strong revenue producer, that opening new locations using dilution is not in shareholders best interest. Ron gets 10% of OS NO matter how many shares are outstanding.
We need them to focus for us on profitability and getting cannabis rules changed so they get traditional business financing at much better terms. That along will make PPS jump much much higher than opening a new dispensary which cost $700k+ to build out.
Please do yourselves a favor and take 2 minutes and write to him. It's important. He's tired of hearing from me and we are well acquainted.
CF
DPWW-Interesting day. I was able to add 50k so reached my 500k goal. Since most of my shares are pre RS, I have a lot of money tied up in Diego Pellicer.
I also believe 100% in this company and have followed there every move for years since 2013 when Vicente Fox was in the Colombia Tower with Jamen Shively announcing how they were going to create the Starbucks of dispensaries (but nicer).
Watching Ron T in those interviews on Fox and Nasdaq along with Architectural Digest piece gives me comfort we are on the right path. Even now, there is barely anyone on this board. With any volume pressure we shoot back up to $.20 quick.
Appreciate everyone's efforts on the board. All true longs will be rewarded later this year when cannabis rules change. Just read what Ron T has spelled out. Once it happens, the floodgates open and then we will really launch. I don't make PPS predictions and they rarely come true. But, we will be significantly higher than the run the end of December. That was just a tune-up for insiders to see where this can move quickly.
Enjoy your evenings all and go DPWW!!
CF
Actually, my gut says we'd be a perfect team. Skies the limit. Plus you would help bring in the southern vote, being a Tide grad Miss Wedman! I need to either get PM or Twitter or FB as I miss our little chats.
Enjoy the day and hope your chiro has you good to go!
Thanks for always be a solid voice of reason on the INND board OJ.
Enjoy the day!
CF
If I ever run for POTUS, I'm going to need you to be by my side. You'll be the brains and beauty behind the operation!
Go INND!
INND-Glad the price dropped. Allowed me to pick up another 50k today and lower my AWP to $.037 on 700K shares.
Remember, this company is in it's infancy and just like a 11 month old baby learning to walk with wobbly legs, it falls on occasion. With guidance and determination it will learn to walk and steady itself, gain knowledge from mistakes and eventually find it's place in the world.
INND leadership didn't give themselves 37M shares to fail. They want this to succeed and have made many solid strategic moves, but have made key errors which we're all aware of too. They must learn from those errors to succeed long term.
I plan to keep my shares through the next two Q's, average down as makes sense and limit posting on the board due to negativity and flippers personal agendas. There are thousands of stocks in the OTC and any shareholder can sell at any time and move on to something that makes them happier. This isn't a prison.
Good luck to you all.
Peace.
CF
Hey JM, EVERYONE LOCK YOUR SHARES WITH GTC OF $3 or more. Keep them out of MM's hands if you have a cash account. There's too little float left. With good news this launches.
I only have 30K shares and watching to add based on favorable news.
Peace.
CF
You are correct in the basic example provided. Not sure why folks think you add the bid to the assets to get total value and then minus liabilities. The bid is for the assets! It's not added on top of the assets.
If it was assets+bid-liabilities for $2B valuation with acceptance of bid, the share price right now would be much higher, irrespective of bankruptcy because folks would be lining up for that deal.
I have 30K shares and plan to add more; however, folks need to understand finance and how deals are structured. To be throwing around numbers like $11/$17share is not realistic and not accurate based on current deal in play.
If the deal is approved and if ESL partners with Amazon or others and re-establishes a profitable brand Q over Q, then yet $11/$17 is not out of line but that's a long way off from where we're at today.
I'm a Sears Craftsman tools fan and bought shares to hold in support of ESL, the employees and the brand.
GLTA and go SHLD!
CF
DPWW-Members of this board know this is an investment not a flip. Until cannabis rules change, the SP can swing up or down on latest developments. We'd all like the SP to be as high as possible.
Some of us choose to add at lower prices and hold for when there are developments that will increase the SP. Some sell a portion as SP rises on developments and ride free shares and others hold all their shares for when rules change in 2019 at some point.
We welcome all folks who believe in Diego Pellicer the company and it's future. This company will take some patience from shareholders to get to it's destiny as cannabis is still federally illegal which presents challenges to business owners in this space.
You can always write Ron Throgmartin at ron@diego-pellicer.com and provide your thoughts as he'd be the one to enact actions to get the SP higher.
Enjoy the weekend trader85.
CF
Cdub, thanks for your reasoned thoughts. Much appreciated. Enjoy the weekend. INND!

VRUS-RS depends on company leadership and shareholders trust they are doing the right thing for the company and shareholders. I've just gone through 2 in the past 3 months with OTC stocks.
The first RNV* I have zero faith in the leadership, have communicated with them prior and realize they are only in it for themselves. The SP post RS did nothing but dive.
The second DPW* was done specifically to keep OTCQB status without maxing out AS prior to RS. The SP dropped but then right before Christmas it rose to $.30+ and has since come back to $.07.
The difference between the two companies and why they did the RS is night and day. DPW* is building out dispensaries and winning awards and CEO has been on Nasdaq TV, Fox Business Report, featured in BBC, etc,. RNV* CEO appears in paid podcasts with no value.
So for VRUS, it comes down to, do we as shareholders feel that Anshu and leadership are going to do things for the betterment of the company and shareholders. If yes, this isn't optimal but long term may be good for all. If the answer is no, sell as quick as you can and run.
I have 2.3M shares at an average of $.0049. So I stand a good chance to lose all my money just as I have with $16K in RNV*. I won't put another penny into them, where DPW* post RS, I've loaded up and know they will be a $1 once cannabis rules change. Too much in their favor not too.
So my dilemma and where I could use other VRUS board posters thoughts are, is Anshu and company honest and going to do the right thing for shareholders and company assuming they proceed with the RS. It all comes down to trust and gut. I'd be interested in folks thoughts who have had more interaction with VRUS leadership as I've had none vs the other two companies mentioned.
Peace.
CF
They have the buildout of the new store with well known architect and designer so not a cheap proposition.
Like where you're going Noy. My suggestion would be DPPC (Diego Pellicer Premium Cannabis). I'd like the latest branding with the dp logo. I think that would look good on shirts, cool hats, mugs, etc.
I did notice on OTC markets OS is 27M. Sent an email to Ron T yesterday.
You may want to reach out to Nello about the branding and merchandising of the brand.
I do believe once cannabis is rescheduled this year and opens up traditional banking/lending and changes in accounting rules for expenses, they will move forward on many different initiatives. Until then, I'd prefer they just get the new location open, minimize dilution and show progress on financials.
The big jump for them occurs once cannabis is rescheduled and states rights are implemented as their stores are in rec legal states so that opens the whole banking/lending piece which gives favorable terms and allows for expansion without dilution. It will come I believe before June so until then, I acquire at lower prices and hold for when that occurs.

GM CELZ FORCE-Ksy, I am dedicating my one allowed post for today to you. You are becoming a valuable member of the team and we appreciate your dedication to CMTH/CELZ success.
I also am very happy and grateful that Lonewolf is with us now. I know he likes to flip but would enjoy seeing him ride with us as part of the posse until our train reaches it's destination with the Vegas bash.
If this team of longs believes and works together and has each others backs through thick and thin, I have no doubt we will win together. It's easy to get excited when things are good. What tests loyalty and dedication are when things are not good.
We've ridden ups and downs for the past 8 months together. But I have no doubt our team is stronger and more dedicated today having gone through trials and tribulations.
I'm attaching UVA's song for folks to play when they need a little pick me up on the train.
Enjoy the day.

I just watched the interview. Thanks for providing Noy. Best one I've seen Ron do. Love that they are finally coming forward and "touching the plant". Folks who add here and hang tough whether up or down, we are going to make out well in the end.
Since there is a low float please everyone lock up all your shares with GTC of $1 or more. That keeps them out of MM's hands and will allow us to move that much quicker when the SP takes off on news.
The big moment will be when they start showing a profit and not needing to dilute any more shares which should happen before the end of this year. When that happens we really launch to a new SP that sticks.
Peace.

CANB-kreilly, please send a note to Marco Alfonsi through the CANB website contact us. He is a very thoughtful person and receptive to good ideas. I'm sure he'd be interested in hearing about opportunities or ways to improve the business and separate themselves from the pack other shareholders.
I've recommended to him they use Dr. Weissberg as much as his schedule will allow for promotion as he's a very persuasive speaker and provided a service that's cost effective to help maximize their visibility.
They are a small outfit so feedback is essential on ways to improve the business as with so many companies selling CBD, you can get lost in the sea. Their one gamechanger and why I bought in, is selling through doctors as people with issues tend to trust their physicians.
It would be great to see Dr. Weissberg featured on one of the big networks doing a segment on health and CBD's potential. That would really create a buzz for CANB products and stock. Getting name recognition early in product life cycle is critical to long term success.
Peace.
CF
INND-HJ, thanks for providing the video. It's interesting to watch Matthew on these interviews. What works is he looks like such a young, geeky guy that is innocent, that I think it plays really well into interviews. He's approachable so folks want to learn from him and show curiosity which if he was 55 and in a suit looking like a business pro, it may not play as well with the audience.
My only complaints are that he focuses on doing the things they've said they would do (don't over promise and under deliver) and to get someone other than family into a c-suite position like exchanging mom for a real CFO. Nothing against the mom but I think a mature CFO (male or female) with strong skills would benefit Matthew and the company.
I'm still adding at these low prices to average down to $.04 now and will continue until I have 750K shares between my cash account and IRA and then see how the next year plays out. I think they will make money and the SP will hit new highs over the next 12 months.
Thanks for all your help to the board.
CF
Agreed AFP. I'm just taking this opportunity to add to my stash. I don't care if it's $.10, $.08 or $.06, when the time comes Diego Pellicer will make it's move again and I want to be loaded and ready for the train ride.
It won't be Amtrak speed. More like the Chinese commuter super trains such as the Maglev running over 250MPH!
Peace.

DPWW-Article thought shareholders would want to read. As more high profile politicians call for end of war on cannabis, the more the republicans have to take notice and support.
I don't know how many of you realize but cannabis is listed as schedule 1 by DEA along with heroin. Cocaine and opiods are listed as schedule 2, meaning the DEA assumes pot is more serious.
It's high time (pun intended) our politicians came to the 21st century and legalize or reschedule cannabis so investment/banking and accounting laws can change. Once that happens, all cannabis stock will jump and Diego Pellicer will take off.

You are correct Malt. I made a mistake and ask for forgiveness.
Well we don't look too good for a MC of $320K. The market prices what they see today and what is to come based on various metrics and obvious there's no trust for RNVA so the SP languishes.
I would be ecstatic to get to $.04, double my money and leave this stock. If Scamus was interested in shareholders who've stuck with the company through the RS, they would be putting out data which can support such a move. The PPS has been low enough for awhile for anyone (inside and outside) to load the boat.
Unfortunately, I've yet to see anything that resembles facts to justify a move past a penny, let alone multiple pennies.
What we've all seen is RNVA leadership take the OS from 20M to 230M very quickly and we're just getting started.
GLTA
That's why we sit down at these levels. If it's 230M OS, that puts MC at $32M which is a heck of a lot higher than after the recent RS.
Leopards don't change their spots and Scamus and company won't change either. This is so much like UBQ* where it's just blatant destruction of shareholder value.
Only thing that changes this equation is real fear by Scamus either through FBI at his door, 60Minutes at his door or shareholders going to the office, dragging him out into the street and beating him within 1 breath of his life.
Agreed quigley! Since my AWP is $.18 on all shares with latest buy, I look at these prices as fantastic. I'm not worried about waiting for $.06 or so as you never know when it can turn and run.
My goal is to hold longer term as even with dilution to offset the new location (which looks really cool from the pic), at some point this year cannabis rules will change and DPWW will not look back. If SP is $1, I don't care if I bought at $.11 or $.08 or $.06 as it's not consequential in the big picture.
Throgmartin is a businessman first and foremost who has 10% of OS not matter how much OS there is. He wants to get paid and so I'm just going to accumulate to my 500k goal and hold and see what happens.
At some point when cannabis rules change in US, this company share value will be at or above $1. Just too many pieces in place for it not to get there (whether they dilute 20M more shares or not) and I plan to hold and sell above that point whether 2019 or 2020.
Everyone do what works best for you. We have smart traders on this board who provide great DD and advice. I love learning and so anything that is shared, is appreciated.
Peace.
CFF
The MM's have been hesitant to sell. I put in an order for just 20k shares at $.0225 last Thursday night and the SP went below that Friday and this AM and it did not fill. I finally upped it to the ask at $.0225 to fill. There isn't a lot of float so they can be picky.
I do agree that leadership needs to adjust, bring in an outside individual with c-suite experience in that type of capacity. A new CFO would be best as investors like knowing money is not in the hands of an amateur which the mom is relative to being a truly professional company. That type of move would add confidence to investors as the family has all c-suite positions which is NOT good.
But getting a family who have 37M shares locked up between the 3 key c-suite personnel to see it's in their best financial interest to hire an outside CFO with a proven track record, can be a difficult chore. The Moore's believe they are smarter than they truly are in how to run a professional company with aspirations for getting uplisted someday.
Having said that, I will add to my 550K stash and average down at these prices as they have too many positive things going for the business not to have some success this year. It will help for other shareholders to reach out to the family via email and phone and make it known that change needs to happen to really make things take off as they envisioned.
Peace.
CF
Thank you Noy!
LMAO 29YI! The movie could become a cult classic and drive people into the stock and the dispensaries.
You could have the Dos Equis XX guy play Diego Pellicer. His great grandson Jamen Shively who started DPWW could be played by some geeky looking Microsoft type actor who is funny. Send the idea to Nello and ask that you be allowed to help with production.
Agreed 29YI. I own some Gcan but not nearly as much as DPWW. Nothing against Gcan, but it doesn't have the unique attributes of Diego Pellicer to me.
DPWW has award winning dispensaries and rental revenue. They are more established and featured in publications like Architectural Digest, BBC news and Fox Business had Throgmartin on recently.
I'm surprised there's not more GCA* folks buying DPWW due to it's lower float and SP. When cannabis rules change at some point this year, DPWW explodes and GCA* should do well as well due to their patent.
I like architecture and retail as that's what I spent my career doing, so for me DPWW is very unique and why I've invested heavily all last year from Jan to now.
Enjoy the day amigo.
CF
GM CELZ FORCE-Many solid posts from longs the last couple of days. I said I wouldn't add anymore shares but put in another order for 100K this morning. My gut is saying we are going to have some very positive things happen in 2019 and I don't want to miss out when the SP rises.
One thing to consider for longs is to put shares in an IRA as this will take a couple of years to build out and maximize returns. I'm sure many of you have done that already but just thought I'd mention as a strategy.
Enjoy the day all and looking forward to our train reaching it's destination and all longs in first class having a party together!

ABBA- Thanks for taking the torch and lighting the path for us to follow with SECI. Appreciate the efforts keeping us informed of what you find.

SECI-Amen JMM! My 249 are locked at Fidelity. Does show an n/a on all data points except my cost. We ride this to the end wherever that may take us.
CF
RNVA-Bids you are an asset to this board as is Ben and La. You are pragmatic and reasoned in everything I've read from your posts. That bodes well for long term wealth generation.
I don't think it's an either or situation. If folks are good traders then they can do well with RNVA looking at the charts for low points, buying heavy and then selling on news or a quick pump and profiting.
I'm not a savvy trader so OTC is not best for me, but I have respect for the good folks I've come across like La and Ben who are good in that aspect and profit.
I'm more aligned with your focus. I've owned REIT's for years. None paid me 12% or more but 6-8% annual. I also own stocks and mutual funds. But have made an effort to diversify with some OTC companies in 2018. RNVA like UBQ* are two of 15 I own which are both run by crooks. Both based in FL where laws are loose. My mistake for investing in them.
Bottom line is I don't see RNVA getting to $.05 again, let alone the crazy numbers George throws out. Not trying to be negative to you George but you've been predicting while I've been on this board for 6 months and I've yet to see anything come to fruition. Almost seems like you're working for a MM or RNVA to get people buying more shares as nothing has panned out.
My AWP on all shares is $.025. I'm not buying more as I don't like the way the company operates and they have proven no loyalty to shareholders. If I get my money back, fine. If not, I lose $17K but I'm not going to put more money into a business run by corrupt people hoping for a pump to a penny.
UBQ* is same way. Just diluting the company to oblivion as the insiders are making money via dilution and share scheme's which only benefit themselves.
I'll be watching RNVA as anything can happen, but my gut says this is just a play for quick flips on pumps and I respect those that can do that well.
Peace all.
CF
We'd love to have you aboard the DPWW train R&S! Have a good weekend brother.
CF
Agreed. ESL put forward a strong opening offer. He knows just as do the other bidders, this is a negotiation.
The only group I dealt with who ever did one shot bids were parts of the US Government. Every retail bid and I've been involved in many were opening rounds followed by follow-up bids. All parties know this going in. It's part of the game.
What none of us know is what will be the decision by Sears BOD. I do believe the judge and Sears BOD will take the employees into account. However, Sears is failing and their Kmart merger was two terribly run companies coming together creating a cluster F_ ck of a company.
The only way this works for shareholders long term is for ESL or someone to buy the assets, sell off under performing stores and create a new retail structure that works effectively at gaining consumers in the 21st Century. Absent that, it's just going to be a short term fix straddled with debt until it implodes for good.
I made a bet only buying 15K shares that Sears will go with an amended offer from ESL to re-structure the company. I will add more shares next week as my gut says due to ESL's amount of shares, he will do anything to get this deal done.
At the end of the day, we are all just speculating and giving opinions until the gavel drops and final decision made. We either win as shareholders or lose. This is a gamble. GLTA.
CF
Noy, Thanks for posting these two articles about Diego Pellicer. I've been adding this week and will continue too. My goal is 500k shares and my current AWP is $.18 due to all shares bough pre RS.
For those that hold long term, once cannabis rules change (I believe the new congress with Pelosi in charge will get it done) in 2019 sometime, we will launch and not look back.
Between now and then it will be a roller coaster ride. Stay positive gang. As my mom used to say, good things come to those that wait and I firmly believe it will happen with Diego Pellicer.
Noy, you are our board leader and I am happy to be on this train with you for the journey!
CF
Well said UVA! We shareholders have committed in many cases six figures to CMTH/CELZ for it's commercialization and growth. That should NEVER include not holding leadership accountable to present how they derive revenue and how major changes like moving to a less expensive contractual agreement with doctors influences revenue.
I have stated many times, every shareholder on and off this board should write to Don Dickerson CFO/COO at coo@creativemedicalhealth.com. Ask him questions about how revenue is derived, what are plans with international and it's revenue stream in terms of what's happening with Russia, etc.
Too many shareholders just post on this board without ever going to the "horses mouth" and asking/demanding accountability. I don't mean this in a negative fashion, it is how things come to light, improve and change. Nothing comes easy, for them or for us as shareholders.
But anyone who will complain on a board without going to the company direct and voice their concerns, is someone I have little respect for. That's passive aggressive.
Don Dickerson is VERY familiar with me. He is tired of me holding them accountable. It doesn't mean sending an email with 20 questions as they are very busy and need to focus on the company. It means sending a professional email which states your concerns or provides a solution which can help the company.
I am just a shareholder on this ride and neither the largest nor smallest shareholder. But OUR opinions and concerns MUST be heard by CMTH leadership. Otherwise accept whatever comes your way, but don't bitch on this board if you won't step up to the plate.
I am on this train since May waiting for us to get to our destination. I firmly believe as I always have, CMTH is trying to build something great. But as I've told Dickerson, they are too small of a team and need to either hire more people, look to a deep funded partner to help take the business to the next level or sell. I spent my career helping businesses grow and understand what it takes.
They've done an incredible job with a small group and I give them a standing ovation for what they've done. But, to really get this to the next level, they need to make changes.
Enjoy your Saturday CELZ FORCE. My one allowed post for the day.
CF
