Originally, over 40 retail locations were planned between British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Now showing 20 at the top of the page of cannabis cowboy and only 14 on the map for Alberta. True lack of professionalism.
Here's the press release from gtec in regards to the retail locations:
https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/gtec-holdings-announces-first-retail-cannabis-stores-scheduled-to-be-operational-in-2018-696906711.html
Next pr should be another Whopper letting us know they updated their websites and and everything is still delayed, on hold, in the process of being completed and "coming soon". More time that goes by, the less I trust anything that invictus or gtec has to say.
Retail sales along with the PODA device were primary reasons I am sure many were loading up shares last year including myself.
Like your pun about Simmons tour and the business card, funny stuff.
Thanks for sharing your DD and thoughts.
This is the physical address for Acreage Pharms provided to me by their receptionist:
14129 East Bank rd. Yellow Head County, AB
Invictus is "sloppy" and not much concrete evidence to back it's claims of progress.
Most of their pr's over the past year have NOT come to fruition.
Look at today's buy vs. sell data:
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/invictus-md-strategies-corp-IVITF/trades
"Developed in partnership with Authentic Brands Group ("ABG"), Invictus brings to market four new recreational cannabis brands including Dukes, Zooey, Sterling & Hunt, and Sinister, each of which addresses a specific target audience and his or her lifestyle. Dukes is positioned to bring together friends and is framed around the idea of living in the moment. Zooey is designed with women in mind and addresses each user's social and physical well-being. Sterling & Hunt is aimed at the user who is a true connoisseur in all aspects of his or her life. Sinister is a high THC brand for the experienced user. Dukes and Zooey include a balanced THC/CBD product and Sterling & Hunt features a medium THC product."

Now there are only two brands "coming soon" Dukes and Sterling & Hunt from the most recent website update.

What a load of horse crap we are continually being fed. Invictus is CONSTANTLY LYING and making stuff up out of thin air to make it look like progress is happening but in reality are bastardizing the supposed five pillars they proclaim to be building on.
MORE FACTS...
Under the patient link, "coming soon". Under the team link no one listed for board of directors or management. Under the news link "Something went wrong." Under the contact link new address:

WOW! All FACTUAL INFORMATION...
Here's ANOTHER interesting fact: when clicking on the AB link under shop you are auto directed to Alberta Cannabis website
https://www.albertacannabis.org
Seriously, what's happening here?
No Saskatchewan online sales like invictus was stating last year in pr's for October 2018 and surely no operational cannabis cowboy stores up and running to date.
Any Canadian investors willing to risk providing their credit card information to purchase something?
"What's CONSISTENT across our brands?" In the consumer section, there "coming soon". Absolutely hillarious...
Looks like the supply agreements to Ontario are still not in place, see a lot of "coming soon" in the shop. Love the "proven performance" in the investors link, lmao, certainly proven. Consumer link shows two coming soon products and none available.
More investor confidence being built.
Site update shows us just how far behind invictus actually still is. Not that impressed.
Getting a 404 not found. eom
IVITF Today's Buy vs. Sell data:
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/invictus-md-strategies-corp-IVITF/trades
Had a pretty strong feeling there was some group of people causing the instability in this stock to make quick %10-15 gains and leave the rest behind.
We have all felt the pinch of being long and strong with Invictus.
One of the "winner" stocks that I sold to purchase invictus is soaring as we speak and this "thing" just keeps dragging it's investors down.
Truely disheartening, sorry to say.
Thanks for sharing.
Could be... Interesting read okast, thanks for sharing.
There are plenty of issues with this company that some people are not willing to address, preventing shareholders confidence including Gene Simmons on many levels.
Let's hire a celebrity with a made up position who thinks smoking pot is bad to promote a company that's primary function is to grow and sell pot.? Huh!
Supposedly never took any drugs except Tylenol when he gets a headache. Guess all of those drug fueled gang bang parties after show where everyone was smoking pot, crack and whatever never entered his lungs either.
To date, Simmons has been one of invictus' worst investments, that's a fact.
Next stop, doldrum lane! CHOOOOOO!!! CHOOOOOOO!!!!!! Got to laugh some days.
Quick spike up on Friday and a collapse on Monday.
Run for the hills! Simmons now taking us on a tour of destruction!
Might as well have Kermit the frog representing the company YAAAAAAAY!!!!!
How a REVERSE stock split works:
https://finance.zacks.com/reverse-stock-split-good-bad-2298.html
Like I made note of before, invictus as well as Poda pr's was saying 5 for 1 or 5:1 but in the REAL FINANCIAL WORLD it is 1 for 5 or 1:5
What do I know right... Looks like Wall Street is wrong again.
This information is pretty easy to find.
Ivitf is up 0.06 not 0.6 for clarification.eom
When contacting Acreage Pharms last week they confirmed they could sell to medically licensed Canadians (which I am) but not recreational users. Received my approval about three and a half years ago at the Truro pain clinic.
Food for thought.
Well observed fine sir. Knowing you have performed extensive DD on the company Invictus as well.
Some of us certainly appreciate it.
Lot's information out there, people need to start making their own phone calls and DD to verify information about Invictus and their subsidiaries.
Many of the findings as an investor or potential investor will make most scratch their head wondering what's REALLY happening.
Maybe you could look into this for us and share your findings?
Four to six weeks:

Some think the information I am providing is not factual or holds no weight. Surely Invictus will be able to fleece NASDAQ as well right, like they are not one of the largest and reputable trading exchanges in the world.
"While it generally takes four to six weeks to process a listing application, this time frame is variable and may be shortened considerably, if the application raises no issues and the company responds quickly to Staff comments."
Invictus announced uplisting announcement January 17 2019, about nine weeks ago and still no reverse split to obtain approved share value for listing. Check this board over the past few months for additional DD many have performed and shared or start from scratch on your own.

Device was supposedly realized when the spin off occurred from press release statements, no one has ever seen one. What's up with that? So does it exist or not? Why do we have to keep asking these same questions?!!! Absolute horse crap imo.!
We are being played for suckers by a two bit company promising gold but only delivering dirt.
Look at these companies for what they are and have been for about the past six months and tell me where we are now from then. Just got worse...
FACT OF THE MATTER IS PODA IS WORTH NOTHING, ZIP, ZERO. They can exercise whatever it is that all of us are supposed to be "invested" into is a worthless piece of crap that invictus spun off to gain shareholder trust by SMACKING US IN THE FACE, with a smile of course.
AGREEMENT WAS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN APPLYING TO BE LISTED TO A CANADIAN EXCHANGE..................
TO BE WORTH SOMETHING INSTEAD OF THIS HORSE CRAP BS THEY ARE ALWAYS FEEDING US......
You are welcome by the way. Should have said that in the last post.
Because this is an "uplisting" and not an IPO, NASDAQ representative was able to provide limited information (pretty much nothing). Trust me, I have put in countless hours researching many aspects of the company Invictus with very flimsy results to say the least.
Stock listings do not go forward without a company to back it up.
FUNNY how not many logical answers are EVER received, by Invictus and whoever they are paying to do whatever right?! Anyone else here could or can be doing the similar research.
Anyone can make up an excuse or reason as to why things are not happening at the company's disclosure statements or lack there of. Facts are the facts.
Good luck everyone, certainly been a rollercoaster ride, down hill so far. That's a fact.
Asking questions about a company (Invictus) that you were lead into believing was going to be SO GREAT to turn out such a mess is prudent imho.
What is SO GREAT about Invictus at the moment aside from all of their forward looking statements and fallen apart deals?
Why did the last CFO step down in the middle of NASDAQ uplisting process? Why has it been over 8 weeks since filing for NASDAQ that NO ONE HAS HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT???
FINANCIAL DATA FOR INVICTUS:
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/IVITF/financials?p=IVITF
Which part are you unclear of? Let me know and maybe I can bring clarification. Until then take care.
So many broken promises, agreements, loi' and MILLIONS of investors dollars being thrown away into companies that never even existed until a couple of months back is what some Invictus investors are concerned about, like myself.
Anyone ever heard of finwest solutions? They are the new corporate relations for Invictus located at the same address as Poda and Invictus except suite 201 instead of 300. Same phone number contact that investor relations is listed under on www.invictus-md.com in their contact link.
When I was talking to the representative that called me back (called three times without leaving a message) I asked what there physical address is, he had to look it up. He had been "working there" for three months, but did not know where he worked.
When I asked what Invictus' address is, he also had to look it up. So I asked him, how can you not know where you work and how could you not know where Invictus is located, the company that makes your paycheck in the same building? His reply: "I have only been here for three months". Same address but different suite, but you don't know where you work or Invictus is located. Finwest at least knew Poda and Invictus were no longer associated (although working from the same suite), felt so reassured after that...
When a five year old company can not provide any solid answers or have a reliable point of contact, there is definitely reason for concern.
It's not like Invictus just popped up over night, or last year. They should have just focused on one real project at a time to completion instead of all of the crap they have been pulling, jmho. Moving so fast all they are doing is tripping all over themselves and taking the stock and shareholders down with them.
Geez whiz, I have no clue why we haven't hit the NASDAQ yet!. What really happened with all of this recent accounting activity? Invictus is about as solid as a bowl full of jello.
Any chance you were able to make it over to the cannabis cowboy store this past weekend?
Thanks in advance.
Out of curiosity, what makes Invictus "the best"?
Seriously, who does Invictus think they are fooling. Investors of the stock are paying the price.
Invictus investor reaction from another site:
"Invictus MD Strategies is pleased to announce that the word "shareholder value" is a foreign word we don t have in our glossary. We are proud to say that we were able to knock the stockprice within a year from 2,36 down to 84 cents. This underlines a strong management and all the positive jobs we are doing with all the marketing, adviser cos and elderly popstars who dont like weed. Further we are delighted to make a reverse split and our Poda deal created stocks with a book value of Zero . After Nasdaq listing we expect more dilution so that we can build up more losses. Our cash reserve from July 2018 has been spend and we have to raise more money to pay additional advisers.
Our oversea biz with Deutsche Medizinalcannabis GmbH is also a milestone cause actually no one has a EU-GMP License. The other deals with GTEC or Cannamerica are progressing or were cancelled.
For further questions please contac the SEC or time will tell..... Get ready for the 3rd and 4th quarter results....

You may be correct. eom.
Maybe some of the concerns being addressed are purely justifiable with Invictus after looking into them, their subsidiaries and partnerships.
Had a very interesting finding this past Monday which I am still looking into and contemplating on sharing.
GREATLY APPRECIATED! Checked out the developer website earlier but there was limited information. Calgary is certainly a discernable city, expensive to live in but quite rewarding if you are in the right position at the right time.
Really loved the view of the mountain range, breathtaking and humbling at the same time. Crazy Chinooks though lol!
Cheers!
Did Jessica ever respond to your inquiry? eom.
